They sold me a tire that leaked and said they could not find the leak but i drove around and it went flat again. I think its because i look white.

Car was shaking after i left. Went to West Side Tires n they showed me how off the balance was. Balance was off by 1.5 ounces on back 2 tires. Half once on front 2. Never go here. Horrible.

I was told the they had my size tires and for a set of 4 would be $320 out the door and the warranty is 50000 miles. When I went to pay I was told that that price was cash only the 50000 warranty was only good for 1 year. Beware and ask all the questions up front !

Very good experience! Needed a rim and a tire and got both for an unbelievably low price (the rim was used but in better shape than the one I had before. First time I visit that place and youd better believe Ill be going back. The man that replaced the tire was very nice and so was the cashier.

Great service and work! Went to Firestone first and after an hour was given the runaround to buy new tires. This place assessed the nail in my tire and quickly repaired with a plug and patch for $25. Great experience!

They financed me and refused to do the work then lied to the finance company. The first job was not done correctly and had to drive back and wait for them to fix it without any compensation.

Need a used tire had one in almost new condition for a price I couldnt beat. Will be returning for other wheel and tire related needs when the time comes.

Bought a set of accerlera 245 35 20s and had a blow out on a freshly paved freeway(loop 101 s)took the tire to see if by any chance take a warranty it off the bat one the guys starts saying no its not covered and I hit a pothole and I gotta buy a new one.. slash on outer edge of tire

We were on our way to CA for a weekend get a way. On the freeway we notice the tire light turn on. We pull off the freeway into a circle K and it is completely flat. We purchase a fix a flat, put air, & I google nearest tire shop. They let me know it was slow to go in so they can get me back on the road. One we got there a patch wouldnt work since damage was on the side of the tire. They sold us a used tire for $30. Was a bit skeptical, but I made it to CA & still have it a month later here in AZ. Good service, reasonable prices, & quick.

I can’t say enough I would definitely recommend tire shop been asked anybody that’s looking for used tires in the valley are they got great tires great service the owner is very nice I can be located thank you so much.

Awesome they was busy but still got out in under an hour.

All I have to say is be careful make sure u leave with all you nuts and bolts I took my car in to get a lift and tires they lost my lug nuts and my tire lock from my spare tire they told that they will order me some replacements that I yet to receive and now when I call the place they dont answer the phone BEWARE now I have to pay out of my pocket for new tire locks

I called for a quote and I had a very bad customer service experience. the guy on the phone. He was not willing to help and was very unprofessional. left me very dissatisfied. Do not do business with them.

Called them up for some information and instead of being helpful the guy said “ahi búscale”(look for yourself) and then hung up.

Still selling used 9 year old tires. They tried selling me a 2008 tire for $40. I found a lightly used 2015 tire for the same price elsewhere

Do not go here. Call location on Thomas and 35th Ave. Said they had my tire, $20. Went to 35th and Thomas location, they were closed. Called number back, said only this location is open on Sunday. Went to this location, mounted tire. Proceeded to try to charge me $40. Dont go here.
