Apex customs doesnt disappoint, dropped off my 300s for lowering spring installation, an alignment and an oil change...they knocked it out of the park. Travis is a great guy and did his best to wrap my car. However it is consistantly peeling off, this started the day after I picked it up and it was touched it 3 times and still no good. The wheels were treated and powder coated and are amazing. Tyler is owner refused to afford me a rental or give any of my money back even after the 3rd time I went back for a touch up bc the wrap was peeling. He not only raised his voice but started cussing at me. After which he apologized and said he would stand behind the work meaning they would fix it the best they could each time it peeled, expecting me to drive an hour out of my way weekly to have it fixed. I paid just over or under 4 grand. In the owners words its not a perfect wrap but we did wrap all the surfaces so technically we did what you paid for.Dont go to Apex customs, yes they will fix what they didnt do right the but in my case it will never be done the right way .I hope I didnt get gravis and Tylers names mixed up. The wrap guy is a great person with a wondering heart and skilled wrapper for most projects just nkt so much the jeeps. The owner, well he refuses refunds in full or partial, and feels its ok to disrespect service men. Use this company at your own risk, pictures dont lie

It is my understanding that they had the car over a year, including a complete almost frame-off paint job, and then a very comprehensive interior makeover.Danny [painter], & Chino [interior], along with the entire Apex Customs team provided a very noteworthy experience.Their attention to detail, and the very high quality of work, speaks volumes about the Integrity of their shop, and the genuine concern they have for customer satisfaction.I would recommend them unequivocally.It should be noted that Ive owned very nice cars for years, and also was the owner of a automotive detail shop for some time.

Year anniversary of when I wasted almost 4 thousand on a wrap. Clearly I’m still bothered by the experience so each year I’ll be posting about it . Paid my money and have specific request in what I wanted . What’s was poor, was touched up more than 3 times after that went to the owner, not only was I met with disrespect, he told me “you paid for a wrap and all parts are covered so we did our job, is it the best no, could it be better yes, but it’s wrapped all the same”. When I asked him if that would be his business motto he then raised his voices and approached me as if he wanted to fight.Telling everyone I know till this place is under new ownership or out of business.

Installed LED lights on 17 gle 350, Benz made it almost impossible since they want you to use OEM. Not for these guys, they figured it out and worked no problem. Lights running great!

I was so impressed with the work 2 weeks later I went back and ordered wheels and tires for my car. Hyder and Jeff made sure that I got the best competitive deal and got everything ordered and mounted within a timely manner. Deana works at the front desk and she was such a pleasure to work with. She called me to provide updates and made sure everything ran smoothly while the others took care of my car. There was others that I got to speak with and they were very friendly even just in passing in the shop which I appreciated due to it made me feel welcome. I spent a good amount of money within a month but it was all worth it due to Apex made my vision come true. Definitely recommend them for any custom work that you are wanting for your vehicle. They literally do EVERYTHING. I am definitely a loyal customer and will be back for some more work.

I have owned a 1988 Mercedes Benz 560SL for 18 years and decided that I wanted the interior refreshed with a more modern feel. There were also so tears on the seats and I wanted the leather replaced, the console reimagined, cupholders and outlets for USB and a charging port. I spoke with Chino and Daena and felt confident they could come up with a plan to get this done. The first challenge was to get a leather that would match my existing interior. This was accomplished. Next was to design the new console and Chino did this on his own as I let him have a free reign. He incorporated the cupholders, armrest, USB, charging port, reworked the climate controls and even added a light. As the project moved on, I added a new head unit and that was installed and looks great. I also got a leather steering wheel cover. Whenever you touch a 30 year old vehicle, you always run the change that something will happen. In this case, my trunk lock jammed and became inoperative. Chino took it upon himself to find a replacement mechanism and even repaired mine so I would not need a second key for the trunk. Chino goes the extra mile and can be trusted to handle things in a professional manner. I am happy with my upgrade and expect to use Apex again in the future.

I am over the moon with the work on my truck done by Apex Customs. From the beginning Nick was so helpful and diligent in finding the right products to achieve the desired look of my truck. I walked in knowing nothing about modifications that could be done. He spent and hour or two with me searching the internet and putting a list together of notes on what I liked. He then promptly emailed me estimates on everything I was interested in getting done. I decided to start with a lift kit, new rims and new tires. I came in and put down the deposit for all the parts. We then scheduled a time for the work to be done once the parts were in. I needed a pick up truck for work while mine was in the shop, so he arranged one with enterprise. The work was completed in 2 days. I was so excited to see the finished product, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! I will be back to have them do my sound system, paint repair and lights! I highly recommend Apex to anyone looking to give their ride a unique look! One stop shop, great service and top notch work!

She also found a flaw in my brand new Tesla thank heavens that will be replaced at no charge. Nick sealed the deal for me. Such a cool guy who puts you at ease and makes you feel no pressure. This is hard to do in an industry where you are selling a product. My tint looks perfect on top of it all. I did a lot of research when looking to tint my Tesla and I’m glad I found Apex Customs. Apex Customs really shattered my expectations of what a custom auto shop should be. Right off the bat the communication was constant and very helpful. When I showed up to the shop the woman at the front desk was very professional and the lobby was sleek, modern, and comfortable. I brought in a grille that needed wiring due to the lights on it. I was clueless with how to install it so I brought it to Apex. It was a new grille to the market that didnt come with any instructions.The technician that helped me put me first and finished the work in less than 2 hours. Work performed was top notch. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. 100% terrific customer service. I will definitely be coming back here for all work that I need done in the future. Beautiful business and I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

The job wasnt quite done to my satisfaction the first time, but they quickly got my truck back in the shop, and re did the work which came out great. I went back to Apex for a second project; this time to install lowering bolts on my 2016 Corvette. From the moment I got there, I was greeted by Nick (project manager) with a smile. Instantly, I felt welcome and included. To my surprise, he led me around the workshop to give me a glimpse of the different projects in action, which blew my mind. I came to realize the vast scope of work-intensive custom projects Apex takes on to meet the desires of customers with specific and unique demands. After the tour, I had to wait in the lobby for Apex to finish work on my car as I didnt have a ride. However, during the duration of my wait, their receptionist Dee (spelling?) went above and beyond in continuing to make me feel welcome and comfortable. When lunch time came around, she (along with Nick) offered me pizza and soda which I found to be a very hospitable gesture. Despite how busy she was multitasking and juggling many responsibilities, Dee would periodically check up on me to ensure I had internet access and even at one point offered me gum. She would also go the extra mile and go in the garage to check the status of my car. She is truly an exceptional hard worker and a fantastic ambassador of the brand. If I remember anything about Apex most, its the customer service first and foremost. I doubt I will find any other garage of this caliber in the valley. Apex Customs went above and beyond helping us get our truck looking the way we hoped it would. Tyler, Danny, Nick and Daena couldnt have been more understanding and pleasant to work with. When the work is done, all you can say is wow!I had a great all-around great 360 degree experience. I called on the phone and got a quote for my food truck. I then sent them a bad picture of an idea. I recently purchased a 2018 Ram truck w/ the 5.7Hemi. Great truck and drove nice but it was like everyone else’s, and I wanted more speed. After doing a little homework I went to Apex. I met w/ an associate (also named Jason). As we sat and discussed options, possible prices, and navigating my warranty concerns, Jason took notes and did some cursory parts research.We elected to meet in a few days to discuss the results of his efforts and possible performance gains. He again took notes, we settled on my upgrades and we were off to the races. Finally the day came for my upgrades. Jason and I met briefly to finalize our goals.When I returned, my truck was complete. WOW! What a difference. They will probably complain to Google like they did with Yelp! to have my review removed— or they will be dishonest and say I am a fake reviewer. Neither is the case. I can attest that I visited this business approximately 10 months ago. I have dash cam footage and GPS tracking history to show my legitimate visit to this business. Anyone interested in seeing my evidence can contact me directly.Anywho; the business operator(s) knowingly conducted themselves inappropriately. I arrived to have my lights serviced — the “manager” was eating a sub in front of me like a starving child..** I will note that I did not actually have the service performed due to incompetence/inaptitude on the part of the business. **I just what to put that out there before the business-owner decides to mention that to slander me or my reputation..Moving on;The employees fiddled around with my headlights (as I can show on my dashcam footage).. after several minutes of total nonsense and incapablity, the business-operator said they are “truly sorry” as they cannot help me out at this time. .. furthermore they stated that I would need to “come back later”.Folks; I drove across the Valley and I had waited 3 weeks for this particular appointment just to be told this nonsense and be left walking away disappointed.When I complained on Yelp! Nine months ago; they contacted me personally begging me to “resolve the issue”.. They had even offered me a “discount”. ..I was out of town for several months so I kept telling them that I will “message them soon”.Finally when I got back to town I contacted them to find out just how generous their “discount” would be (the whole discount topic was their words & their idea — not mine; as I was prepared to leave and possibly urinate on their property before leaving as a token of my thanks for wasting my time)..But they literally had the audacity to email Yelp! To say I was extorting them. Lol. What a joke.Like buddy. You tell me .. “I am sorry for the experiwnce you have had and I want to make this right. I will offer you a discount.”Then when I message you asking “how much of a discount?”.. you complain ?Folks; How does that even make sense?Anyways. I want to share my footage and screenshots with the community members on here so that you can be made aware of the false and deceptive business practices that transpire here.Thanks for your readership and let’s keep the community strong and healthy and keep the hustlers and crooks at bay! I first off would like to say about this company is that they are 150% honest. The moment I went there I was looking for nick we spoke on the phone.Nick was the one who helped me with the whole project and he is a great guy and will tell you what you need. Danny painted my car and did an out standing job. Danny is truly a genuine thoughtfull person that I wouldnt want anyone else to touch my car but him. I believe he one of the best painters I have met. And Diana is truly a thoughful person she helped me with a ride with Uber to get home. All in all I believe that if your trying to get custom work done that you should only got Apex customs. Its hands down the best place. I will be back. Thank Danny,Nick and diana.Ryan Gennette
