When I called the business I didnt need to wait for an answer. They were really polite and professional. The lady answered all my questions and they were flexible with the time they can come. The guy called me 20 min before he came, and left me a text after a he finished his job. I didnt need to be near my vehicle at all. I left it unlocked and he came and fixed it, clean job and fast. Left money in my glove box and locked my car. Texted me a pic that its all done. Im super happy and highly recommended this company.Excellent customer service.

They showed up a day late, but called in advance about the windshield they had in stock was damaged, so they needed to get one from Tucson and schedule the following day. I was impressed by that professionalism, and concern that they didnt want to install something damaged. When they did arrive, preceded by a text to let me know, the tech went right to work and got the new windshield in fairly quickly. He also explained when to remove the tape and other various precautions with the new windshield, and the work he did looked great. Awesome job, and Id definitely recommend them, and I will certainly use them again!

I called with really short notice as I learned my son was leaving Phoenix for California the next morning to visit friends. The two installers communicated well and replaced windshields on two of our cars. Great work, very professional and they worked well past dusk to get it done. I had a really good experience with this company. They walked me through dealing with insurance, got me a much better price than the company affiliated with my insurance company, and were able to replace my windshield the next day. They came to me and the replacement was done in less than an hour. They even recommended an adjustment I could make to my insurance so my deductible for windshield replacement was not so high. No complaints here, would recommend to a friend.

The technician was quick with the windshield replacement but I was most happy about there was no whistling noise. I had another windshield replaced on another vehicle and work was not done right because when you got up to 45 mph there was a whistle sound so 👍👍 great job

This place was amazing. I checked out Safelite first because they’re obviously so popular. The quote was insane. I called this place because they had great reviews and the quote was $400 less. Insanity. So I was able to book it for the next day. The window was 2-6 so I assumed they’d be somewhere in the middle. I got a call at 1:45 asking if the technician could be there in 15 mins. He was right on time was super nice and professional and the whole thing was done in maybe 20 mins. Amazing quality, price and professionalism. 10/10 recommend. Never using anywhere else.

Guys did a decent job in my windshield. They didn’t even let me know they were finished and i came back out the house and they were gone. Check my sunglasses case and my shades were missing. I’ve never dealt with a place that didn’t call you out to check the work once it’s done. I’ll be speaking with the office tomorrow to see how to remedy this issue.

I just had my window replaced yesterday, so Im not sure what it will be like in the long term, but so far so good. It came w/ a warranty so Im sure it will be fine either way. They showed up and replaced it very quickly. I didnt use insurance so I was surprised at the great price. I will never use Safelite again- not only are these guys far far cheaper, but they didnt add an additional fee for coming to my house to install it.

While the staff on the phones was helpful, the install was anything but. After my windshield was installed, I noticed it came pre-etched(after I was assured it would be the same quality as dealer glass, yet it didnt even fit flush. There is a small gap between the windshield and roof of car that was never there before). When I tried to clean it(incase it could be buffed out) I noticed whatever scratched my window also put a permanent scratch on my rear view mirror. Then I noticed all the grease the installer left on my leather seats. While they gave me $125, I had to spend $89 of it($19 on leather cleaner and $70 at the lexus dealership to get them clean when the cleaner didnt work). I tried calling them on Saturday after the install but they were closed and now its Tuesday and no return call. I saw all the positive reviews but no clue how they got so many with the way my replacement went. Maybe friends and family reviews? Pretty disappointing...

STAY CLEAR!!This is the worst experience I have ever had with any windshield company in the valley.I called to setup a windshield replacement. They came a few day later and replaced my windshield no hassle, golden.Working from home during COVID-19 I don’t drive my car every day. I left to the airport (PHX) 3 days after they installed my windshield, I noticed some plastic clippings on my floor mat and didn’t think anything of it. When I was on my commute back the plastic/rubber lining around my windshield on my vehicle was dangling off and basically snapped it in half from the wind.This is the fun part, I got out of my car to review the issue and it looks like the plastic clips were snapped off during the install and they failed to mention that to me.I have been calling the office multiple times I have had 2 technicians come out to “asses” the damages and both times have told me that the “office” is getting me a replacement part. No one has called me and nobody has set up a time to come fix the issue and the technician took the part…The conclusion of this story is, if a company is going to provide a service please do the service and not break things on my vehicle that you’re not willing to replace or repair.If ANYONE uses this company please stay clear as I have heard many more negative comments as I have done more research after damage has been done to my vehicle.I have also reached out to my insurance company and requested a complaint.

I would never recommend anybody using this company. They believe that cause they give you cash back that entitles them to be late, not communicate, book appointments they have to reschedule and just say oh well we give you more cash. As if my time is worth the money. Well the money isnt needed the windshield was buy they forget that part. Very unprofessional and highly disappointed this is how business is conducted.

She got my insurance company on the phone for a three-way conversation, which saved me time.Daniel, the young man who replaced the windshield, came out when they said he would, was friendly, professional, and replaced my windshield in about 20 minutes. While I hope I get no more cracks in the future, if I do, I will not hesitate to call Hi Tech Glass again. They are the best!!

I would give this place a 0 star if possible. First off the day that was scheduled didnt work out, they brought the wrong glass. Secondly they scheduled with me the following day, between 8am-12 pm, the techs showed up at 4:30 pm explaining they had other jobs in the way. Which I can understand having to fit me in an already scheduled day. But what I dont understand, is why my vin plate was removed, there was glass left in the cowl under the hood, glass inside my car, and sealant left on the outside of the car. Im extremely displeased with this companies customer service as well as the work related to the window. I called to express my concern for the vin plate and was told they will be out 3 days later to check it out, for what? What is it that you are going to do?10 of 10 DO NOT recommend this company whatsoever.As well as Im positive they ripped off a chunk of my tint on the passenger window, just to add to the fire

Ok so the work they did was beautiful and very well done, the guys were nice and respectful and professional. Now the money back that I thought I would receive was 150$-300$ back and I got 0 back. But when I called and started to freak out they were Very kind and professional and they even pay paled 50$ so that was cool. My overall experience with this company I’d say was a good one. I’d recommend them defiantly if you don’t mind not getting cash back for it. The work they do those is fantastic.

Had a large crack on my windshield for my BMW 328i. The representative I spoke with over the phone was very kind and helpful. The technician arrived at my house on time and was able to complete the job in less than 30 minutes. I’ve had my windshield for over 2 weeks now and have no issues. I will use High Tech Auto Glass again if I get another crack.

This company was amazing! Mike was incredible, My insurance company Noblr took a day and a half to approved our glass claim. Mike kept in touch with me and my insurance company throughout the entire process to make sure our car was taken care of. He went WAY above and beyond. I called several glass replacement companies before I called High Tech and High Tech is the ONLY company that seemed to want anyones business. Jose our technician was incredible. He arrived on time, he was quick, professional and not only repaired the window and vacummed the glass, but before the window broke, it would slow down in certain spot when we would roll it up, now, it rolls up so smoothly. He left it better than it was before it was broken. Not only that, but They both shared some invaluable industry knowledge with me for the future and for preventative measures. I will refer everyone to this company. They are THE best!

Thought I was calling NuVision but it ended up being High Tech. High Tech said they would stay away from NuVison for various reasons so i stayed on the phone with these guys. They called my insurance, USAA and they verifed my coverageI just wanted to try the cash back gimmick. I had 2 windshields replaced on the same day. One window refunded me $120 the other $75 both cash in hand. $195 ehh not bad, at least I have money for sons party.7u

We called the insurance together and opened a claim and same day by the afternoon technician showed up with the new windshield. Im so happy with the high quality of customer service. From the first call with Mike until the end was very professional, quick, and trustworthy. I wish all companies would take great pride in what they do. 2 no shows. I didnt get a call back about no-show on a reshedule until Tuesday. On 3rd appointment, you showed up with wrong windshield. Ive had new windshield for day. I have no idea about quality of anything yet....9 days after your first no-show.

Had a quarter size star from a rock on the freeway. Made appointment and the tech team was prompt. I questioned why he did not drill the center of the star like I have seen them do before. He just set up the window mounted clamp and shot the resin in the hole. It did not work too well and you can still see some of the star legs. He said that that was the best he could do. Can’t RE-repair it now so I’m stuck. Will need to replace windshield. Would not use them again.
