I was quoted a certain price for my windshield, gave vin number for the vehicle. The tech shows up to install the windshield and it’s the wrong windshield. So now the price goes up. How is that the customers fault? I will not refer anyone to go to them, and I will never use their service.

This is the 2nd time I used this company, the first experience was excellent but this time it wasn’t. We had Miguel replace our windshield once again, because of COVID concerns I went inside after I greeted him. However, my daughter stayed outside with him until he was done & paid him. I was curious so I wanted to see the new windshield after he left, but I noticed a little chip not a hole, as I was later told today. I immediately left a vcm concerning the chip & and sent an email not even an hour after the job done, which I have a copy. No response so I called in the morning and made arrangements to be at the main window store location. I got there and Carla got a chance to see the chip. I told her I wasn’t going to pay 130.00 for that, I need a replacement. She didn’t believe me and kept questioning the chip. Again, I informed her I sent an email and left a message yesterday regarding the chip. Usually a company understands and emphatic, I wish Miguel was there maybe things would have been different, but she was questioning which got me angry. No apologies or concerns. So I would be cautious when there is a window replacement, I regret not being outside because of the pandemic but I was positive there would be no problem. Daniel (the technician who showed up at the store) declined replacing it or otherwise.

Bad service, no communication, charging for 10 strips I never received and wont recommend this to no one

John Contacted me to make sure at the end of the install i was happy. After the final visit everything is good and i feel like John is there to make sure Top Lines customers are well taken care of.

Top Line was absolutely a pleasure to work with and very professional! They worked quickly and assured me that everything would be done with care. I was especially pleased with the receptionist Martha as she was very polite and thorough with the whole procedure. Would DEFINITELY recommend and come back if anything else occurs :) !

I went to two other auto glass companies nearby and both person in charge didnt seem interested in finding the windshield for my car but Top Line auto glass helped me with no hesitation, set an appointment for the following day and was in and out within 45 mins! I was very pleased with their service and price.

Just had two windshields done on my Nissan Versa and my Honda civic.The two were done so quickly I didnt have time to watch a whole show on the TV they have in the waiting room. The price was right!!!! less than half of what I was getting quoted elsewhere. Martha took all my information over the phone. She was very pleasant and professional when I arrived. She handled the process from start to finish very professional and I will be back!!

Great price, fast service. Only 30min wait time. I definitely would recommend. The only complaint I would have is that they charge an extra $5 to use a debit/credit card. I mean come on now, its 2019. But all in all, Im happy with the results and would use them again.

I was recommended here by my close friend who had a very satisfying experience with Topline. They are one of the only auto glass companies that have a pay up front rebate policy and were very straightforward on and off the phone. Greatly appreciate their services and will be back again if needed!

VERY RECOMMENDED. Had Top Line replace my windshield on a moments notice..... they came to me with a 2 hour window. In which they were there within a half hour, Boom! He was done another 30 minutes. 2 days later I washed the car just to be sure..... no leaks!!! Today I had them remove and reapply tint on back window. Sure enough they did another great job. Thanks Carla for coordinating everything.

Im really surprised by these reviews. We had an issue with them breaking something on the door more than three months ago and they still have not fixed it. No one wants to call you back about it either. I literally had to go in the office and talk to the top manager and she assured me that it would be fixed right after the holiday. This is January 16th and still there has been no resolution. If you want your glass fixed go to another place

It think these guys are doing a great job. Ive had chip repair, windshield replacement and window tinting. Ive run out of services to get so the best I can do is refer people to them. Trevor, Daniel and Adan are friendly, courteous and super helpful. Ive had nothing but professionalism from the people in the office, as well.

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would in a heart beat. Top Line Auto Glass is the WORST place Ive ever had the misfortune of having business with. They broke my car door when replacing the glass back in OCTOBER! Im just now getting it fixed because my mom and I were persistent in getting it fixed, otherwise nothing would have got done. They lied and gave me the run around. They offered a measly $50 and told us to fix it ourselves. With all of the love in my heart for you and all my hate for them, I warn you, avoid this place like the plague.

This place is kinda hidden. I highly recommend getting glass work done here. My vehicle was pulled into the bay just after I arrived and my windshield was changed very quickly. The staff was professional and friendly.

I went with my cousin to get his car door window fixed. They broke a piece in his door and refused to fix the door for months. Gave him the run arounx. Very poor service I definitely wont be bringing my car in.

Years ago I let them replace my windshield against my better judgment and they have telemarketed me incessantly ever since... I have asked numerous times to be removed from their phone call list!If you have a broken windshield call your insurance company & go to one of the places they recommend, the work will be fully covered against leaks and such for life and you will not end up on some high pressure telemarketers phone list!Never never never use one of these off-brand auto glass companies that you are not sent to expressly by your insurance company!!

They replacing my windshield all right. But the salesperson Steven is full of s*** but of course its all about Commission. I asked him about the $140 incentive, he was like no we dont do that. I will not return.

This business is shady, I called them for windshields replacement I gave them all information they asked for, to get right size glass. When I arrived, they didn’t even have the right glass. I had to wait for 2 hours. Plus their advertisements are lies. This was my first and last time coming here for service.

Was recommended by a family member. Everything started out great, but Candy almost ruined our experience. She was rude to my insurance company but I brushed it off as being a claims rep thing. Then I called from 8:45 in the morning to reschedule because there was no way Id make me appt on time but no answer. Candy claims someone called but no one did. When i told her i was running 15 mins late she said there was no one there to service the car and all she had was a 1pm appt which would not fit my schedule. I told her I would have to go elsewhere if we couldnt come soon, she said thats fine. We called back and spoke with karla who was amazing and she took care of everything, thanks to her and Moises we had amazing service and left very happy. Thanks guys for my new windshield!!

Outstanding service! I go through yesina for my auto glass. Great following up, shes fast, funny, blunt, and reliable. Shady business. I thought it was just the rep at the location on 16th st and Missouri, but its also the corporate office. I had my windshield replaced with a lower quality glass, basically a piece of glass without the sun deflector strip on the top. The rep at was rude and played games with me about the truth. Only after I approached the car wash manager did he regain his ability to treat me with proper customer service. However, I still never got the problem corrected. I reached out to the corporate office who tried to tell me Daniel (rep) had only been at this location for a couple months, which I knew was a lie because Ive been going to the car wash for over 5 years and hes always there pretending to help me insert my payment for the car wash. And I just confirmed that hes been there for years by carwash employees during my last visit. Also, the corporate office pretended to help me by calling my insurance company only to keep me on hold while she dictated the conversation. I gave up on fighting for them to correct it. They are shady liars. All of them. Plus, coincidentally my mom was also scammed by them. Obviously they prey on women to take advantage of.

I was first helped by John. He was very informative. Very patient with my decision making and absolutely the best at being communicative.Wary of the OEE glass, he reassured me that it was good quality and that their manufacturer makes glass for Toyotas.And the price was SIGNIFICANTLY different from the OEM glass that was preferred.My truck is an older truck so I figured it wouldnt hurt to try the OEE.First off, the installation was hilariously amazing.Miguel and Salvador were so proper and professional. They showed at my workplace within the time frame that I requested. They were polite and explained to me what they were going to do and the precautions to take after they install the glass.The moment they were beginning to install my works sprinklers went off. We all laughed and they patiently waited it out.After all is said and done, its been a week after the installation and my glass is gorgeous. Super clear, naturally, but also with some OEE glass, the quality is so poor that you can see waves in certain angles. THIS IS NOT THE CASE with this company. They ensured great customer service, installation AND quality product and a more than reasonable cost.I am not impressed with much, especially in todays society with mannerisms and lack of personability with most businesses. Top Line Auto Glass has done more than an outstanding job.I hope this helps on your next search for a windsheild. Call and youll see for yourself.
