******Long review, but the short version is to call these guys.*******I was shopping around for the company that paid the most for a windshield replacement. I spoke to Joseph and SafePro (AKA Pinnacle Auto Glass) was in 2nd place $25 less than the highest offer so far. He took the time to educate me on the process, SafePros services, and the benefits of going with an established company as opposed to one of the newer guys. The lifetime chip repair for my friends, family, and myself caught my attention. After we checked reviews together and talked it out a little more I decided the chip repair was awesome, and the $25 was a small price to pay for piece of mind so we got it scheduled. Joe mentioned they are a preferred service provider for my insurance company, the one that starts with prog and ends with essive lol. We were filling the claim and the gal knew exactly who SafePro was further building my confidence. I ended up needing to reschedule and the guy that received my call sent it right over to Joe and we got it taken care of no problem. The technician showed up on time, was professional, friendly and got the window changed out in what seemed to be a reasonable time frame, I dont know how long it normally takes. I my alarm light above my mirror did fall off and for some reason this window gets a film on it way thicker and faster than the original window. The glue was not completely cleaned off the back of the light so the new adhesive strip didnt stick, but I got it cleaned up and its just fine now. I didnt realize the film was so bad until I was driving into the sun trying to turn in front of some traffic, so Im going to look into it and see if I can get that worked out. Overall 5 stars and will be getting them some business when friends and family need their chips fixed and windows replaced. 🤑👍🤙👉

In all my years of driving, I have never had so much as a chip on my windshield. Move to Arizona, where the freeways are lined with rocks, and sure enough it happened. I was driving on the freeway when suddenly a rock flew out and hit my windshield causing an 8 inch crack on the drivers side. It grew to over a foot in the next couple days.I called Pinnacle the next day (Saturday) and Julio walked me through the process of getting it replaced. He did a three-way call with myself and my insurance. My insurance required that someone from their company inspect the vehicle before I could schedule with Pinnacle, which I was told was not the norm. I had to get this done before I could schedule to get the windshield replaced. The inspection was on that Monday and it was approved with 0 deductible required.. I called Pinnacle back and since they had all my info already saved I was able to schedule quickly. They worked with Land Rover to get the specific things they needed for my vehicle.They give you a window of four hours in which the tech will come. I chose 8AM-12PM. The tech called at about 10AM and told me I would be his next stop and he would be at my home by 11AM. Right at 11AM he showed up. He was very professional and answered all my questions. The replacement took about an hour and he did an amazing job. He explained the proper after-care for the windshield.Also, he gave me the check for the cash-back rebate before he left (Im sure yall were wondering about that).Great experience! Will hopefully not have to do this again for a long time, but if I do I would definitely call them again. They also give you a lifetime chip warranty.

I had my windshield replaced. No problems and I love the warranty and the wiper blades for the life of the glass.

Great customer service! After calling around they were the cheapest price they also let me know they price match if there was something cheaper I didnt find any. They called and confirmed the right windshield with the dealership with me on the line as geico was telling me I needed a different and more expensive windshield and they proved that was a lie! The tech came out the next day and very professionally and friendly change my windshield and he even tightened up my review mirror the was lose ever since I bought it and im the 1st owner an now I was excited and tipped the technician for going above and beyond for a customer! Whole experience and person interaction all 3 employees I spoke with were great and knowledgeable! I highly recommend!

They answered all my questions and made the whole thing really easy. Id recommend Pinnacle to anybody in Phoenix who needs to get their windshield fixed.

I was given a six hour window where a tech was supposed to come to my home and fix chips in my windshield. It was nearing the end of the six hours and I hadnt heard from them. I called and the tech said..Yeah Im sorry Im running behind it will be after the scheduled time. After Ive.moved everything around and sat at home all day. Extremely unprofessional

Terrible customer service, not professional at all. They served me the agent from the insurance company on the phone without telling me, and that while I was trying to make a deal with them. I DONT RECOMMEND!!!
