NuVision Auto Glass has a wonderful friendly staff. They made the process of filing my claim so completely stress free. Carlos Maltos, who replaced my windshield, was a delight. He came with a huge smile on his face and a really good attitude. It was honestly refreshing to see. The work was done fast and the window looks beautiful. I will definitely be calling NuVision for my future auto glass needs as well.

Luis and Joe were great to work with. Luis was great providing a time that worked for both my wife and I which is not easy to do. Joe did the install with precision and care. The window was so clear and thats not always the case. We had 2 windows replaced by other companies that were less than original with scratches on them. This window was perfect in every way! I have used NuVision twice in 6 months. Once for my windshield and once for my back glass. Quick and efficient. I went through my insurance and had no issues. Great professionalism both times. Would recommend to anyone needing glass replacement.

I own a detail shop and often have these guys replace windshields for our clients vehicles at our shop. Additionally Ive had them do a few personal replacements. They are always punctual and do great work. Ive had nothing but awful experiences with Safelite. NuVision is in a different league altogether. Often clients ask us to refer them to glass replacement services. I am extremely careful about referring our clients to other businesses because in doing so I am putting our reputation on the line as well. I have no problem referring anyone and everyone to NuVision.

My technician Jesus Leon was courteous as well as knowledgeable. He replaced my windshield that was improperly installed by another technician. I am very pleased with the job done by Jesus and NuVision.

I had never needed to get a windshield replaced and didnt know what to expect. I have a zero deductible glass policy so I shopped around to get quotes on rebate offers. I had 2 other companies that promised a certain amount but when it came time to do the install, their rebates suddenly dropped. Not only that but they both waited 5 days to tell me.NuVision did not. I received the amount agreed upon and the install was completed the morning after I called. They did have one of their affiliates do the install, which I was a little nervous about and came to find out that its how most windshield companies do business, but they arrived on time, with the rebate check presented first, before the tech even got started. He installed my windshield quickly and it appears he did a great job. I just let him use my garage for shade, which he appreciated.He forgot to attach those little rubber braces at the bottom, but when I pointed them out, he gladly apologized and fixed them. I was very happy with install that I shared some of the rebate with him, which he also appreciated.While we were filing the initial claim with my insurance, my insurance agent said some confusing things, which NuVision explained to me. My insurance didnt contract with them so my insurance didnt provide a warranty for the new windshield. NuVision offered a lifetime warranty that covers installation and chip repairI read many reviews from major companies (safelite, ahem) and the others I spoke with just left me dangling. Im glad I went with NuVision and I suggest you do too, and save yourself the headache the other companies provide happily.

Jesse called to let me know when he’d be there. When he arrived, he realized he didn’t have the proper windshield, so he called his office and located the correct windshield. He went to get it, and was back in a reasonable amount of time. I’m very pleased he could get it done that day, even with the extra trip to get the correct windshield.

UPDATE: Lori tried very hard to fix what they screwed up. They called back after I left this review and did get it installed. She even stated she would send me an Amazon gift card for our trouble (at time of posting still havent recieved) We were also initially told the freebie dinner was dinner for two and its actually dinner for one. I increased my rating slightly because they DID try to fix things. Not sure I would use them again though, still a total hassle.Do not waste your time! They quoted me 48 hours. I called then 3 times after a week had gone by and they still couldnt give me a helpful answer. I finally got a manager that told me possible another several WEEKS until they could help. Dont fall for the freebies they offer, TOTAL waste of time. TERRIBLE customer service.

The gentleman that came to replace my windshield was early, which I really appreciated. The installer tried to call before arrival but I was not near my phone. The company cared enough to ensure Id have my windshield installed on time that they called from other numbers and text messages. We had our 2019 Mini Cooper’s 1st windshield repair ever at Nu Vision last month. The car was due for oil service 2 weeks later & when the Mini Cooper service tech popped the hood he showed us immediately the trim damage where the plastic bolt was cracked and unbolted, and he asked us if the windshield was recently repaired. Disappointing but things happen. Repair put us out just over $250. My wife mentioned before the installer left our home, he seemed nervous before leaving, and she asked him if the install went ok?, which he confirmed it did. Upon finding the damage, both me & my wife emailed Michael Pelayo, the Senior Scheduling Analyst, who still has not responded to either of our emails for compensation or simply an apology for the work that clearly was a result of this installation.

Recently had my windshield replaced and recalibrated on my 2020 Hyundai Sonata. Jorge Salazar was experienced and professional on the installation, and Jesus Leon was also very competent for the calibration. They both assured me the technology in my new windshield would function like new. Both Jorge and Jesus are great representatives of NuVision! Highly recommend.

I had a windshield replacement scheduled for today between 8am and 1pm. Its now 5pm and no one ever showed up. Called and they said no one scheduled it and then tried to get it rescheduled and they cant do it tomorrow even though they were the ones that screwed up. I will not be doing business with them and would give no stars if I could. Very poor customer service and problem solving on their part.

My husband and I have used NuVision a couple times with both of our vehicles. They are always professional, outstanding and true to their word on everything aspect of the job. Jesse was on time, very polite and had the job done quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know that needs their windshield replaced :)

They claim you can get a bunch of money back and definitely not a bunch from what they say. Spoke on the phone for 2 days, couldn’t get anyone on the phone, scheduling was a nightmare they shuffled me from one person to the next and eventually I switched to king windshields where they handle everything right in one spot. I didn’t have to wait for a call or call in and find out what was going on at all. They handled my claim in five minutes vs this s&@$ show... No I don’t work for king at all but they have a system ten times better than this place..

POOR QUALITY PRODUCTClaim #00151138First guy to show up was late and although we told them they would need to bring a rain sensor kit, he did not bring one, so we had to reschedule. Second time he came out and installed the windshield, he broke the rain sensor so they had to reschedule another tech. 3rd tech came out and managed to fix the rain sensor. Great! Until it broke and my review mirror fell off and was dangling by the wires. Scheduled a warranty inspection and they couldnt get out to me for a week, so the gal said she would ask the dispatch manager to put me on for Saturday and that she would call me if there was a problem with that. No call. Waited all day Saturday. No one came. Called Monday and no one knew anything about it. Tuesday the tech came and tried to fix the mirror and said it was a factory defect and I would need a new windshield and someone would contact me. No one did. I called and was scheduled for Friday, which they did come out and replace the defected windshield, however, now the rain sensor doesnt work. Tech wrote on the receipt that a new rain sensor needed to be ordered from the factory and installed and assured me someone would call to schedule that for me. Here we are again, a week later and still no phone call. I am so done with this company that I have called my insurance company to reverse this companys payment and set me up with someone who has some followthrough.***Also, it should be noted that despite this companys claim to use the highest quality materials, this is FALSE! Look on the bottom left corner of your glass...if you see FY, it is the cheapest stuff available from China! NOT the quality stuff like Pilkington, Carlite or Guardian.

Whole process was super easy. My service advisor Emily walked me through everything via text to ensure we got scheduled as soon as possible since our daughter was leaving for college with the car. Our installer was punctual, efficient and left us with a windshield that makes the car look like it just rolled off the car lot.

Took a long time to get windshield (on back order) I understand that..work was good when finally done...but then the rebate check they gave us well over a month ago still hasnt cleared...we called a couple of weeks ago they said they would look into it and get back to us...we are still waiting...

Installed my windshield quick and easy! They pay attention to detail. Noticed my wipers were hitting the hood of my car and adjusted them for me. Called me when they were outside I unlocked my car. The they called me in a 30 minutes when they were done and had my rebate check ready, my papers ready to sign, told me what to do to take care of my glass and was politely on his way. Great service. I will never use them again. I replaced my front windshield and that went fine. Then when they returned to do my calibration I had nothing but problems. First, what ever they did didn’t work. They were supposed to be doing the calibration on my front camera but it messed up other sensors/cameras in my car. My rear camera does not beep when I am reversing when I get close to an object. The side mirrors are not working correctly. Then a few days ago I got a message that my front camera is not working.The employee that came out to do the calibration was polite but kept saying that it was impossible. He had years of experience. He couldn’t believe that it wasn’t working.He wanted me to stay outside as he did the calibration even though I repeatedly told him I had to get back to work and I only had a few minutes. I was only dropping off the keys. So they said he would call me to reschedule. He never did. I had to call them and schedule the appointment.They were supposed to be here today between 8-12 and they had not heard from them. I decided to call them and they said they were not coming out until 3PM. They never gave me a call to reschedule to tell me they had changed the times. When I complained, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I am currently waiting for the manager to call me back which I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. It is sad and disappointing that a simple courtesy call can solve so many issues. I will continue to update on this matter.

The technician for NuVision was awesome. Jesus showed up on time and let me know when he was going to arrive. I have a complicated windshield that requires calibration and special metal framing on top that needs to be installed. Jesus did an excellent job on all of it and it looks and fits great with all the correct calibrations. I’ve used other companies that did not install the framing correctly nor even calibrated it. I want to give credit to the gentleman that did my window replacement but I cannot remember his name! Amazing, friendly, efficient. I usually stay inside but he was so kind and nice. Listening to his stories about his family, while he carefully and professionally installed my window made it that much better. I felt like I could trust him. He gave thorough instructions on how to care for window after installarion and he gave advice where to get a rearview mirror because mine had been lost. Definitely on my list of businesses and services I can and want to use for a lifetime!

They use offshore customer service. Had wrong first name as they could not understand, so through whole process, my new name was Dan. Had to contact Manager (Lori)multiple times, from 3 week delay in ordering to Calibration tech missed 4 hour window and showed up two hours out of appointment window. Always promises to have parts person Kristie call back, never happened. Dont set expectations, if they cant be met. Frustrating that customer service isnt a priority these days. Whole process isnt completed yet its a windshield... 4 weeks? First and last time. I hate having allows follow up with companies because lack of good communication.Follow up : 10/13/2021 Well had you responded faster than 2 months later, maybe I would call. Additional issues, no response from managers via text.. dealt with it, but wont use or recommend to others.

I was very skeptical about this business but Im glad I went with them. They were very friendly when they came out to install my new windshield. The first time, the adhesive was not working and caused issues with my camera, I called back and they had Jesus Leon come out and inspect and he was able to replace my windshield with the correct one and he even did the calibration. He walked me through the steps and informed me why my camera was having issues. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this guy over any other worker there.

I recently had Chayanne as my windshield replacement installer. Not only did he call ahead to let me know of his expected arrival, he was very professional, courteous and efficient. He even went above and beyond by doing some headliner repairs and replaced some missing plastic clips at the wiper bays. By far the best experience I have ever had in over 15 plus replacements over the years. I wont use anyone else again.

Very accommodating as well, my first car was done at work, and my other cars were done at home. I got a check for $125 for my first car and $130 for my other 2 for being a repeat customer. Then they surprised me with a free dinner for 2. Was told about this company from a referral and I will share them as a referral as well. $25 referrals too! Keep up the great customer service, its refreshing.

After some calls and communication with the Nuvision team/staff, we did get things resolved. I appreciate the way they took time to hear what happened, listen and help make things right. I would recommend using them.DO NOT USE THIS COMAPANY --- First off, NuVision Auto Glass contracts out to different companies to replace windshields. The company that came out was Glass Replacements LLC. They replace my windshield and left not saying that they broke two pieces off my doors of my car. One piece was in the door behind some papers. The other which controls the side mirrors, they tried to glue it back on with the same black caulking that they use for the windshield. We left to go the to store and it fell off. I got black caulking all over my hands. Called NuVision, they said the would send someone out to look at the damages, then received call back the next day that they were not coming out and will not fix anything. Said it was already broken. This is not true. Not please with Nuvision and Glass Replacements LLC. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Called them to replace my truck windshield, they gave me 2 days as an appointment to finish the work at home !! Then they called me because they don’t have the kind of my windshield!! They made order should be here in 1 to 2 weeks, however this the 3 rd week !!! No call no answer ! I called them 2 times they said they r waiting the order but the funny thing they don’t know when they will receive it !! So don’t waste your time and your money with them

He was on time, professional, provided me with some education in regards to the steps of replacement, he pointed out some molding on my vehicle that had been affected by the weather, and he was very efficient with his service process. The tech was 2 hours late from the 4 hour time window which was frustrating. Then when he arrived he told my husband that he expected him to have a nicer car and then asked why he didn’t drive something nicer. As if his first comment wasn’t offensive enough he continued do be unprofessional. Then when the job was done he left trash and a razor blade on the ground and my husband had to pick it up.

I had called other Installing companies asking for a Technician that was a NON-SMOKER. Three other firms would not comply but NuVision said that would not be an issue and made the scheduling of our appointment seamless. Thanks again, Great company and Luis was 5 STARS.

If I could give them no stars I would don’t use this company I had my windshield and my fiancé’s windshield replaced by them and was suppose to get 2 rebate checks well I got the check and when we deposited the check the were no good and now they are giving us the run around. Poor customer service don’t ever use this company

I was so happy with my repair. Turned out way better than I expected. I had a chip right above the steering wheel at eye level. When the sun I would shine on it it would make a prism on my glasses from the tiny cracks. The repair fixed the area and no more prism! The spot that is left is smaller than a raindrop hard water stain and not distracting at all. So glad they were able to repair instead of replace.

This young man was very polite on time and very knowledgeable about his craft, as a master technician of 43 years it was a pleasure watching him make replacing the windshield in my 2011 Ford F150 look like childs play.
