This company is extremely overpriced and unresponsive. I tried a number of times to coordinate a windshield replacement at Camelback Toyota, which is that Toyota dealerships preferred glass servicer. Try to save time by doing both my tuneup and windshield replacement at the same time. Did not get a reasonable quote start with ($265 for a basic windshield on a 2005 Prius). I did a number of price comparisons and found they were overpriced by about 20%. Called back to see if they would work with me on price since I would be going to the dealership and did not require an installer to come to my home or office. Never got a call back. When I initiated a follow up, I was then rudely spoken to by the sales person who insisted they never ever work with customers on price.
