EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Tracy helped me with filing my claim, calling the insurance company and fighting for my request when they deemed differently and stayed on top of my claim start to finish. The tech that came out to repair my windshield, deemed it non-repairable after the insurance company claimed it was and even came back out that night to replace my windshield. Would recommend this company 10x over to anyone. I am not sure I will use another glass company for any future needs beyond this one. Thank you all so much!

I just had a great experience with Freedom Auto Glass! They made the process to call in and set up an appointment very easy and were able to get me an appointment the next day. They came to my workplace and the technician was great and very professional- even gave me a 30-minute call before he arrived and showed up on time. He was done in under an hour and the entire process from start to finish couldnt be simpler and more convenient. Also as a bonus, they handed me $100 in CASH at the end which was a great surprise, as most places do a mail-in rebate and it usually takes forever to get your check. Showed up a day late: Only to tell me there is a crack in the new glass and they cant use it. Scheduled to show up the next day: Called and said they cant come AGAIN and the cracked glass was out of their control....Being accountable for your inventory IS within your control! When I told them this was unacceptable, a technician showed up within 2 hours magically with a windshield. I also got a call back threatening that I WAS THE RUDE ONE, and if Im negative again, they wont come out and theyll move onto the next job. Unbelievable.When the technician showed, there was difficulty opening the vehicles hood but I helped him get it open and asked specifically do not close it. What did he do? Close the hood when he was done and said it fell Again, nothing is their fault right?Id recommend taking your business somewhere that takes accountability for their work and actions.

Im so glad I called Freedom Auto Glass. They came out the very next day, My appt was between 10-2 and Marco Cruz called at around 10 am and said hes about 25 minutes away. I live in Red Rock, and the company is based in Phoenix, and is still able to provide me mobile service. When Marco arrived he was super friendly and professional. I really appreciate that. My windshield looks great as well. In addition they give you 100.00 cash in hand. Just wow! My only suggestion is to provide your employees with a work shirt that says Freedom Auto Glass. Great, friendly, fast service. OEM glass, all-mobile service (they come to you, PERIOD!). They install my cracked windshield, and informed of their free chip repair service (also mobile to your location). Wouldn’t you know it, I got a stone chip in my shiny, new, perfect windshield only 10 days after having it replaced. True to their word, I called and they rushed out to fix the chip before it spread. I only gave the phone receptionist my insurance and vehicle info, and 25mins later, the insurance company was calling me to verify the claim, and approving the work. No-Brainer on this one guys, but they also give you a little surprise when they finish the work. Trust me, it’s $worth$ your while and will sure put a smile on your face. 😃

BEWARE!!!! This company damaged my car (while installing a windshield their technician scratched my paint in several locations). When I called to complain the manager that came to verify the damage stated that they did not cause the scratches and that nothing would be done). I was astonished and appalled by the lack of morality demonstrated by this establishment. SHAME ON THEM!!!!!

I called them on a Tuesday morning and they had someone at my house a few hours later to replace my windshield. So far so good! The replacement windshield appeared to match the OEM glass being replaced perfectly and right down to the original factory tinting.I had initially called Safelite auto glass who I had used in the past for rock chips but they were over 2 weeks out for an appointment. So I went with Freedom Auto Glass who had great Google reviews and were available the next day. Took a while to even get an appointment with them. Today was the day but they were late (by 2 hours) Thank goodness they didnt cut out the windshield because the guys ran out of glue. My husband would have been stuck at work. We will stick with Safelite from now on.

I called to make an appointment to get my windshield replaced. After about 10 rings, I am transferred to what sounds like a call center, and someone that is obviously not in our country. I asked this person several times,in different ways about the tint strip I have on my current windshield being replaced. No matter how I described it, she had no idea what I was talking about, and said the only tint they have is what comes on the replacement. I have had at least 4 replaced in the 10 years of owning the truck, and it has never been an issue. They lost my business because of this. Just got off the phone with Safelite. They are coming tomorrow, and it will have my tint strip already done.

The crew arrived on time and set right to work. They finished as scheduled, and did an excellent job.

I had to laugh when I just heard on the radio that Freedom Auto Glass was sued and lost for illegally calling people who were on the national do not call list. I had my windshield replaced by these guys and had a nightmare experience. I then got a call from my insurance company because they tried to overcharge them. I can only assume they did this because they put more time than they wanted in dealing with me after a BBB complaint. Stay clear of this company!!

Customer service is completely incompetent when it comes to service. They blame the insurance company and they take days to complete the repair. NOT USE FREEDOM AUTO GLASS ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

ZERO STARS:Short version: unprofessional, poor customer service, don’t hold their installers accountable to be professional or show up on time or at all.Specifcs:I agree with Michelle, find another place; it’s not worth the time and frustration.I scheduled with Wade, the owner. He was fine with scheduling, told me that the installers like to start early to avoid working in the AZ heat, said they usually pick up the glass in the morning, I should be getting a call at 0800 telling me they’re heading over & should be installing my windshield about 0900.I call at about 0830 to make sure they’re on time & they tell me the installer, Frank, won’t arrive until 10am.Frank, the installer calls me & claims that he was never told to arrive earlier. Now I’m upset because I took time off work (so I’m losing money), Frank becomes hostile, rude & aggressive- very unprofessional and decided he’s not coming.I talk to Wade, the owner, who allows his installers to treat the customers badly, says that now Frank is upset & that I should reschedule. Really! Frank gets to decide not to start work on time, come whenever he wants to work & not be held accountable for his unprofessionalism, not to mention waste the customers time ( which he says his time is more valu. And Wade allows his business to run poorly and does not problem solve or work to fix the matter. Wade doesn’t even tell Frank to get the job done; with insistance to send another installer, since I took time off for this. Frank arrives, late. And when I ask questions on why he is doing certain things, ie: looking under my hood, he gets “pissy” & says he’s leaving.... no skin off my back cause by this time I’m fed up with his attitude and thinking that he thinks that I’m desperate to have my glass fixed by him, no the less his partner Alex steps in and talks to me, explains to me the procedure & rational & acknowledges my questions. Whereas Frank made me feel that since I’m female he can just install the glass & leave, that I should not ask anything; like when I talked to him on the phone & explained my time is valuable; he made it clear that his time is more valuable. And the owner allows all of this. which is more frustrating ..... I should have stuck to my gut & went elsewhere... Frank did not do a good job & I feel it’s a waste of my time & breath to let the owner, Wade know because he’s already showed/ made me feel that he doesn’t care how customers are treated. Go elsewhere; it’s not worth the hassle or bad experience. If you want to enjoy your day, go with someone else who will do a good job & professional experience. I just want to thank you for a wonderful experience getting my windshield replaced by an excellent technician, Julio Duran. I was feeling afraid because my insurance company had recommended Safelite, and I had scheduled an appointment with OReilly based on the $100.00 I would get from your company. I was doubting myself and worried that I was making a mistake. I thought of canceling the appointment and calling Safelite, but got busy and didnt call. I got a call from Julio in the morning asking if he can replace my windshield earlier than my scheduled appointment. I told him I needed at least an hour, and would he call me before he would arrive. He was very polite and did just as I asked him. He ran a little late from another job and promptly apologized for the fifteen minutes he was behind for the time he gave to me. That was very meaningful for me as he showed consideration for my time. When i met him, I immediately felt at ease, and knew I was dealing with a professional who moved with confidence and care. I shared with him my fears and told him that I work with chronic lung disease and wanted this to be a good experience. I just dont have a lot of energy and wanted things to go smoothly. He showed compassion, and he reassured me that he was experienced and I knew that he would do a great job. Thank you so much for hiring Mr. Julio Duran. People like him make a company successful, and I will gladly recommend your company. And I am glad for the $100.00 as I will pay for some medicine I need.
