Within 30 minutes Heather responded back with a detailed quote including cost and warranty info for my 2016 Fiat. They were super nice. They called me and asked if I needed my windshield fixed and I actually did. The tech was amazing. Poor guy came the first time to fix my windshield and there was a pressure fracture in the glass after it was replaced. He felt so bad but things happen it’s not a big deal, he came out exactly a week later after the windshield sealed properly and replaced it a second time. It was prompt on time and did a great job. 10/10 would recommend to every one.

I called expert auto glass Saturday june 5th. I scheduled an appt for Tuesday june 8th between 8-12. Noone bothered to call me to reschedule or let me know they were running late. So I called them and they said they didnt have my information and it mustve been deleted. Operator on phone was rude and offered to reschedule for next week. No thanks you wasted my whole day today without reaching out to let me know noone would be coming. Save your time and money and call someone else. I found it cheaper also from glastek

Absolutely phenomenal customer service, very friendly staff and fast service. Saw my cracked windshield Thursday night at 6pm called to schedule an appointment and spoke to Adam. Then after verifying through insurance, they came Saturday afternoon to do the replacement. They made the process so easy and painless. These guys did a great job. They took extra time to do the job right. My car had a camera that needed to be recalibrated after the new windshield was installed, and the guys replacing it took extra time to ensure it was completed properly.

I had my windshield replaced by Expert Auto Glass and just a week or so later, It cracked at the base. I called the owner to address my concern that happened so quickly after it was replaced. It was explained to me that sometimes, with the heat, the glass can expand and crack (a stress fracture) and they would need to take a look at it to see if it was this or if the crack came from some kind of impact. At this time, I had some trouble with the customer service. The company is in Phoenix and I am in Tucson, so there were a few challenges to addressing the problem. However, they were worked out and the agency sent someone out to look at it. It was determined to be a stress fracture and the windshield was replaced that same day, at no additional cost to me. Those in the services department and their contracted provider here in Tucson, were very helpful and accommodating. When I was initially looking for repair companies, I was quoted twice as much by another agency in my local area. If you have to pay out of pocket, this company has some of the lowest prices.

I needed my windshield and drivers side mirror replaced, when I called they were super helpful with setting up my appointment and insurance claim. My appointment went smooth and easy. My windshield was covered by insurance, but they did my side mirror for free, I ended up paying nothing out of pocket. Very professional, Frank did all the work for me in contacting the insurance company. Travis who replaced our glass informed us of a defect that the other company Safelite did when they were replacing it the last time. Also, he wore all his protective gear during the process. Very pleased!

Chris from Expert Auto Glass Repair arrived on time and when I asked how long, Chris replied 15 minutes (replacing F250 passenger side power window)......and finished before I could get the cash from the ATM! Plus, I accidentally gave him $20 too much, and he called me back and returned my $20 bucks! AWESOME and I plan to have this company replace cracked glass in my other vehicles!

Since I some how did not get windshield coverage on car insurance, and the delearship that cracked my windshield in their car wash called my insurance company to have it fixed, I was stuck with a $900 out of pocket replacement. A rep from Expert cold called and said they could replace for a much lower price. A tech came out, and did a great job, knew what to do, and in fact saved hundreds of dollars! I was skeptical but, they are the real deal.

I had this company replace my windshield approximately 6 months ago. They use a third party to calibrate my lane departure system (to which I was unaware), but it was not completed...only attempted, which left that function of my car completely gone. When expert auto glass did a follow up text, I told them about the issue...never got a reply, but I did not pursue the issue. After a couple more months passed, they called me for another follow-up call, but all they did wasy ask for me by name and refused to tell me what business they were calling from until I called them back twice. When I told this new person about the problems, he told me to call Justin, the same person who didnt answer my text before. At this point, I was frustrated and left a lower review rating of expert auto glass. Shortly after, I received a text from the owner of the company following up with these issues. Within half a day, he addressed all my issues, assisted in scheduling the calibration company to come back out to my house to recalibrate the vehicle, and apologized for the miscommunication/phone etiquette. The owner was very professional and prompt in addressing all my concerns. Therefore, I would definitely recommend this company. To me, a good company doesnt have issues, but an excellent company resolves issues professionally and promptly, as did Expert Auto Glass. Thank you!

Great service from these guys. There was a bit of a mix up with my insurance and the trim type of my car which led to the first windshield they installed being slightly offset. Unlike a lot of shops, instead of trying to ignore the problem, they were very up front about it and made sure it was fixed at no extra cost. Despite the fact that they probably ate some cost off the mix up, they still honored the cash back rebate as well. Techs were very friendly and definitely knew what they were doing and my new windshield looks great.
