This company was absolutely amazing to work with. Tamara was very polite, professional, and kind when helping me get everything set up with my insuranceJustin notified me me exactly when he would be at my work to install my windshield. There was a defect in the glass he had originally to install, and he made sure to get it swapped out for one with no defects. I appreciated the attention to detail and quality. He replaced my windshield quickly, explained everything he was doing along way if I had questions. He was extremely polite, professional, and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs a windshield repair or replacement, and especially Justin as the installer. If I could give them more stars I would! **UPDATE** After I left this review I was contacted by a supervisor who apologized for what I was quoted over the phone. She advised me that the rep I spoke to hasnt been there very long and the tech who installed my tint was also not fully experienced.. I got scheduled for the following day to replace the tint. Im happy I was able to get my windshield redone so quick (at no additional charge). With that said, there are a few flaw with it. Theres a little bit of glue inside the 3rd brake and a few bubbles even after 6 days (see additional photos). Overall Im pleased with the customer service.Got ceramic tint on my 4 doors and rear windshield. I asked for my full rear windshield to be tinted and when I got my car back, the 3rd brake light was cut out of the tint (they did not advise me of this prior to installation). I asked if this can be fixed and they said no. Ive asked several other tiny locations and was advised this could be done without a problem. I contacted Clear View to see if they could fix this for me (even if I got the rear deck removed for them) and they said they would for an additional $150. I am extremely disappointed. I would have taken my car elsewhere if I knew they were going to cutout the tint.

Loved this experience from my first interaction! Nick used my wait time at the car wash to call my insurance and get the ball rolling, totally saving me valuable time. Then he set up my appointment to be completed within that week! When the day arrived, Justin H. called when he was on his way, and showed up right on time. Windshield services for my Toyota Highlander were clearly explained and attention to detail was excellent. Replacement was done in about 40 min, and workmanship is superb. Justin was professional, kind, and friendly. Fabulous company with fabulous customer service!

Waited over a week to leave a review to ensure the job was done well... and it was!! The staff was very helpful.. from a contact-less consultation via text, to the in- person visit. The job was explained and options were given. They honored my Groupon with no hassle. The car was left clean and the job so far is holding up very nicely.

This is an updated review (9/2/21). Clear View contacted me about my problem this morning and agreed to replace my windshield today, the original scheduled date. Side note, shout out to the installer who came out today. I havent driven my truck yet but he did an A+ job. If anyone gets 5-stars, he should be the one. Im still frustrated by the lack of customer service prior to me reaching out. The customer shouldnt have to check up on a company to make sure they are doing their job correctly. Clear View completed their service at the expense of my time and income.Summary of original review: Ive used Clear View three times. The first two windshield repairs involved poor quality control (they install tint and UV kits at their shop prior to arriving at the customers location). Clear View forced me to take time out of my workday to have the windshields fixed at their shop. The actual windshield install of those two service appointments were good quality but tint and UV kits had to be reapplied. The third, and most recent, windshield replacement almost never happened. There was an issue with my insurance or 3rd party preparer. Clear View never notified me of the error. If I didnt call I would have sat around for the entire 4-hour time window and nobody would have shown up.I may utilize Clear View Glass and Tint in the future. If/when I do I will update my review as needed. At this time, I dont feel like its appropriate to rate higher than 3-stars simply due to the fact that I have experienced an issue every time Ive used them.

Our technician, Angel Vital, arrived in the earlier part of the scheduled 2 hour window. Our windshield was replaced efficiently and cleanly. everything inside and outside the car appears to be in the same condition as before. any trash from this job was cleaned up as he went. Angel does excellent work and is very professional. Thumbs up.

Had to have my windshield replaced earlier this month. They arrived on time and completed the job within an hour. Kyle was very friendly and pleasant and went over everything with me. I just recently discovered that something isnt sealed quite right though and am working on have that fixed. I expect no hassle as they are very professional and take pride in their work.

Where the repairman did arrive within the time frame. Replaced with rain sensor windshield and I didn’t even know the truck has that feature Then when we went to use the windshield wipers they didn’t work. They came back our and made repairs and tried to assist with setting up the auto wipers.Nice job guys and for the quick responses.

Justin from Clear View Glass came out and replaced our cracked windshield today 9/1/2021. He explained the process and then got to it. He had the windshield replaced in about 45min and then walked me through what was required for the next couple of days. He was very professional. Will definitely use these guys again when i need a windshield replaced.

First time to Clear View, and found them through Google, and I can say I was not disappointed at all. Called in yesterday to schedule a appointment on Saturday for complete window tint, called back today because something came up for Saturday and they got me straight in today to get the work done. Everything was fantastic from the friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff! Can easily recommend them to anyone in the future for any work!

I had a massive chip in my Yukon’s windshield and needed it replaced. I was getting my car washed at Jackson’s and their glass repair person consulted with me. It was SO SIMPLE. Took myInsurance card while I got the wash, set up the appointment, called insurance and got approval and I was on my way.Kyle H was my repairman that came to my house, on a Saturday, which made it so convenient. Not a dime out of pocket. He was on time, quick and the process was so simple. No waiting around at the car wash or dealership. Kyle was informative and professional.Overall just an easy fix that took no time out of my day.

Upon arrival, Clayton immediately informed me of the fact that extra help was needed to replace the windshield due to the over head ladder rack on the truck. Yesterday I had my windshield replaced by Clayton and he did an amazing job! The new windshield has no chips and even has a bit of tinting at the top which seems to be an upgrade from my last one! The best part was that he was able to get my stickers off and place them onto the new glass!! I highly recommend using Clear View for all your glass and tint needs!

Bad experience reflective of bad business. I contacted you guys to voice my concerns and experienced bad customer service reflective of bad business. You guys hired hard selling hustlers to lie for a sale. You made promise you didnt deliver. You couldnt deliver on time. You kept the customer cash incentives offering me nothing. You made a bad mess on my paint, plastic and all over the driver seat of my car with black silicone. You kept my fast pass sticker for the carwash. And to top it off after offering you the opportunity to explain, you wanted to refer me to warranty to schedule a time for me to wait around again to clean up the mess. This was supposed to be a chip repair after all not a windshield replacement! Why would I want to wait for someone to come look at the mess I sent pictures of? Were you sending a mobile Auto detailer to steam clean the silicone off my seat? Shaking my head at you guys. This shouldnt have done this bad and your solutions to the problem should have been better. You obviously dont care about anything but getting tht insurance money and moving on. I am left in the dust!! DONT BE LEFT IN THE DUST, DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! and that is the review I promised you. Have a great day.

Had my car windows tinted.Detailed quote was provided over the phone. Appointment was easy to set up. Price was average. Staff were very friendly and were more than happy to answer my questions.Installation was relatively quick.Quality of work seems to be pretty good. Only time will tell if the tint starts to bubble or peel.

Cody and AJ did a great job replacing my windshield. They got caught up with the customer before me, but they let me know ahead of time that they were going to arrive a little past my scheduled appointment time. They were very communicative during the entire process and met me outside my apartment. I left my car with them while they did the replacement, and they called me to come back out in less than half an hour. They had me inspect the work before they left and provided instructions for how to take care of the car while the windshield finished setting over the next 48 hours. I truly appreciated their professionalism and quality of work. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.
