AGE replaced 2 windshields on my familys vehicles. One of the replacements came with some headaches, which required re-installation. They made the process as painless as possible to me. They kept me informed through the entire process, and came to my home to do the re-install (to minimize my hassle of bringing vehicle to them a 2nd time). Im an insurance agent in AZ and we typically refer our clients here. I decided to use them to get my windshield replaced so I would have a better understanding of how they operate. Everything was great! Phone conference took about 5 minutes and in less than 24 hours, I had a new windshield. Install took about 45 minutes and I was able to drive the car about an hour later.

While I havent personally replaced my windows through AGE, I have done business with them and their shop has been located next to ours for the past couple of years. Family-owned and extremely nice people to work with, they are definitely a company you can trust!

The original glass that they brought out had a factory defect, the plan was to bring out a new windshield and replace in 7-10 days. Because of the lane departure system in my vehicle, it was not safe to drive with the installed windshield. I called AGE and they were fantastic. They offered to bring me a loaner vehicle and said they were going to see what other options they had. I cant remember his name, but he called me back a few hours later to check and make sure I had made it home safely and to let me know they would be sending out a technician to replace my windshield the very next day. I was extremely impressed with the way they handled what was otherwise a very scary situation for me. AGE has my business for life because of that.

Auto Glass Excellence has been the best help during our first road-trip through Arizona. We had a little chip in our windshield that we wanted to have repaired before continuing our trip. I recently had my windshield replaced by these folks. I was pleasantly surprised, it was one of the easiest, quickest processes I have gone through when trying to replace my windshield. (I seem to need a new one every few months). They called me right after I submitted the need, got me connected to my insurance company, were out the next day and were done very quickly. The installer even came in to the office to grab my keys so I didnt have to come out to the car. The window looks great and it was by far the easiest, nicest service I have ever had, when replacing my windows. I will definitely be using them next time I need a replacement.

I had such a pleasant and painless experience when I worked with Auto Glass Excellence for a chip repair, that I have been meaning to review it here for a few months now. I was referred to Steve Swinson from another member of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and I wasn’t disappointed. ‘AGE’ is a company is very honest, friendly and professional. Steve was able to educate me on the different types of cracks that can happen or when cracks can cause you to need a windshield replacement. To my surprise, my windshield didn’t need to be replaced! Being in Arizona, I was worried about replacing it as I had just replaced my windshield last year due to a crack in the drivers line of sight. I didn’t think my insurance would be very happy about replacing it again so I was pleased they were able to fill this new crack instead. I couldn’t believe now barely visible the quarter size chip was after he was done. I appreciated Steve’s help with avoiding another insurance claim. My windshield is a magnet for rocks! I have had it replaced 3 times in 2 years. This last time I used A.G.E. They were SUPER prompt, professional and handled all the paperwork with my insurance. I drove my Escalade twice in 4 weeks after the replacement and I woke up one morning with a 16” L crack in my windshield. Honestly I didn’t even know a tiny pebble even hit my windshield. That’s how small it was. I called AGE and they told me that even though it was only 4 weeks ago that since an object caused it I have to pay again to have it replaced. So my conclusion is they have TERRIBLE QUALITY GLASS. THEY WONT EVEN WARRANTY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“That was my initial feeling after my mishap.
