We had our vehicle repaired at Service King at 22425 N. 19th Ave. location. We brought it in on a Monday and it was completed that Friday. The quality of work was Excellent1 work was done much sooner than was quoted. I was absolutely satisfied with the outstanding work that service King provided for us. I am absolutely satisfied the service they provided for us. The workmanship was excellent. But the quality of kindness and professional is a treatment we received was above beyond Ive ever had from the other repair shop. I especially like to thank Robert the general manager and Christina for the updates on our vehicle while it was being repaired. Service King was great. Very professional! Kept me updated about my car’s progress with text messages and it was even ready before expected date! I would highly recommend them, and if ever I ever need my car repaired again will definitely use them.

I recently had the hood of my car keyed in my apartment complex. One of the options my insurance had recommended was Service King and I am so happy I used them! The drop off process was quick and easy and they sent me text message updates along the way. It was done within a week and I couldn’t be happier. I will 100% be back to use them in the future!

I had a great experience today at Service King Collision. I had pulled too close to the curb in a very low to the ground Honda Civic and pulled the front bumper partially off. I was near Service King in Deer Valley so I called to see if someone could look at it and see if it could be snapped back in place. @Michael Migalla was so nice to me, he told me he had no technicians but to come over anyway and he would see what he could do. He did snap the bumper in place, added some screws and a couple clips and I was on my way. He advised that it still needed some repair work, but that would get me by for now. I am so grateful! I will totally do business with people like this! Thank you Michael Migala, your kindness will be long remembered and repeated to my friends who need body work done on their car!

Fixed my cars way ahead of the expected end date, and the quality was top notch. I went as a part of my auto accident, Geico had them as a recommended shop. After their service, I can tell why its in their name, and i shall be returning even if it isnt through my insurance.

My car was involved in a minor fender bender. Service King replaced the headlight, removed the dent in the hood and painted the hood and fender. My car looks brand new and its a 2009!! They provided updates via text and everyone is professional and courteous. I can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend and I would use their service again. The quality is impeccable 👌

They use text, and calls to keep you up to date with whats happening to your vehicle. My vehicle was finished 2 days early. They also spoke with me about post car care. All in all it worked out great for me. No issues what so ever.

Staff was friendly and helpful to me. Answered my questions and explained process. I was kept in the loop as my car was being repaired. Car was completed a day earlier than promised.

I recently took my car here after an accident. Scheduling the appointment was super easy and I was able to get a next day appointment. I loved the regular updates that were sent via text and the ability to have the cost and estimated completion date readily available. I also received a phone call from Anthony who told me what the plan was, how long it should take to be completed, what they were repairing etc. not being very car savvy I appreciated that he told me everything in a way that I could understand. I would definitely return here if I ever needed too.

We appreciated the professional way we were treated in every aspect of our dealings with Service King. And, more importantly, our car was repaired perfectly the first time.

I was rear ended on a Tuesday. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. They got my car in immediately. They had to order my parts from Mercedes which delayed it a few days. This was still faster than I ever expected. The work was completed so quickly and I was called almost daily to let me know the status even if it was a hey, we are still on schedule. Excellent experience here. Employees are very nice. Not sure if this is common at all service kings, but I wouldnt go anywhere else if it ever happens again. Bob was great. Their texting system was great too. I would get updates on top of calls. I would suggest this location to anyone in need of collision work.

Items were stolen out of my truck. Thankfully it wasn’t anything too important but it’s the principle of begin stolen from. I picked up my truck after hours (thanks mike!) and notices my back seats in my truck we’re down (where the stolen item was). I though it was weird that they’d leave it like that and maybe I just left the gun cleaning kit at home because I noticed it was gone. Then drove off and my blinker light was out (the side of the repair). I drove back and mike put in a new light which was nice of him. Overall I’m on the fence on this review, but because I was stolen from makes me uncomfortable. This location is very friendly and inviting just make sure you don’t leave anything in your vehicle when you drop it off-chances are it may get stolen.

These guys are great, especially the manager Dylan. I brought my car in due to trunk issues. After taking it into my dealership, they recommended I take it back to service king who had done prior work on my back bumper. After thinking the trunk issue was related to the bumper repair, I took it in. After taking a look, it was determined that the issue with my trunk was indeed NOT related to the previous bumper repair. Instead of sending me on my way, Dylan and his guys went ahead and fixed it for me anyways. And fast! Great, professional, and friendly service! Will definetly recommend them to others! Just went in for an estimate but the employees were great. Kind, helpful, and offered to deal with the insurance company covering my repairs.Update: I was told they would contact me to make an appointment when they were less busy. Two weeks later I call to check and turns out they wanted me to call in the first place. Now my appointment is 3 weeks away. I wish theyd just told me that I should call and schedule that appointment so I could have done it immediately...

Never even 1 complaint from this shop, and Ive known these folks for 7 years. Great people.

Great customer service. Worked with my insurance company on additional work and no extra out of pocket cost to me. Drove me to my rental car place and returned my rental when my car was done. Totally transparent about body work, estimated time to complete work, how much, when to pickup vehicle, and even washed my car. Couldnt ask for anything more!

Had a bumper replaced and service advisor Mike Migalla came in an hour and a half before the shop opened to give me my truck and take my rental to return to Hertz. This guy went above and beyond to help me out because I work in a hospital and my shift was at 6am. I am so grateful thank you Mike you are a champion. This was done at the Service King Deer Valley location

I could not be more pleased with the service they gave me. They went over the top not only with pricing but but the service they gave.

Appraiser did not want to help me. I let him know I needed a quote for an accident I was in, he asked the insurance, I said State Farm, he stayed seated, said your all set, then went back to work on his computer. I said what do you mean Im all set, he said you dont need a quote. I told him I am really confused of my next step in this process, as State Farm sent me several body shops, they were one, and to get a quote. He said I did not need one, but he would entertain me and give me a written quote though this would not mean anything. In the end his quote was $1000 less than the guy from State Farm that came to my house. I would never recommend this place.

Exceeded my expectations and erased so many bad experiences from other facilities. Mike was honest and spot on with his timeframe. I felt comfortable leaving my truck here for repair and will not hesitate to use them again for any needs.

Poor customer service.First experience with this shop was a year ago which happened to be my first experience ever going through claim process and an auto shop. Service king kept my vehicle in for a full 2 weeks. My first estimate was a week. Minor damages were done to the vehicle.Second experience, I figured I would go with the same shop just for the convenience factor.. Well, vehicle was in shop for 5 days (6 if you count the 24 additional hours it took the tow truck to pull my car out of this shop)-no work was done to it. The third day my vehicle was in the shop there was still no communication from the shop to myself. I had to contact front desk to get an update, Victoria failed to reach out to me and inform me they needed to collect a work authorization signature. I got that to them the very next day. 5th day my vehicle was in the shop I call to get an update- there was still no work done to my car. I was transferred over to Mike for further details, and he claimed it was a miscommunication through my insurance company; however, he was rude and interruptive through the entire conversation failing to both execute empathy toward his returning customer and properly communicate during the time my vehicle stayed in the auto repair shop.Pulled my car out the very next day, never again.

These guys are great! Took my wifes car there to get repaired after an accident and from the start they were friendly and in constant communication with us. I chose to receive my updates via text and I got updates via text nearly every other day letting me know we were on schedule for the repairs. In the end, they had the car ready one day early! The car looked brand new when we picked it up. Good, quality work was performed.If you need your car repaired from an accident, I would recommend using Service King on 19th Ave. near the Deer Valley airport -- they will take care of you!

It was a wonderful experience.

After my accident I was supposed to wait for them to call me, but we were in the area and just dropped by and they were very accommodating and took care of us right away. And help speed up the entire process.

Staff is very friendly and the Enterprise Rent-a-car people are friendly as well. I got my car fixed with Geico and they were in constant communication with me. They said it will take 11 days but got done in 4 days. I cant even tell I was in an accident they did such a great job.

Was sending my vehicle to Service King for an insurance claim via State Farm. I called to confirm my information was received from the evening prior. Nobody had my information, I was passed around and treated rudely because the gentleman (who signed many times loudly while speaking to me) asked me what my towing ticket numbers was for a towing company I hadnt even heard of. I finally got frustrated and hung up. Sent my car elsewhere.

I spend 2 weeks at the end off the year waiting for my appointment. They estimated my car to be fix. After another 2 weeks they find out my car have more damaged the previously though. Finally the adjuster say:Total lost for your car.

Great service! I stopped in for a warranty repair (headlight) and they had a new one ordered within just a few days and I was on my way with my fixed headlight, I couldnt be happier with the service.
