I dropped my car off on August 24th,2021 @8:00 AM. It’s now 7:00 PM on September 11th and I still do not have my car. I brought it in because it was involved in a hit and run while parked in a parking lot. The only damage was to the rear driver side fender. The pictures attached to this revise were taken on the day of the accident. Now they’re claiming it needs a new bumper. The bumper was not damaged when I dropped it off.The original quote was for less than $1900. The bill is up to over $3300. Not once have they called me to inform me of the status of my car. I’ve had to call them. I know about hidden damage. This isn’t my first rodeo. But I’ve never been kept in the dark about additional damage that may have been discovered. Three times I’ve requested the general manager call me and he has not returned my calls. I did not request a rental because it was only supposed to take a week. I’ve now been without a car for nearly 3 weeks and they’ve done nothing to make it right. I’ve arranged a ride to go there tomorrow to see my car and all the parts they claim were damaged. This is a fairly band new 2021 Subaru Forester with less than 3300 miles on it. I’m sick of their excuses and frankly one of the customer service reps has a bad attitude. Since this was a preferred shop with my insurance company, I’ll be submitting a formal complaint so hopefully no one else will be subjected to their lack of professionalism and shoddy customer service.

I had to have by driver door replaced and other touch up. They are thorough,accommodating and polite. They work with the rental car agent. The entire process was seamless

My truck had extensive damage from a collision. My insurance highly recommended service king and I am glad they did. Without a doubt the best costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. At no point was I not informed of the progress of my truck or worried about the quality of work. My truck literally looks better than it did brand new. Rob and his technicians are extremely friendly and welcoming into their shop. I hope I never get into another accident but if I do I know exactly where to take my truck. I highly recommend this repair facility to anyone.

He kept me informed, worked with my insurance, added new items until he felt I was restored back to 100%. They delivered my vehicle in LESS time than promised so I would not have any rental car fees, they even arranged for Enterprise to pick up the rental - one less trip for me. Take a look at the pics, then dont hesitate - when asked where to? tell them Service King.

My car took a dump on me and I limped it into this service king parking lot. Maya was amazing. Her customer service is spot on. She asked me if I wanted water and if there was anything they could do for me. Kelly was more than cheerful and understood why I was using their air conditioning waiting for the tow truck. My trunk latch on my car was not securing. Service King was able to readjust the trunk latch and the striker so the trunk is now securing properly. Received a call from staff stating since it only needed an adjustment they did not charge me. To replace the two it would have costed me over $400.00. Thank you service King

These guys did higher quality work than the dealerships Ive used in the past. Perfect match of a very difficult color to match. Absolutely looks like the factory paint. You literally cant see any signs of the vehicle being fixed. I know where Ill go in the future and where to recommend my friends. Very happy!

Amazing experience! I put an insurance claim in because someone had spray painted the front of my car. I was fully prepared to pay my deductible and have the professionals at Service King take care of it. When I arrived the General Manager, Rob, immediately saw my car and said he was going to try to get off. 10 min later they brought me back and the paint was gone and the best part, they did it at no charge and I was able to cancel my insurance claim. They always do a wonderful job! My prior vehicle visited Service King Collision Repair on Bell Rd off SR-51 on @ least 3 separate occasions!! I taught my son how to drive when he had his permit. When it was time to take the written & driving tests to get his drivers license, I signed my son up for a month of private driving classes. He did great on both tests but once he had his own car, his driving wasnt too great🤣🤦🏻‍♀️🤪. Hes a great driver now, Thank Goodness!

Had an insurance claim for them from being in an accident. They were very prompt on service. Quality of the work 9 out of 10. But thats because Im OCD. Other than that good quality work. Very friendly receptionists and workers.

Save yourself from having to work with this shop at all.I brought in my truck when I was asked to. Then, upon arrival was told that they wouldnt be able to look at it until a week later and theyd just hold on to it until they had the time. Sure cause rental cars are free right??Left my truck and then got a call one week later saying itd be done within two weeks. Awesome. Two weeks goes by and I didnt hear from anybody. I called the shop and was told it was actually going to take 3 weeks, okay, things happen. 3 weeks goes by and I still dont hear from anybody. I call the shop again and someone tells me itll be done tomorrow. Whats an extra day, not like I have other responsibilities, apparently they dont. I have to call them again in order to get any information, my case manager answers and says it wont be done as promised, actually I have to wait until Tuesday, its Friday. I call again on Tuesday and guess what, its getting worked on MAYBE itll be done today. I call again a few hours later(hoping by some miracle itll maybe be done), apparently its going to take a whole extra work day and theyll call me maybe around closing time in order for it to be completed. WORST experience with any mechanic/repair shop. Never will go back no matter the lifetime warranty. You bring it in for them to hold it for months on end and hopefully they will work on it at some point. Save yourself and your time.

Thank Auto Body World ( Jessica and Jason the tech) for the nice favor. My plastic bumper had a number done on it, it in a parking lot. I needed it popped back out. Normally you would expect the technician to ask you to buy a new bumper with high labor involved right? Not these guys, they told me it would not look perfect but they would do the job. They did it in less than 5 minutes, it looks 95 percent the way it looked before the boo boo. Just the scratches left over. They charged me nothing. WHO DOES THIS??? Afterwards I asked for a quote on painting my hood and got a very nice quote. Its not about the free labor, its about the fact that these guys did not try and rob me like so many others in the Valley have. My customers in that shop at my business down the street recommended them. THANKS AGAIN

Although I ended up using a different shop, the staff was great. Though I did schedule an appointment over the phone, the person I was there to see had not been in. Even with that slight hiccup, another employee was quick to provide estimate and go over it with me in detail. While I decided to go elsewhere and cannot speak upon actual work being performed, I felt the service was excellent.

My car got backed into and therefore needed to be fixed. I was a bit weary about the quick turnaround as well as being annoying about some extra things I had done on my car when I bought it and they definitely exceeded my expectations. Picked it up today and you cant even tell it was damaged. They answered my repetitive questions without fail and did a great job with the insurance company and everything. Very pleased with the service and work!

I received my vehicle yesterday, I was very excited to finally have my car after almost a month of having it in the shop. However, I was very disappointed when I received it and saw that the inside of my car was full of dirt, my interior is leather and tan color. With this is mind, it seems like the workers weren’t careful to get it dirty there was dirt spots everywhere on my doors, seats, dashboard. I was told my car would get buffed out so it could match the same paint in the front which was where the accident happened, however they didn’t do it to the top of the car or the back. Truly disappointed with this bodyshop.

I am compelled to write this review because of the outstanding service I received from Kelly Johnson, your service writer. I recently had some work done on my 2013 Acura MDX. After the work was completed I had some concerns with the attention to detail and returned to discuss the issues with Kelly. She assured me that my concerns would be corrected. Three days later not only were my issues resolved but my expectations were far exceeded. Kellys professionalism, sincerity and genuine concern were truly appreciated. She is truly an asset to your organization.

Work done was goid but time was NOT! Website claims updated info for your service, mine didnt update & even worse, on phone, I got wrong info 3 times, each time I had to update the rental company.

Good people, friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable dealing with them, and did a good job on my car!

READ SERVICE KING REVIEWS ON YELP - there are many more 1 star reviews of this shop than on Google ....My Story - After damage at their shop, Service King basically tells me to ^&* off. t.Brought vehicle to Service King after collision damage. Service King told me they will provide an estimate by next day. Nothing. Another day went by and if I had not followed up with Service King myself, I doubt Service King would have contacted me. It took Service King yet another day to come up with a repair proposal - additional 7 days in their shop and no repairs to the bumper itself because per Service King the bumper was unprofessionally repaired before (two drops of Bondo in place where the front license plate once was - so Allstate decides no repairs, and $200 appearance allowance instead).By then I found out that Service King is preferred vendor of Allstate. Of course Allstate wont tell you, that you can chose to have your vehicle serviced anywhere you want, instead they hook you up with Service King.I told Service King that I will have to think it over because in the meantime I have contacted Chapman BMW and was told there are sensitive sensors in the front bumper. By next day I decided I feel more comfortable with Chapman performing the repairs.So Friday before noon (4th day my car has been sitting at Service King), I contact Service King and tell them I want to pick up my car and take it elsewhere. Service King tells me I have to pay them $100 for their *free* estimate, and knowing Im under pressure because I was going to move states within a week, Service King wont put my front bumper back up until Monday because there is no one, not a single person in the shop to put back my front bumper.... Interestingly after talking to Allstate - magic ! The car was ready for pick up 4 hours later - this time with additional paint damage to the Front bumper.I have contacted Service King about it and they tell me thats why Im getting $200 from Allstate - yes for damage caused by Allstate client, not for additional damage caused by Service King. Sharing my experience with Service King so you can decide for yourself if Service King is the place where you want to have your car fixed, because their customer Service is the finest - apparently .....Btw Chapman had done the estimate and repaired the car within 5 days.

Kelly Is a great person to work with especially with a total loss.....grief stricken convertable lover had to be put down (the car not the owner)...I really loved my toyota with 277000 plus miles!!! Super glad accident wasnt my fault and no one was injured!!!! Kelly was there to let me cry!! Thanks kelly!!

This place is terrible service. They told me my car would be done 2 weeks ago and now went on 3 weeks. They said it would be done 2 weeks then gave me 2 different dates they said it would be done and it still wasnt. They need to learn to tell someone theirs car ready when its actually ready. And also they only waxed one side of my car. I would NOT go to this place

Kathryn took 6 hours to get me an estimate. Then when I called her to ask some questions about it she had the worst attitude. Honestly I would never do business with this company again.

The front desk is sparsely operated, but once someone finally sees someone waiting at the desk, they provide their full attention.

I was just calling for a quote decided to go somewhere that wasnt so complicated with their automated systems and 101 questions just tell me what its going to cost.

I had to have the back tailgate door of my van replace. They did the work but Ive had problems with it ever since. Been back there 4 or 5 times to have hinges and latch adjusted.
