I got a couple of quotes and then i went to Royal and the owner really helped me out and was very honest. I was crunched for time and he worked quickly and made it affordable for me. Not only did he help me with my car I even text him after he was done with the work regarding transporting my vehicle and he helped with that too .I recommend this shop to anyone that wants an honest person to take good care of their vehicle.

Unbelievable service. They were on time and the price they quoted was the price I paid, which was $600 less than the place I normally go to and they even did some extra work that they did not charge me for. I was absolutely amazed when I saw the job they did on my car. Looks like new ! Both Amr, the owner, and his wife were very friendly and very courteous.

As soon as I walked in, Amr, the CEO of Royal Auto Body, automatically offered his help to me without me even having to ask. I knew he was pretty busy, but he still put time aside for me. I told him I needed my front bumper color matched to my car and some body work on my rear bumper. He offered me the best price out there! He returned my car back to me within 48 hours, and it looked spectacular. Just like new. I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

This place is a joke. I was quoted one price & I thought it was pretty reasonable at first. I was advised that any extra work would most likely cost more, but when it came time to pick up my car, I was charged more for work that wasnt even complete. On top of that, I still need to spend $100+ on another part for my car because it wasnt done in the first place. 100% would not recommend. Save your money, & your time.

I had the worst experience here, they didnt even do the job they said they would, they also over charged me. The management is so rude. I went with this place based on the reviews and its nothing like what people keep saying. I would save my money if I were you. Worst place possible to get anything done with your car.

I had a parking lot situation that costed me bumper, fender and headlight on passenger side, on my 10-year old Chrysler 300.I’ve been to many local body shops around to get the quotes/estimates as the car is in runnable state. This man AMR stood out tall from the crowd, gave me the estimates on-the-fly instantly.He let me buy the autoParts myself as I found a good deal online and only charged me for the labor and paint without any objection.He also let me choose the dates for the repair and handed over the vehicle in less than 2.5 days with everything detailed.Overall, I found this place very friendly and homely.
