Im sure jealous of all the people who seem to have had a great experience with Kaizen. Not at all the case with me at all. This company was on my insurance companies approved list, so I chose them as they were reasonably close to me. About 3+ weeks ago, I contacted them by phone about an estimate for fixing the damage to the front exterior my car. On the phone, they told me to come in the next day to have it looked at. So, I did. When I arrived, they told me nobody was available, but come back in 2 days at 3pm. I did just that. After waiting in the waiting area awhile, a rep comes out and tells me he doesnt have a lot of time, but will take some pictures and get back to me soon. One week goes by, nothing. Two weeks go by, still nothing. So I called back so I could get any kind of status update He was apologetic and said hed get right on it and get right back to me. He said he had all the info he needed. Well, many days later... he never bothered to contact me at all. Dead silence. So after much wasted time I was 0 for 4 on a simple front end repair estimate attempt. Imagine what the actual service wouldve been like if this basic easy task was ignored? And they are in Farmers list of approved service centers? Anyway, I wont go back there now if they offered to toss in steak dinners every week for a year. Oh, And I owe it to my good Farmers agent to send a copy of this review and experience to them. To be clear, this was the Deer Valley and 19th ave location in case they may have other good locations.

This review would have been 1 star if not for Frank the manager. the Adjuster at this location is extremely rude and actually cursed at me in front of the receptionist. Frank Quickly realized the situation as I had asked for my keys back to take my vehicle elsewhere. Frank assured me the repairs would be done well and to my liking. frank gets 5 stars unfortunately his adjusters attitude lost him a star. over all the Quality of the repair was good Im happy with the results but will not be returning unfortunately.

Long story short. I was involved in a rear end collision that pushed me into the vehicle in front of me. Damage to front and back of my truck. I had plans to leave the valley on a cross country trip in two weeks...😣. Fernando was my go to guy. He wasnt sure if the job could be completed before my big adventure, because of a part shortage...Well he came though for me and found what I needed in California to complete the job, He told them I need this right away because my customer needs it fixed ASAP. Well they overnight the bumper and got my truck back in record time. The truck was polished and looked brand new again. I was so very pleased....Thank you so much Fernando and all the people that made this bad situation so much better.

I was in an accident, damaging most of the passenger side of my 2014 Honda crv. I chose Kaizen Collision based on the online reviews and I could not be more pleased with my experience. They completed the work two days ahead of schedule and there is no trace of the accident. The vehicle is like new. I was nervous they would not be able to match the paint, but it is impossible to tell the vehicle has ever been in an accident. In all, the work was of the highest quality, great customer service, quick turn-around, and amazing follow-up service. Although I found all the employees with whom I interacted with to be very pleasant, one stood out. Francisco was the absolute best. One of the most knowledgeable and capable individuals I have ever met; and one of the friendliest. The man deserves a raise. I rarely write reviews, but my experience was so positive, I felt compelled to share.

The truck looks new... wish I did this a long time ago. They put up with me being antsy and my insurance giving them incorrect info at first of what was covered. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.. the only name I remember is Francisco and he dealt with my frustration at the insurance company costing me a few extra days of Ubering to work. Not only did the cost come in $200 under quote, but they vacuumed my entire vehicle, refilled my windshield wiper fluid, and even cleaned a sunscreen stain from off my front drivers seat. Cant recommend them more! Mike was great!

I experienced my very first collision and Kaizen made this entire process such a breeze! At first, the parts for my vehicle took a while for them to receive the correct ones (not Kaizens fault, my vehicle is an imported car, therefore parts aren’t always available). However, what made this process such a breeze is the constant communication and quick updates! Mike, the manager personally reached out and kept me updated and repeatedly apologized for the delay. Communication is key! It allowed me to feel my car was in the right hands!**TO TOP IT ALL OFF... Mike reached out once again after the repair to make sure everything was running smoothly!Awesome experience! Great customer service!

My insurance sent me here to get my car fixed. They finished quicker then expected. I had a problem with a part about a month after the repair they got me in and stood by their work. Very happy with the service and super nice staff too.

I just have to rave about Kaizen Collision Center off Deer Valley rd in Phoenix! They were referred to me by Progressive after finding out my shattered sunroof is a little more complicated than just glass, so I had to file a claim. The minute I stepped into that shop last week the manager Mike as well as one of the gentleman Brandon and the ladies were dead determined on finding a cheaper solution than my deductible even though I was fully prepared to have to pay my deductible. After other dealerships and shops had quoted $900-1700 to fix it even with a used glass panel. This place got a used glass ordered on Friday and called me by Tuesday morning. I dropped it off this morning because the cardboard fell off the open sunroof last night and set up a rental with my claims adjuster cause I was initially told by the shop it would take about 2 days and I obviously need to get to work. They called me at 3 pm to tell me my car is FINISHED. Good as new sunroof on it and they fixed it for a grand total of $214!!! Amazing!! I hope I never have to see them again obviously but if you’re in a predicament like mine, definitely recommend them.

Got my car back today. The repairs done were sub-par, my new window doesnt even roll up and down! I went here because the owner is a friend of my uncle. Hopefully things will get sorted out. Will update review if they fix it properly. But still pissed that I will be down to one car again. My husband and I have conflicting schedules. Not happy right now.

The repairs to my bumper were great. However picking up my vehicle was a nightmare, the fees were documented as being waved, yet the employee still tried to charge me a deductible. The office staff needs to work on their service.

They did an outstanding job on my 2013 Mini Cooper S. Not only did they do everything to the highest standards, but they also finished the repairs a week early. They have wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this shop.

My experience with Kaizen, was a unique one but still great. The team there extremely polite and professional. I had concerns and questions regarding certain issues with my vechicle. The owner Jacob answer my questions and took ownership of my concerns right away. By the way he did not wait for Monday. He took care of my concerns on a Saturday when the shop was closed. That right there blew my expectations out of the water. I’m greatful and humbled to come across Jacob, a gentleman who stands by his work and his word.

The entire process went very well. Its never enjoyable having to have a repair done, but you made it as painless as possible and the car looks great. Thank you.

As of now, I am confident that they will be doing their best to meet my expectations. They seem realistic with what they have to work with. I am extremely detail oriented & picky. They seem up for the challenge.2nd review: unfortunately I had to pull my vehicle out of thier shop. I am not criticizing the quality of thier work. Rather, thier customer service. Because they are a designated repair facility for a garbage insurance company (Progressive), they will not & probably cannot repair my car correctly. They are neutered by Progressive & do not expect them to go to bat for you. I took my vehicle to another shop who fought for me & did the proper repairs on my car & got oem parts to boot (no aftermarket junk parts) & agreed to do the right thing regarding proper paint repairs.

I had car damage that was supposed to be fixed by another shop. As I finally saw the product of the four month long repair the quality was poor. Jacob and the rest of his crew went well beyond anything I expected. They took the task of repairing and giving me back my dream car after another body shop mangledit. They did things for me that helped being left with no car, like gettting a ubber to their shop, or offering a rental when I had to leave town, they also always would have constant updates on the progress of repairs. The headache I was left with, was revived into a car of show room quality. Jacob and his shop are professionals and truly they are passionate about their work. All I can say to them, is thank you for everything.
