I used fix auto with my insurance company. The took care of my truck custom wrap. Instead of just giving me back my truck with original paint they matched the wrap color as well. They kept me informed of the entire status by sending me messages when there was new updates. Not once was I unsure of the status of my vehicle. The communication was definitely there. I would recommend fix auto to anyone. On top of that they made the insurance coverage process super easy as well

I had a nice little 10 scratch and dent on my left rear door which was caused by some road debris. I did a pocket estimate by taking some pictures and sending them with my phone. In a couple hours I received an estimate that I forwarded to my insurance company and the next day my car was in the shop. In 3 working days I received a call telling me my car was ready to go. Now, how do you beat that? You dont. The customer service was like dealing with old friends. Oh, and the results of the body work. Good as new! I hope I dont see my new friends at Fix Auto Deer Valley for a while, but when I need em,....Ill call em.

Wonderful job done on my 13 year old Saab convertible hood.... got a quote a month after I bought the car and over 100 days later they stuck with what they quoted, even though the quote was done by a former employee... work was done quickly and efficiently.... hood looks like a mirror, beautiful

My Kia Soul was rear ended while at a stop sign by a Ford Truck so took my vehicle to Fix Auto Deer Valley. The person that made my life easy was Derek. He explained the entire process from work estimate, parts ordered, and completion time. I got nothing but red carpet treatment with this company and all details were thoroughly explained prior, during and post work. It’s funny in there reply they state I authorized them to do the repairs.then they say no repairs were done to my vehicle I did not authorize this company to do any work on my vehicle whatsoever .they ask me to sign a paper so they can let the insurance company know they had my car not once did they tell me it would be a charge to write up an estimate now try are trying to charge me $750 .this company tryed to get money from the insurance company without my knowledge .I told them to run everything through me first they chose not to they chose to take the car part and send a higher estimate over to the insurance company to getting more money than what the insurance company had already given me and I told him that I was not willing to pay that high price and I was going to come and get my vehicle now I have an attorney working this case to sue this company.because they refuse to let my vehicle go there trying to charge me because I don’t want my vehicle to be fix At their location .I believe it was Poor miss representation of myself I never asked him (Derick)to contact my insurance company on my behalf I actually told him not to them and to talk to me first about my car and he still ran off and did what he wanted to do to get what they wanted to do and then they thought they could force me to pay them for some work that I was not gonna pay them to do also they have my car as a 2020 but my car is a 2021 .Also I have audio recordings of both my visits to this location because I felt som thing was not right with this company.so please keep responding down there it look very good for court records

Patrons spend more time typing up negative reviews versus promoting well operated businesses.3. I can not recommend them - enough.A few days after my insurance claim bodywork was completed, my dashboard tire alert came on. When I called Fix It Auto, Mike happily told me to come in to have it looked at. Turned out to be a roofing nail, nothing due to their initial service and Ron, at 4:30 pm, drove my car, to his tire repair contractor to have it patched. Then refused my offer for payment.Its the small things that go a long way. I will return to them and promote their service to anyone who needs it.

My experience with Ron and Lynn at Fix Auto was tremendous. My credentials are I am a drywall contractor and Phoenix Resident for 64 years. I have had my share of dents and bruises on my cars and trucks and my experience with this shop was 2nd to none. l will send my friends and family to Ron and Lynn without hesitation.

My wife and I noticed a separation between our bumper and right quarter panel on our 2015 Kia Optima. Lynn met us at the door with a friendly smile, noticed the problem and called her Husband Ron. Ron accessed the problem and took the Kia to the shop for repair. Could not have had a more pleasant experience, thank you so much.
