This location was on-time with my cars repair and very friendly. Becca communicated with me every step of the way and provided amazing customer service. My car looks and feels like before the accident. Definitely would recommend the service here.

I have been dealing with the 3 Autonation locations on 26th ave and bell for over 3 months now. I purchased my vehicle in the front, had it towed to the back when it totaled out, and had near constant contact with Jose at the collision center in the middle. He was the only person diligently on top of the service department while I struggled to get a phone call through and made sure my car even got looked at. Unfortunately since the car was deemed a total loss and I had to let Jose go from our communication loop, Im back in the same boat of being ignored, except now its the front dealership blowing me off as I ask for information in order to process my claim. Theyve essentially guaranteed Ill never shop through Autonation again. Please hire more people like Jose at Collision if you want to keep customers happy. Seriously, the only facet of Autonation Im happy with is Collision- they rock and care about turn-around for the shop and for the customers.

Purchased a truck at Autonation with one paint repair (on the passenger door) included in the sale. The repair was done at this collision center, but I would have been better off leaving the damage because they made the problem so much worse!! There is overspray on the windows, overspray on the bed, overspray near the rear door, drips in the clearcoat, and whatever compound they used to buff was slung ALL OVER that side of the truck (in the doorhandles, molding, and window seals which took forever to clean).Im constantly finding new overspray areas which prompted this review and I just wish I had the option to go somewhere else for the repairs. If you have the option on where to go: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Updated with photos. Door repaired was front passenger, which you can see looks great. However, you can see the paint drip and all the overspray areas on that side of the vehicle. Also, you can see the compound that is STILL IN MY DOOR HANDLES AFTER ALL THIS TIME despite my cleaning efforts.

I spent the morning haggling with AutoNations Collision Center, with them denying responsibility for a failed paint repair, unable to locate a rental car, let alone pay for it.

So estimator George over at your North Phoenix location was awesome! He was courteous (held out the door for me), tended to me right away, was honest about not being able to do the work since the issue was mechanical, but gave me great recommendations! If I ever do need body work done, Im definitely coming back.

I brought my car in to be serviced for them to repair my bumper I brought the car to them three times my bumper still is not repaired correctly the girl in charge of my account is never there the manager of AutoNation is nonexistent many phone calls many frustrated hours do not take your car there

Someone Switch Lanes did not see me and hit my front bumper. I took it to AutoNation Collision 4 months later I was driving down Bell Rd and my bumper FELL OFF literally fell off. And guess whos not going to fix it even though they have a lifetime warranty on all the work they do. So my advice DO NOT GET WORK DONE AT AUTO NATION COLLISION if you actually want your body work fixed.

Have never had a better experience. Very professional and courteous. Up front with the possibility of additional damage. The repairs could not have been better. Love the service and communication.

They took great care of my mothers car. They went above and beyond and were friendly towards everyone in our group. They even gave my kiddos treats while we were waiting.

Rebecca, Josh and the receptionist gave impeccable customer service. They went above and beyond what is expected of a collision center. They kept me informed every step of the way and helped me with everything from insurance to a rental car. To top it off, when I received my car back it was completely detailed from the inside out .I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!

I came into get a qoute on my back door,with no appointment at the time and john jamison took care right away,gave me a qoute and I came back about a week later to fix it.when I picked up the car,it looked great!!!A week went by and I noticed that my driver door was not lined up,by an inch and the window was not rolling up very well,took back and they corrected it right and I picked it up the next day.I give kiddos to the team and really want to thank john jamison for the quick attention he gave me. I brought my boyfriends second love here after he got in an accident and was so thankful! I called and set up an appointment and due to issues had to cancel then had time to drop the car off and they took care of me no problem. I delt with Rebecca (Becca) and she was absolutely fantastic, I really couldnt have asked for someone more helpful and understanding. And she worked some kind of magic for us and got us our car back way sooner than I thought possible because we were kinda strapped and paying out of pocket for our rental. She was a God send, she even took care of me when I was worried after it was fixed that something was wrong she let me swing by right then and had Pete the mechanic who worked on it come out and take a look. Thank goodness everything was good but I loved that they took the time that moment to make sure my car was in tip top shape. Thank you so much Becca, I cant tell you how much easier you made my life.
