Iβve been buy parts from autofit for some time now. I recently purchased $1000 of parts. The parts they delivered where for the wrong model of car, turned out the model the ST they didnβt have. They told me I would get a refund when I called the just a few minutes later. I went to the store to return the parts and get my refund. They didnβt honor what the said. Beware if you have to return a part they will only give you store credit. If I want a refund the would have to loss 20% of the $1000 I paid.
So good luck getting an actual good usable part. Sent me a used bumper (had metallic paint on it, overspray, scratches and deep marks in it) and a lower valance that doesnt get painted with scratches and scuff marks. Im 49 yrs old and this might be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. On hold for 30 minutes plus, they randomly hang up on the regular.....which restarts the whole process cause you never get the same person back on the line. If you go there in person it takes like 1 hour to get youre parts to find out they are junk. Then good luck returning it. They only want to give you store credit..........for more junk parts! Not sure how this place is still in business. And they were not that much cheaper than the OE parts. Dont waste your or your customers time!
Huge place and great customer service however its a little disorganized, the person in charge of reciving payment takes forever to get an order pulled and to recieve payment although you already went thru the process with a sales rep, still takes a second description to the cashier to get your order. While your payment ordeal is over you now have to sit and wait for order to be pulled just so the person bringing the order just to drop them on floor and ignore all waiting for their paid orders.
After doing some research online, I discovered Auto Fit Inc had a fog light cover in stock. Upon entering the store, there was a line of about ten other customers waiting to order or inquire about their needed part. After about 10 minutes, I showed the receptionist the part number and SKU of the part I needed. I was quoted a reasonable price and was told to pay the cashier who was at another booth about 40 feet away. I waited in the cashier line for about another 10 minutes.When it was my turn with the cashier, I started to tell him the needed part number again, but he simply asked what car model I was shopping for. When I told him, he quoted me the price again. I paid with cash. They accept credit cards, too, but they dont accept personal checks. The cashier handed me a receipt and told me to wait to be called.I sat in a row of seats for probably 20 minutes when I heard my car model called out. A man handed me a box, verified the part number, and marked my receipt. I was the happy recipient of the exact part I needed.Auto Fit reminded me of being at the DMV, and I thought the somewhat gruff service had its charms. You get the feeling that they dont have time to mess around with telling you to have a nice day.Auto Fit deals with new and used parts so I would suggest you the customer protect yourself, and make it easier for Auto Fit to process your return by keeping track of your receipt and taking pictures of the part you received, and any defects thereof, before leaving the premises.
After my car was wrecked I never thought itd be fixed! I tried finding the parts at the junk yard with no luck . After hearing about Auto Fit from tons of people I checked it out and found every part I needed to fix my car!! It was inexpensive and the workers are extremely helpful and professional. The wait time wasnt to bad but it did get pretty busy. I defenitly will recommend this place to anyone who needs new parts for their cars. Thank you Auto Fit

This place aint no heaven but it is one we need. You cant find a place that sells parts cheaper than this place. Yes wait times are longer because they are very busy. I bought my parts here many times. Ya customer service doesnt exist here much but again this is not an ice cream parlor. You go in, get what you need, make sure to check it out before leaving. Again they are cheap for a reason. Also dont lose your receipt if you plan on returning and exchanging anything.

Be sure to check your items from this store. Bought a part in the box sealed. Never thought to check it. Got it home opened.up and its of course broken and they will not replace. Even called and they said to bad. Lesson learned.
This Place policys on returns are uneceptable. They have 15 days only . After that you cant do anything about it. Unless managers aproves it and you only get back like 15% of total . What a ripp of cant believe it. I dont recommend this place at all. This the last time I conduct any business with this place.

The worst place in the world to shop for auto parts. From the quality of parts to the customer service. I dont know how this place has been in business this long. I hope something better comes along soon because these people are animals. Bought parts they where broken and they wouldnt take them back or exchange them with a receipt. Sad excuse for a business.
First I would give the selection here 5 stars as I have a make and model that is not popular and rarely seen and I was pleasantly surprised they had what I needed. Also being off of I17 and 19th Ave its convenient to get on and off the freeway and its quite easy to see from the street. However I give their on site fulfilment process 1 star. Its very antiquated. You have to give your order, then go to the cashier and after you have paid you will wait...and wait...and wait. Then someone starts randomly calling out vehicle makes and parts. I had to wait almost an hour just to pick up the one part I was there for. Im not sure if I went at a time that was busier than normal but the parking lot was incredibly full and its a tight squeeze. If I need a hard to find part Im sure Ill be back, but I wont look forward to the wait.

Purchased a hard to find pair of headlights for a (2012) Hyundai. AUTOFiT had the best price around, the headlights were shipped the next day, delivered quickly, and were a perfect fit and quality. I highly recommend AUTOFiT Inc.
They deliver defective parts and take your money, when they are wrong and defective they wont refund you. When you finally do the run around with talking to managers and going down there to return the part physically, they give you a bogus check. This place is a JOKE do not order ANYTHING from them. If I could rate zero stars I would.
I bought a VW Beetle hood and it was really dusty when I got it. They said it was their last one. So anyway after I got home I washed it off and the hood had a bunch of deep scratches on it.
They do have really good prices. Better than dealership or others online. That said be sure you have a couple hours to spare to wait. Also they do not give you a refund if they give you the wrong part, they issue a store credit. Be sure you check the part before you leave. Ive also sat there and waited after buying the part just for them to come back an hour later and say they dont have it.
Cheap parts but also cheap service. First time I came for a fender, took 40 minutes to get it out after waiting 15 min to get help. Second time I came I waited over an hour for a bumper cover. I would recommend Cetifit for faster service

Wow what a great day going to this place and experiencing there quality. I was there for parts to an altima and it was just a simple passenger mirror. I called and had my order placed on will call. After arriving, I immediately went to the counter that had a sign labeled will call. When arriving there was nobody in sight and there was a wait of roughly 15 grown men all sitting waiting in their parts. I asked how long one had been there he stated 30 mins. After nobody arrived to take my order that I actually will called. I just made the decision to leave. Although this was bad there have been other times they were actually in top of it.

Would give it 5 stars, because the price for what I got was half the price other places were charging me. BUT they had me wait 30mins to give me my part when I got home realized it was da wrong one so went back waited 20mins for them to give me da exact same wrong part again then waited another 10mins for them to give me the right one.. plus the sign says MASK ARE REQUIRED but when I went in there was like 6 people without a mask and no social distancing whatsoever. .
Its alright they have pretty cheap stuff but the owners seem a bit on the grumpy side.
I come here as my last resort. I mean they have the parts most of the time but workers are extremely rude. I mean you ate obviously there to purchase not to beg for free. But that how they act. Like if they are there to do you a favor. No smiles, no greetings, no thank you! Just get your s#%t and get out type of attitude.

Hung up on twice and 5 minutes on hold when I called from my personal phone only to have a 20 second coversation for a part. Other times Ive called to ask about and order parts, like I understand you hate your job but man this place is really needs to work on their client care. Like I felt like they didnt want business at all.Update: original paragraph posted yesterday. I was told the part we needed was on hand and would be ready to pick up tomorrow. We arrived and the part will not be checked in for two more days. I was going to up it to 3stars once we installed the part but after the handful of transactions, the crowded facility, and general lack of customer service, and all the wring information weve been given, wed honestly recommend getting your parts direct oem or elsewhere.
They have everything you need here. From trim holder pieces to full front ends and everything in between. The only thing wrong here is the amount of time I had to wait to get a side door handle. Seems like they only had one or two people looking or handling the parts. So if you come here make sure to have a good amount of time to spend here.Also they do have decent prices here for everything.
On 09/19/2020 went to get body parts for my daughters cars. Went in...as I was walk in there was I customer upset already requesting her money to be refunded due to her calling a head and verifying the part was on hand ....they dont give cash refunds and they charge a 5% restocking fee even when its there fault for not producing the part ..this just walking through the door...now as I walked up to the counter one of the clerks was with a customer the other so walk up to the gal did even have the courtesy to say hi... at this point I provide the parts needed...she was to busy eating to even do her job right ...she directed me to the cashier and I asked several times to verify the parts due to the rep not verifying them with me once they the other rep corrected the error was directed to the cashier. As I was standing in line to paid for the parts the owner and is minion were wheeling parts on a cart and this is were they started calling out parts tossing/dropping them to the floor not only once multiple of time...blow my mind seeing this ...there damaging the body parts if before you get them ...so I asked if they wont throw the parts on the floor due to them being damaged by it ..the owner turn around and said dont tell me how to run my business...and from here thing got heated...long story short this place rips you off by there negligent and charge you 5% on the return. If you can avoid this place do it...
My time is valuable, when you are so inefficient you waste it I seek other vendors. When it takes over an hour to get a part its worth spending $5 to pay for it and walk out the door like a normal purchase. It is disorganized and looks like a bunch of people bumping into each other looking for a part that already left the building. Whoever is in charge of operations needs to read some books on leadership. Its not the employees fault the ship is running aground. Better systems and training you could have a well oiled machine.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Dont waste your money here! I purchased a bumper that when I opened the box it was bent out of shape. When I told the manager the next day he refused to replace the part or issue a refund. I didnt check the reviews or I would have avoided this place. Dont make the same mistake I did.

This is one of the cheapest places to get new parts for your vehicle but try to get a full refund on unused parts and it was even their fault, wrong part, they wont give you one, they say its its their policy to only give store credit, this store is privately owned and the owner never calls back and if ask to speak with a manager you might as well hang up as no one will pick up. This store is a joke.
I was told these guys carry everything. every time I have called they dont carry it or they dont know what it is... ok.... so Im done with this place. you might have luck but I didnt for none of my vehicles. I dont know how they stay in buisness. good luck.

Bought a couple parts a week ago and opened them today after receiving the remaining parts we needed for this project. headlight was damaged, returned it to their Phoenix location and they would not warranty out the headlight, they said they donβt have or do a warranty on their products. They are supposed to warranty a product for one year against normal defects. This was damaged in shipping prior to opening the box. I would highly recommend not purchasing from this company due to the fact of their extremely low pricing means no on a service or warranty. If you purchase something immediately inspect the product prior to purchasing so that you donβt get burned.
Buyer Beware. if you buying any parts have in mind that are very cheap quality.Because once you have paid for your part,if for any reason you change your mind while waiting for it they keep 20% of what you paid as return fee. You will not get a full refund at all.

I bought a damaged bumper from them. When I called to get it replaced they refused to fix the error. Beware this place are scammer and poor business orientation.

They need a better process. They take to long and itβs the same every single time I come here. Sometimes the parts we ordered are already out. You wonβt know unless you ask someone if itβs been taken out yet. This company would do so much better if they organized themselves more.
Cheap prices cheap parts. There are definitely better options. Customer service was not the best. One part I ordered was supposed to arrive a week later. After week I went in to pick up and they said they did not have it. They were trying to figure out what happened. Then I was told the part was backordered, so would be a couple more weeks. After 2 weeks went to pick up part and they could not find it. They showed it in their inventory but could not find it. Told me to come back the next day. Came back and the party was there only it was the wrong part. I showed them the ladder that was needed and double verified what was ordered and part arrived 2 weeks later. The main part witch was a front bumper cover was very hard to work with. After wound down for primer it was sprayed and some contaminant on the bumper would not allow primer to stick. Had to spend about 8 hours cleaning, sanding, and cleaning to get where it needed for priming.

This place was HORRIBLE!! If I can rate this place less than 1 star I would! First off, It was our first time going there we bought a car hood for our Mercedes Benz. We got home took it out of the package and realized they gave us the WRONG hood. So we had to go all the way back to return it. At the time we couldnt find our receipt so we took it back without the receipt .Everything was neatly packaged back up with all the scanning stickers and the companys sticker on it. They told us they will not refund us without the receipt we tried talking to the Owner of the place since he was there he denied our request didnt even bother letting us talk to him rude and unprofessional, besides him looking really haggard, very bitter unfriendly face, he does not know how to provide good customer service along with his working staff they were also very rude and unprofessional.One of the hags that attended us first, we told her why we were there for she Literally sighed in our face and put her head down on the counter for like 10 seconds what the hell was that about?!?? Very unprofessional and rude she shouldnt be working there if her JOB is that Hard! So we went back home luckily we found the receipt. We went Back again this time with the receipt . They told us about a 20% Restocking Fee that is included for All Returns. Ridiculous right ! I told her that isnt our problem for you guys to have given us the wrong part. They said no restocking fee for us then . Then the cashier girl that was going to refund us still asks why our return when she could clearly hear us talking to the other workers so I had to tell her again that they gave us the wrong part I was very annoyed and irritated. She then after decides to toss the receipt on the counter rude, unprofessional and bitter workers!That place does not know how to Run a good business. And NO ONE there apologized for the error they made NO ONE! My advice is first dont even bother coming to this place go else where! Where you can get treated with good, respectful, professional service. You need to have a receipt for any returns. On the paper receipt at the bottom in small letters it says NO RETURNS after 15 DAYS!! Be Aware, they just care about the money not about giving good service to their customers! Also it says 20% Restocking Fee for all returns which sounds RIDICULOUS again they just care about stealing your money. If the item is damaged or Slightly Used they wont allow you to return it. The bitter unprofessional owner of this place will not allow you to talk to him if you have any problems or concerns he just walks around Mad in and out the parking lot with pieces of trash in his hands instead of attending customers.Dont waste your time! Go to another AUTO PLACE Folks!!

The elderly man was rude. If Im asking for help it is not because I am to lazy to look for it on my own- My profession is not mechanic. But thank you to the two young looking individuals who tried to help, they were not able to physically get out of their desk but they did tried. If any of the staff get to see this, I hope you understand that when someone is asking for help it is because they truly need help not because they are go lazy to look for it on their own.
I recently recommended a customer of mine to go here because Ive always had a positive experience from here. I was totally shocked to see some of the comments that they received. Ive been here several times and yes there is sometimes a bit of a wait, but thats understandable because they have always been busy when I get there. With that said I have never left here unsatisfied. The staff has always been very helpful and even happy to answer some of my questions. Keep up the good work!!!

Really bad customer service, although they have cheap prices customer service can improve, I asked the cashier questions and she acted as if she didnβt hear me and later responded with a bad attitude. This is my second time I gave this place a chance and the first time wasnβt all that great either, the part they gave me didnβt fit my car. Very disappointed.
I went in with my dad to return the wrong auto part that THEY gave us. We were turned away when trying to return it because we didnt have the physical receipt so we had to carry the heavy auto part into the car & drive all the way home. Once we found the receipt & returned they didnt apologize & wanted to charge us a 20% restocking fee for THEIR mistake! The workers & owner have ZERO customer service skills & are rude. This was our first & last time ever going here.

I call over fifteen different junkyards, AutoZone and several other places looking for a new headlight for my 2017 Silverado. All the places including AutoZone didnt have the part due to my vehicle being so new. Went to auto fit and they had it onsite for a reasonable price and the price for them to install it was under $35. Great place
Rudest people in business, the staff does not know anything. Strongly recommend going to National Auto Parts or Keystone instead!!! Prices are good and the people are 100 times more professional.
