This was by far the best experience buying any kind of vehicle I’ve ever had. The customer service there is great they actually know what they’re talking about they’re actually motorcycle riders so it was not only good and fast but it was fun. I called literally in the middle of the afternoon saying I wanted YZ 250 and they put it together for me in an hour and had it ready for me. All in all the whole buying process including them putting it together only took an hour and a half I called at 11 AM they had at me out the door with a brand new bike at 1:30 PM the experience was completely utterly amazing.I used to buy parts and stuff from ride now but I will never go there again not only was it a good buying experience for the bike but it was a great buying experience getting parts they’re friendly they’re knowledgeable and they have a huge inventory in stock.All I have to say is if anyone is looking to buy a bike go to Moto city they’re going to get you on what you want fast and easy I can’t get over how easy they made the experience I just want to let you guys know that this place has forever earned my business!!!!

My wife and I were in the market for a side-by-side. We called around and got in contact with Marty at MotoCity. He was extremely helpful over the phone and decided to drive to Anthem from Prescott Valley to test drive. We got there and was greeted with the test drive and decided to purchase after all the questions & help we received. I was prequalified with our bank so I thought it would go smoothly. My bank was NOT responsive to inquires to purchase. So Marty (sales) introduced us to the owner John Jenkins. He got us financing through his CU and worked the numbers for a better deal than we had anticipated through our bank. Usually thats the end but I had no way to get it back home... Marty offered to haul my unit to my house (that unheard of) but they did loan me a trailer so I can haul it home day of (no charge). I have not received this level of customer service in a hell of a long time! No buyers remorse here!

I would leave no stars as a review if the program would allow me. I tried to clear up a order which I didnt receive ALL the parts in the order. I spoke to Carlos who was argumentive and very rude after he hung up on me while I was trying to explaine my order which he had confused my orders which he really doesnt know what hes doing at all when I called him back he started giggling like a school boy and laughing at me! I demanded to speak to a supervisor 8 times I finally got a manager who was Francis who was more argumentive and more unprofessional then the other representative (as a loose term) I think they really dont understand customer service! i have closed my phone app. I will be making my future purchases from a more professional company like Rocky mountain Atv

I was looking for a specific Husqvarna dirt bike and MotoCity was the only one that had it in stock. I inquired about the bike before business hours and received a reply with the exact out-the-door price from Rick. I filled out the financing form and was pre-approved before I even arrived to look at the bike. After inspecting the bike which was exactly as described, I came back the next day to fill out all the paperwork and pick up the bike. Got a good deal on a new FJR1300. I went in on Friday to look over the bike and drop off an after market front axle slider and pannier and engine guards. The the Service Manager made sure they were put on first thing the next morning so the bike would be ride ready when I came back the next day. I showed up an hour after they opened and sure enough everything was ready to go. Paper work to purchase the bike was also setup ahead of time so that process only took about 10 minutes for me.

The staff is nice, gave the quoted out the door price and honored it.This is the 4th bike I purchased from MotoCity. But beware, they will upsell a warranty without letting you know the price or properly discussing it with you. Kind of bummed I paid almost $1000 for a warranty that I did not ask for. My bad. Not sure if I hope the bike breaks or not as I typically do any repairs myself. Fees were a little less than other dealers in my area. Not quite the deal I have had in the past.

The buying experience was bad none, due to COVID and it’s consequential side effects. The team at Motocity (Sales, parts, service, and management) did not skip a beat to meet customer needs. Theres no hidden fees with Moto City like the other dealers, and trust me, we had the worst experience ever with Ride Now and their hidden fees. We were approved for a loan and they told us the price but failed to disclose all their hidden fees. We drove almost 3 hours and when signing papers found out they charge to assemble the bike (are you kidding me), freight and more!! They never even disclosed this to us before we drove 3 hours. So please.....if you want good service, no hidden fees and professional people who are honest, then ONLY GO TO MOTO CITY!!!!!!! THEY REALLY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!
