Had an older painting on canvas that had been pushed against something and had several bulges coming out of it. Called Tiina and set up an appointment for the next day and she quickly repaired it while we waited for $30! Would go again in a heartbeat if I ever need any additional work done.

I took a wood statue piece of an elephant to Tiina. It had tipped over and one of the ears cracked in half. I tried to fix (not recommended). It didnt look good and it didnt work. Tiina was recommended to me so I went with her. She did an excellent job. When I went to go get the elephant, I couldnt even tell you which ear had the issue. That is definitely a sign of good work! Tiina is professional, cares about doing quality work and meets her deadlines. Thank you Tiina. I enjoyed meeting you and now enjoy my elephant again.

Tina restored a painting of me done when I was about 4 years old. I had no idea it would turn out so lovely! It brought back a piece of my childhood. She does a fantastic job at a reasonable price!

I called just to ask about pricing and seeing what the business hours where. When i was answered someone told me that they would be closed for the next month and that they did not have the time to even look at my painting. Guess this wont hurt the business though if they are already too busy to gain new customers.** Being un-able to recommend another business for the service you offer is probably a good idea... But be honest with your reply. I did not hang up, and you where very rude to dismiss me and say that if i could not bring it to you and leave it for a month and a half, that you could not even offer a ballpark range for repair. Also you would not even consider talking to me any longer when i suggested sending pics or just knowing when you might be available to help. Your responce does not shock me though... Since you are very very busy and dont have time for people who do not cater to your exact request for business.

Tiina is very talented and does fabulous work at a reasonable price. If you ever visit her studio and see an antique cat painting, it is likely another one of mine. She has restored dozens of paintings for me - everything from cupping to inpainting to relining and so much more. I have always been beyond thrilled.Even though Google shows business hours, be sure to call and make an appointment... dont just show up. Everything is by appointment. Tiinas studio is behind her home, and she isnt always there 24/7.I note one reviewer was unhappy with inability to get something done fast. She does travel to Europe to see family occasionally and, as with virtually all other professionals, she keeps a schedule and is occasionally booked/busy. In my experience, she will try to accommodate when she is able, or refer you to another restorer. That said, Ive met the other restorers in the Valley and even used one in Tucson before, and Tiina would be my first choice every time.
