What an amazing place and what amazing service and people!I came in as a total amateur newbie not knowing anything about anything. My first lessons started with Susan and I loved how patient and well versed she is in her teachings. Its quite exciting to be in a new environment, and everyone is just so pleasant and helpful.Today I officially purchased my first bow. They helped me test a few ones, informed me all that I needed to know and assured me and assisted me in making a choice thats best for me and my targets (pun intended). The place is clean, their IG and YouTube videos are absolutely well done and high quality and its just an overall welcoming and epic place to be at.Highly recommend!
Wow! Amazing experience! I am new to archery and I needed a minor adjustment to my strings and they took care of me right away at no charge.Every employee that encountered me, greeted me and made sure I was being helped! They made me feel super comfortable there and it was a very welcoming environment!
Arizona Archery Club is the best! If you are looking to get into archery for get expert advise stop by AZ Archery! Their staff takes the time to provide customer service that cannot be matched. With AZ Archery you get far more than you pay for.
Just went in to pick up my Mathews v3 and got helped by Ben.Ben was EXTREMELY knowledgable with every component they sold. He didnt try to sell me on anything only offered his opinion. I am extremely happy a chose AAC for my large purchase! Thanks again.
My first store bought bow. Right off I felt I was hangin out with friends me and my girl were talking about our experience for over a week the second part the knowledge all these guys possess Eddie you really made that fun I had such a fun experience I was not expecting that I myself learned a lot lastly Im so excited to get my fully loaded 2022 PSE longest wait ever that could be a day or a week lol. Thanks to all the guys at AAC
WOW what an experience! I was gifted a hoyt bow from a family member. Its an older bow but nun the less its a bow. I called about a week before going in I dont remember who I spoke with. I was getting pricing quotes for a tune up, strings and any other work that mite need to be done, After the call I was expecting I was going to have to buy a new bow. I went to the pro shop yesterday. I walked in and was met by Jason, I was shock at his knowledge he didnt look to be over 19 lol. But let me say this he knew his stuff. He took his time and was vary patient with me as I am new to the sport. I was absolutely honored that he actually kept me for buying things that looked cool but that I really didnt need. As Jason answered my questions I was impressed that when I asked he about something he was not sure about he asked Russ to come and help. Let just say the this went to a whole new level. I told Russ That I would buy a new bow to just save time and trouble. He said why? your bow is fine just new strings and a tune up and adjust the draw length. These two men helped and made me to feel at ease. they told me it would take approximately 2 weeks and that they would set it up and get it sighted in and once it was ready that they would help me and dial my bow to fit me. Jason and Russ thank you both so much for making me feel at home and all the help you both gave me. looking forward to a long new relationship with all of you at the pro shop.
The best service in town with the best range out to 40yds is fine and dandy, but its difficult to accommodate their limited operating hours during the week for someone with a job and resposibilities, basically making it reasonably available 1 day out of the week (Saturday). Would rate 5 stars IF weekday hours were extended.
Just moved to the area and looking for a shop for supplies and a tune up on my bow. The staff was supper friendly and informative. Will definitely be going back..
Outstanding, went in to see what they had and was treated like an old friend. Ended up buying a bow and all the goodies to try my hand at archery. Highly recommend this place and its staff.
Visited Arizona Archery Club for the first time, exceptional staff and exceptional customer service.
Amazing place! The staff are very warm and welcoming, especially Ben who helped me find my perfect bow! He took the time to not only help pick a bow, but also fitted me with all the accessories I need without being pushy about upping my total cost. As a beginning archer I felt that my visit to AAC was a great experience and I am very much looking forward to getting in some practice on their range with my new bow! Thank you again to Ben!
Bought my first bow from these folks and had a really great experience. Told them I was a beginner and they took great care of me. Shopped around at several other archery shops in the valley before making my decision, and these guys stood out with their outstanding customer service, product availability, and knowledge. The bow they set up for me immediately performed well which made me even more satisfied with my purchase. Definitely would recommend them.
I had just acquired some vintage Fred Bear recurve bows and needed help getting them set up. Had the pleasure of meeting Tony and his Dad and they invited me to take a tour of their awesome facility...wow. On my next visit their associate Colter then set up my bows and hooked me up with the right carbon traditional looking arrows and let me have some range time to try things out. I was on the bulls-eye before I knew it. Very kind, patient, friendly and informative group of guys. Their facility and customer service I found to be excellent and I look forward to shooting my bows at their beautiful indoor range often. Highly recommend them. Thanks again guys!
Ive had great experiences with the staff. They swapped out my peep sight. They are all very knowledgeable and passionate about archery. It shows.Im taking private lessons with Gary now. His archery knowledge blows me away. I feel that he is a subject matter expect and his one on one lessons are worth every penny.
My husband and I wanted to try archery, so we looked up places and saw Archery Club had very good reviews. It was about a 45 minute drive from us, so we called early in the day to see if there were any intro classes available. We were told by an employee that the classes were booked, but that if we came in at 5 pm, they could give us some pointers and then let us shoot on our own for an hour. Seemed easy enough. We made the 45 minute drive and then we were told by an employee that all of the lanes were booked and we should have called earlier and there was no chance for us that day since they close at 6. We informed them that we did call earlier and the employee told us that whoever we talked to should have taken our names and reserved a spot. So the employee on the phone was not informative at all that we needed to reserve a lane, and the employee in the store seemed to brush us off.
Had my wife and 6 year old son into the club. tried archery for the very first time. The customer service was fantastic patient polite and safety thorough. What a delight it was to hear such enjoyment from my families experience. Thank you archery club for getting both of them excited in a passion I grew up with.
Top-notch customer service. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Came in and ordered a new bow - the limbs arrived on time but it was going to be another month before my riser would come in. . . That would have been a bummer, buuut - they made me a great offer on a similar riser that was already in stock in case I didnt want to wait. Not being one to pass up a great deal, I took them up on their offer, and so far I am liking the riser I received better than the one I initially selected. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and the service I received. Thank you guys at AZ Archery Club!
Took my son in to get his first bow and let me tell you the staff are amazing. Jason our bow tech took extra time out of his day to ensue my sons bow was correct. The owner Tara was more than excellent you could tell she had true passion about her store and helping others. I will continue to be a long time customer. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks to everyone who made my sons first bow experience excellent!!!!!!
I went into the shop yesterday.... knew absolutely nothing about archery. Being brand new to it I had every question you could think of. They answered every question I had. Super friendly people. No question is a dumb question to these guys. They spent 3 hours with me and set me up with a new bow. Cant wait to pick it up and start shooting. Thank you guys again.
I would give them more then five stars if possible super friendly staff second you walk in your being asked if they can help with anything I have had two bows screwed up one from sportsman’s and one from corner archery and I have brought both those bows here and they fix it perfect for me and super nice and answer any questions you have I recommend this place to everyone I’m new to archery and had terrible experiences everywhere but here if it wasn’t for this shop helping me out with my bows i would’ve loft interest and went back to rifle hunting best shop I’ve seen yet!! Thank you guys
This is hands down one of the best archery shops I have been to. Very knowledgeable staff, great products with market standard pricing, stellar indoor range! Every time I go in I am greeted by name. Just had them tune both bows and install new rests. Very impressed.
I purchased my first bow yesterday from Arizona Archery Club after a week of coming in, testing bows, and understanding which bow would work best with me and why. Carlo helped me out on the first day and Russ helped me the rest of the week as my schedule changed. Both guys were great and incredibly knowledgeable and patient to help me pick the RIGHT bow for me.They answered all questions I had which made the process very clear from start to finish. I had an elementary level of knowledge about archery and they ensured to wait until I was ready to make an educated decision before offering ideas.Overall the experience was perfect. Jay Scott referred me to AAC and I am glad he did 👍🏼
Every time I go I am meet with amazing service, everyone is nice and helps. One day I went to the shop and when I started shooting I saw that my string was starting to fray. So I went up and they told me I needed a new one. Instead of getting a string that is meant for newer bow they got me one meant of older ones, my bow was made is 2006. When tying on the peep sight the burned the string but right away said they would expedite the order, and their great service makes me think they should have 5 out of 5 stars.
Had Russ perform a full tune on my new PSE Extreme. I bought it at Sportsman’s, but their techs did a sub-standard setup. Best $50 I could have spent.Russ spent the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the bow and even helped me sight in the pins on their range! I only wish I knew they were there before I went to Sportsman’s.
I wanted to get back to bow hunting after 20 plus years so I set up some private lessons with Gary Sheldon. He wss very friendly and took his time to show me how to use a modern compound bow. After the first hour (and not rushed through at all) I was stoked to set up another. Thats not all, Daniel at the pro shop took a lot of time to help me make the best educated choices in my new bow and accessories. He and Gary both are terrific and everyone at the club I didnt mention its because I dont know you yet. Dont worry Ill be back and you ALL have been terrific.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff, quick turnaround on my bow.
I came in with my Dad and I was completely blown away by how great the staff is. Theyre knowledgeable, proficient and went above and beyond to help me with all of my questions from my stance to draw length. This is by far the best archery shop in Arizona and I will definitely make the trip back here. Thank you all so much for all of your help!
Staff is very friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. This is my second visit here and Im very impressed. Indoor range also goes out to 45 yards, very difficult to find and an asset in the hot Phoenix summers leading up to archery season.
Great customer service, great inventory selection on hand and very fair pricing. This range reminds me of the range I shot at twenty years ago, well without a popcorn maker and old Fred Bear tapes playing. I’ve searched around a bit and this shop/range has hands down beat the competition.
I gave this place quite a few chances, because I wanted to be a long term customer. It is not far from my house and they have a nice facility. However, every time I go there I am not greeted and most of the time looked at awkwardly by the staff. I know I am ugly, but still, it is very odd. Most of the guys that work there dont really seem to have the time or inclination to help out the customer. I dropped off an older bow last January to have a string replaced and it took multiple phone calls (5-6 times over 2 months) to finally get an answer on when my bow would have the new string completed. After two months of run around, I was fed up and they assured me it would be complete on the date they wanted me to pick it up. So I went there on that date to find the string had been installed, but the peep sight and arrows I had requested be built were not done. That turned into a 90 min visit and the owner, who is a nice guy, made it right by doing everything else on the spot. Still, should not have taken 2+ months and multiple phone calls to have a string replaced and some arrows cut. They get two stars because at least the work was done properly and my bow shoots well. Fast forward to most recently, I am in the market for a new Mathews or Hoyt. I walk in and barely get their time of day. I start up a conversation and eventually seem to earn their attention. I shoot the Hoyt I am interested in to see what I think and then I left. They didnt have the Mathews, understandably so, as I am left handed. I am off to shoot the Mathews I am interested in today at a different local shop. I called the other shop and it is night and day so far. Extremely friendly and welcoming. And the best part, they have the Mathews I am interested in and are setting it up for me to shoot. Once I settle on which bow I want it, then will absolutely be purchased somewhere besides AZ Archery Club. The owner needs to have a come to Jesus with his staff, or hire a new crop of employees with better attitudes. Walking into a place that services something as awesome as archery should not be a pretentious atmosphere that is so serious that customers dont want to be there. I read through most of the reviews and it seems I am not the first to have this experience. I gave them multiple chances because I truly wanted to spend my money there and support their cause.
I am new to archery and the staff at this range are amazing. They have spent over an hour with me, and an hour with my girlfriend ensuring that we find the right bow for us. The staff helped explain all areas of the bow and what all I would need. Once I bought my bow, they helped me in the range sight it in. I was not entirely sold on archery, but I chose this place, and it happened to come with a new bow.
Me and my kids go in there very often, Sunday’s cause we can all go and we’ve had nothing but the best respect from all the employees that are there. They have been nothing but patient with us and especially my 10 year old daughter and 7 year old son. They run a great shop and everyone is very knowledgeable. The range is great and in good condition and it’s got AC, they have a great JOAD program also and great mixture of people who are always willing to help with any questions you have.
This shop is top shelf in its professionalism, customer service, knowledge, assistance and products. Very happy I walked out of sportsmans warehouse and into Arizona archery!
Hit or miss here. A year ago 1 Star,4 months ago 5 stars, 2 months ago 2 stars. Ya just never know who or what your gonna get. If the new Manager is around your good. Dude takes great care of his customers but if not it could get interesting. I’d really like to keep going back but the boyz at sportsman’s are super nice and I don’t see the value add for Arizona Archery. Kinda like going to Wal-Mart. Ya may have a good experience but chances are slim. 3 stars is a very fair assessment here.
Cant say enough positive things about this place. Tony, his father and staff are absolutely the best people in the industry. They have always been extremely caring about welcoming the archery newcomer to the seasoned old timer. Theyve always provided the best customer service and have stood behind thier products, even replacing or repairing when they had absolutely no obligation. They have a lifelong customer and friend in me and my family.
Im new to archery and wanted to get into it for hunting. The team here spent quite a few hours with me going through the various bows/setups and after testing a few, I ended up buying one and signing up for their membership for range access. Very happy with my experience. Highly recommend going here.
Great place with awesome employees that have repetitively taken the time to help figure what equipment fit me best, taking the time answer broad newbie questions. Especially appreciated the time and help provided Connor Amerine, who helped me find what I needed with genuine enthusiasm!
Seemed fine when we first entered. Wed told them weve never been here before and they let us take a look at the range before we paid. We looked and it looked okay. So my wife and i paid $10 a piece (because we had our own bows and arrows). Our friend didnt have a bow. He paid his $10 to shoot and his $20 to rent a bow & arrows. His bow was completely under sized, It was for a kid not a 200 pound man. Also, the arrows they gave him were mostly bent, some very-very bad. We were shooting for about about 25 minutes when this lady came over and started ripping into my wife. She said you must be using my target. I initially thought she was doing a friendly-joking thing. My wife said sorry i didnt know anyone was shooting here because no one was here (for at least 10 minutes). We just figured someone left the target for the next person. She was not very nice about the whole deal. We figured out later that this lady must be a regular and believe me, she thought she was all that and a bag of chips. The local archery princess I presume. Then we kept shooting and a very loud and gruff man came in. I believe his name was Gary? and it seemed like he was teaching a younger couple how to shoot. He immediately started ripping into us. I felt like I was being bombarded with insults and orders. He chewed us out for not knowing all the rules (and there are many) that this particular archery business had. We sat back and took all of it. After he was done with his tirade, we started shooting again. It didnt take us long to realize this guy (who was still right next to us), took all the air and the fun out of our experience. We packed up shortly after and left, never to return. I actually asked the front desk guy if the teacher owned the place. The guy at the front desk said no so I proceeded to say I thought that the guy needed a serious lesson in customer service. This place is not friendly to new comers, seems like you have to be in their clique to be treated like a human being.
Every time I go in the shop, I have had an awesome experience. From the customer service of all the employees to the knowledge shared by the experts. Ive dealt a lot with Jake and Daniel, both easy to talk with and never made me feel stupid due to some of my ignorance. Its the service after the purchase that really makes these guys shine. Daniel spent 90 minutes with me a couple months AFTER my purchase guiding me and squashing some concerns...of course it was me, not the bow. Had a couple mechanical issues...fixed on the spot with minimal cost. All the prices are fair and they have a good selection from the beginner equipment to the pro equipment...most of it in stock. If you need something, just go here and stop looking around. Keep the business local and support this awesome archery shop.
Today was our first time here we explained that to front desk after paying we had to ask where the range was and then realized that the targets were not out he forgot to give them to us. A little more explanation for new people would be great. Over all nice place we will be going back to see how it goes. Maybe lane assignment would help?
Got my new bow today! Ventum 30.This place is Great! Thanks Daniel for all you did to get my bow set up for me. And my nephew. Tara Azzie looks forward to her Lessons every week, your a Great instructor! Thanks so much. Russ Thanks for taking care of my buddy on his new bow today. You guys are awesome cant wait to see you guys next week.
I have been going to Az archery club for a few years and cant say enough good about the shop. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and entire staff is great. If youre looking for anything archery I highly recommend.
By far the best facility in Arizona if not the entire Southwest. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful. They are also involved in JOAD for the kids and several charities. Reasonable rates at a world class facility. Check it out, you will not be disappointed!
Every dealing that we have had in connection with this establishment has been absolutely stellar!! The people are unbelievably friendly and the knowledge that they are armed with is truly impressive!! They are a group of first class archers as well as individuals!!
This place is amazing. They dont have customers... They have family. They take care of their employees and customers alike. Ive never been in any retail environment that was so happy where you can tell everyone genuinely cares about each other. Ive sent friends and family there for years now. They are always taken care of with the best possible service. If you arent greeted with a smile and spend over 30 mins just chatting about anything other than what you bought with the owners (family owned, btw)... then you are the problem. These are the happiest people on earth. They love each other and love what they do. You cant ask for a better combination.
I go here daily, Im a pretty new club member as of September and already have made friends with other people and the staff!!! Super friendly people and staff. Ive become a much better archer since becoming a regular 👍🏹 I f****ing love this place!
Very nice and helpful staff. Stopped by for the first time to test out a compound bow. Never shot before and they helped me out even though I wasnt ready to purchase a bow yet. Very nice shop and shooting range.
I have been here many times with decent service. I drove 30 minutes with my young daughter on Sunday to spend an hour at the range. Sunday hours are advertised as 10am to 5pm. I show up at 4pm and they tell me that they now close at 4pm. This is not advertised anywhere. Not google. Not their website. Not even their friggen door. Im beyond upset
Just wanted to comment on a post from Sir Dave, Arizona Archery Club is a first class archery shop with knowledgable, friendly, first class staff. Your review sounds vindictive and unfounded. If you want to have people take you seriously use your real name or maybe talk to the owner before writing a review like yours. Arizona Archery Club is a better place by not having you as a customer. Keep doing it right Arizona Archery Club.
I have been around archery shops my whole life. My Dad would take me with him to league nights to Al Hendersons shop in Phoenix back in the 70s. I want to tell you this shop is first class. Arizona is blessed to have so many great shops around but AAC reminds me of time with my Dad. Tank you
Arizona Archery Club has been an asset to my family, especially to my son. The owners and staff have become a second family to us. The staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The JOAD program is for the young archers to learn proper techniques and the love of the sport.
Excellent pro shop! They helped to quickly identify bow tuning issue with the papertuner. Highly recommend knowledgeable pros.
Love Arizona archery club like a family environment and so much fun.
I absolutely love this place! I found it a few years ago and got all my gear from them. They found the right arrows and cut them for me. They set everything up for me. The owner Kenny is amazing, if you are doing something wrong he will tell you and help you fix it. They always answer all my crazy questions about equipment and gear. I have a service animal and they are super great with her and patient she started going while she was still in training. Worst part of this place is you get addicted to going.
Although not a member or making a purchase I was helped with questions concerning my bow by employees James and Cooper. I found them both to be quite competent and patient with me and was very impressed with their kindness and high level of customer service.
Air conditioning is golden! Cant beat the indoor range and pro shop. I bought two bows here and always had a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
This is a good place to shoot indoors when its hot outside. Its probably the only place around to do that. The service is really spotty. They dont really know how to take care of a customer when he walks in the door. Sometimes theyll look up from the work theyre doing and sometimes they wont. Also, theyll commonly walk away to do or get something for you and then forget they were serving you at all. Their prices on equipment is high, of course, but we need to buy things from them to make sure their doors stay open. Like I said, its the only indoor shooting place around.
I had a great experience with Tony and Colter. I haven’t been into archery in recent years, but Tony and another gentleman (can’t remember his name), took the time to show me and let me shoot 3 or 4 bows. When I decided which one I wanted I ordered it through Tony. He told 8-10 weeks and it came in 6!!! When I came in to pick it up Tony wasn’t working, so Colter helped me load up with all the gear I needed and took me to their great indoor range to shoot and help me get dialed in. I can’t thank them enough for the help so far! Thank you all at Arizona Archery Club. You went above and beyond!
This is one of the finest shops in the State. Tony and staff are top notch and will go out of their way to help you!
My bow wasnt shooting as tight of groups as it used to, dropped it off on a Saturday, I was told to come back Monday evening to pick it up. Went to get it and you could see they had tied a new d loop and removed velcro strips that my decoy attached to. The guy behind counter said no one had touched it yet and give him 5 mins to tune it. Heard him in back room saying he couldnt shoot bow because it is left handed. He cane back out and said he made a rest adjustment and it was good to go. I took it out shooting and was worse than when I dropped it off. I then decided to paper tune it and it was shooting way off. I think they had made adjustments and the guy didnt know what was done so he started messing with it and screwed it up. Now looking for a real bow shop that can fix What they messed up. I will never set foot in their store again and I tell everyone I talk to about how bad their service is.
Great staff, super knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
Tony and his staff are phenomenal, especially Sam! They treat customers like family and theyre the only archery shop that I refer my friends and family to.
They really dont take the time to make sure things are done correctly. D-loop set to high was told raise my sights, wrong. New Smack Down Pro arrow rest installed incorrect and stop screw fell out first hunting trip. Only guy I trusted there doesnt work there anymore. Prices are high and customer service not all that good. Spent A LOT of money with them.
Went in with a friend and the guys at the desk were amazingly helpful. I hadnt shot my bow in a while and it needed some help! They tweaked it for me and gave me some pointers all with a smile! My husband and I are going to be practicing for our upcoming elk hunt there!
Great range! Great customer service. Love these guys.
The folk behind the counter are so helpful and the range is amazing and I look forward to shooting with the Wednesday evening crowd.
Fantastic facility! Target of Hunting setups, they have you covered.
Very awesome place! Kenny is very helpful and he really cares about his customers and archery. Have not purchased yet, but ill be back with some freinds! Thanks you
Always friendly. Always giving good advice . I was a new bow owner and they helped get me going .
Awsome people who have the knowledge to make you a better archer. Bonus air conditioning and up to 45 yrd indoor range, the people who shoot there are really very nice too.
Always super friendly!Had me shooting tight groups in no time!
Had to pickup my bow after 3 weeks they couldnt re-string my bow. Sportsmans warehouse had it strung in 20 minutes. The range is nice but closes early.
To all the guys at AAC:You guys are the best, keep up all the good hard work and you will keep getting better and better at what you guys do. There isnt another shop in the state of AZ that has the top quality facilities you guys have, not to mention your all star staff! Ive been in the shop over 100 times and have never had a bad experience with any employee. Everyone has always been more than helpful, I would never even consider going to another shopTo John Casey:After reading all of your reviews, it sounds like you have nothing to say unless it is negative. In regards to your AZ Archery Club review it also sounds like you have a hard time with someone explaining rules, many of which are in place specifically for safety reasons because archery can be extremely dangerous. Ive seen dozens and dozens of people walk into that place and be nothing but dangerous to themselves and everyone else that is shooting. The people being dangerous think they know everything because they have shot a bow before at other places, but with as busy as AAC is there has to be some kind of rule enforcer to ensure the safety of everyone shooting. Then you give the business a bad review because you cant take instruction, rule explanation and the personality type of someone who has to be the bad guy to keep everybody safe. Doesnt sound like a business review, more like a personality review of yourself just like 90% of your other reviews.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff, nice pro level shop.
Owners is a great guy. First time here. They helped out alot. Would tell everyone that theses guys are nice..
The service here is fantastic! Tony helped me pick out my arrows, sight, and broadheads for my upcoming elk hunt. I have never had any proper instruction and he was quick to offer some help. I would reccomend this place to anyone.
I came into the archeryclub with my little brother for the first time getting ready for archery season and I would like to give a shout out to Chris he was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge when we were talking about setting up our compound bows to keep it short I highly recommend archeryclub as I will be coming back from here on out.
Super awesome, second weekend in a row! Gary’s the best!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Lots of fun to deal with!!!
Great place, great coaches and instructors! Informed and friendly staff!
Absolutely fantastic place. Super helpful and very friendly
My bow broke during the early deer season. I thought it was all over. They hooked me up a loner bow while the warranty work was being done on my bow. Best customer service Ive ever had.
Great staff. ...real helpful. ..nice indoor facility!
Very poor service, and no sincere help given to beginners. The man who was giving clear and safe calls was very egoistic and was shouting at beginners.. Never again!!
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful both in the shop and on the range. I will be going back to buy my wife bow soon hopefully.
Amazing place! Kenny and Tony C. are the best and have a spectacular facility!
Good place...worth a visit if interested in archery.
Great attention to detail and never pushed the sale.
Took my bow here for a tune up before deer season. Didnt get that warm fuzzy, we are here to help feeling. Got my bow home the next day and found the sight screws were loose. I am not sure whats entailed in a bow tune up, but youd think they would check everything. I wont be a repeat customer.
Treated very well and happy we called them!
Very helpful, and the prices are great.
Cant say enough about this company, would recommend them to anyone!
Great facility and range.
Safe fun environment
Great shop
Great range
Excellent service!
