I have been a customer for over 5years. They have always treated me so amazing. Have always gave me the Best Customer Service possible .I have furnished my home with merchandise, Kevin is the best. In my trying times had helped me I will not go anywhere else. I pay all my late feees, and when a piece of merchandise is paid off, I get something new.Would not change, love this place.I even treat them with baked goods at timesLike I say Kevin is the best manager, helps me out. So like I said keep coming with good mer6, and you will have this Customer for life.v

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. My husband and I rented a TV from them for several months. We never had any issues and were always on time with our payments. My husband always receives either a text message or a phone call from them reminding us that our payment is due that day which is fine. We never minded the friendly reminders. As I am writing this today we had not received any phone calls or texts messages from them but received a call from our friend that Easy Furnishing has called her and said they were looking for us. When we called them immediately to find out what the issue was they told my husband they had left several messages for him and he had not responded. First off my husband doesnt have voicemail set up on his phone because he hates it and never checks them. How could they have left several messages if he doesnt have a voicemail set up? Second, the payment was due the day before. I could understand if it had been several days and we had not made our payment and attempts to reach us had been unsuccessful but come on 1 day?? There was no reason for them to start reaching out to our friends. We have always been on top of our account and they treated us like we were the ones who made the mistake. Im glad we are no longer doing business with them and I wouldnt recommended them to anyone.

Worst place to go to they need a below zero rating. Furniture smelled like cigarettes. They gas you up agreeing with any payment dates just to get a sale and commission. Everything you would want is not in stock. We asked for somethings in particular they were like sure sure, here comes delivery date and its oh sir we didnt have this in stock but we had a different one close to it we thought you might like. They blow your phone up EVERYDAY and your references after you just got off the phone with someone who is still okay with the payment arrangement but doesnt notate anything meanwhile the delivery guys are knocking at your door the same time you are on the phone with them.

Worst experience everThe guy there is a con artist. Tried to convince me to sign papers with wrong price then an hour after deluvery time still waiting. Stay far away from these con artist

Too busy on the phone to help those in front of you. Shouldnt need to fill out the papers to get an idea of the cost. Why 6 references? I preferred my experience in Kansas. At least they would listen to me.

Over priced items. A place to go if you are broke and cant afford to get the items you need on your on.
