We went to this department store to buy a last minute gift for a friend. We came across the fashion store and found just the perfect gift. Karla is so helpful and when we told her that were buying a gift for a friend, she also manages to put the item in the box and make it so presentable that it didnt look like a last minute gift at all. Everything is overpriced, so if you have no credit and want to pay 30% interest for in house credit on top of inflated prices be my guest. But enjoy because by the time you pay off maybe a $500 laptop it will have taken so long there will be like 8 newer better models. If you cant afford it dont buy it people. I cant walk into this store without walking out with something. There is a pretty big selection of toys which my kids go wild for. Yesterday my husband and I went to look at mattresses. We chose here because they had DreamCloud and Nectar so we wanted to try them. We had not been to the store before so were not familiar with the layout. A salesperson approached us and we told her what we were looking for. She looked us up and down first then rudely asked if we had credit. Seriously?! Way to assume! I felt like we were being judged based on appearance or something. Then when we get to the mattress area I literally had to tell her that we wanted to look around as she couldnt answer questions and was hovering for no reason. Needless to say I have bought my mattress elsewhere and No, I didnt need credit!

I was lied to my a lady in the credit card department about what i was applying for was promised no fees on all purchases i was lied to about how much i could purchase to top it off a guy sold me an expensive accessory because the product i was trying to purchase was broken and recalled while it was sealed?? it wasnt until i made my first payment that i realized how much this company scammed me i paid above $500 for a $250 walmart laptop and over $300 for a $150 walmart speaker was charged an incredible amount of interest fees and to top it off they signed me up for a credit shield when i didnt even know they signed me up for that they extremely messed up my credit i wish i could go back and never sign up

Some of the employees are okay. But there is one rude mf in there he is short and wheres glasses. I had trouble pronouncing a word and he looked at me and said we dont carry whatever you are trying to say. Turns out they did and got help from someone else. He has a Im right your wrong attitude.
