Wife and I visited the store today, Sunday, May 16th.We waited about 20 minutes to chat with someone which was fine with us, the guys were busy with a few guests.It was worth the wait!! Randy is an absolute wealth of knowledge. We both feel so comfortable and confident in our buying decision.We have a remodel happening in the fall and wanted to know our options. We’re deciding between Bosch and GE Cafe line. Might even mix it up and do a combo.Point is, we walked in with no expectations and walked out very informed. We’ll be purchasing from Randy when we’re ready to pull the trigger.There’s no better place to get your questioned answered. We have no doubts or apprehension about where we’re buying! Again, thank for your time today!!

Randy is very knowledgeable about appliances as well as what brands have longevity. Randy took the time to find out what was most important to us and gave up recommendations for us to review. It was great to have someone who knew their products and could help us make an informed and educated decision when it came to buying all our appliances.

Shop somewhere else. Overpriced. Floor models not for sale. Salesman with a condenscending attitude. Let $3,000 in cash walk out because we said we could find a better price. Dog friendly otherwise I would give them one star.

My experience with BHA was fantastic. Terry was excellent to work with for our remodel project that lasted over 4 painful years. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient, and trustworthy — going well beyond the extra mile. I would highly recommend this company and Terry. (I understand BHA recently changed ownership, and one can only hope that the new ownership doesn’t change the formula and spoil a good thing.)

Best Home Appliances has been my go-to store for all appliances imaginable, for the past 20-plus years. I have had terrific customer service and have always had easy installations.Terry, the sales rep I have always used, is one of the big reasons that I continue to shop at this store.For two different homes I have purchased refrigerators, washers/dryers, microwaves, dishwashers, ranges, an ice maker, and a freezer.The showroom is very nice, and full of high-end appliances. The prices are very fair.I will continue to refer this store to my friends, and I always recommend they speak with Terry if they want good, knowledgeable service.

We bought $30,000 of kitchen appliances for our new home in 2017 (64 refrigerator/freezer, 48 gas oven, electric oven, microwave, two dish washers). Now bought a new high end GE washer. Both times they beat Spencers and all others on price, plus Randy with 20+ years selling appliances is a wealth of knowledge for quality and advice.

Actually, this store carries very high-end appliances; I have purchased three of them due to convenience of location to our neighborhood. However, the staff do need some personnel training in public relations. I have had three negative experiences with their salesmen and only one good experience. For my next appliance purchase, I will be forced to look elsewhere unfortunately.

Randy was very knowledgeable on all appliances. We learned so much. Very clean and alot of great appliances to choice from.

We went into the store without any knowledge of steam ovens. Randy explained the difference between the models and we settled on the 24 inch high Miele steam / convection / broiler oven (combination oven). It is the only one with a broiler and has less complicated controls. Randy advised us about the need to make ventilation provisions at the rear of the oven. Other stores did not know about ventilation requirements.Stone Creek Furniture designed our kitchen and I specified a ventilation space behind the oven that also ventilates the refrigerator rear space. We have floor to ceiling cabinets.We also like our Sharp drawer microwave and Zephyr exhaust hood insert.Pricing was better than others locally and online pricing. The contract appliance installer was very good and utilized a scissor lift table to position the appliances.

We had been looking all over for a part to convert our drop in stove to propane and no one could seem to locate the parts. After calling about 5-6 places and getting the runaround to call other places we tried Best Home Appliances.What a breath of fresh air! Not only did the gentleman I spoke with know his stuff, he made the entire search extremely easy. Since we were in Tucson he even said hed ship it to us! We were provided an estimation on when he would have the part and the expectation that he would call when the part came in. And true to his word he did exactly that and in the time frame that was provided! I cant recommend this company enough. If I could give 15 stars I would. THANK YOU!

Went here on a fluke but if you are shopping for major appliances ask for Randy. I have been to all of the other appliance stores and you know how they operate. Randy is extremely knowledge and will recommend brands but in the end lets you decide whats right for you. I saved a bunch of money thanks to Randys recommendations and now I am getting all my dream kitchen appliances from Best. They have it all Sub Zero, Wolf, Bosch...dont go anywhere else!!!!

The salespeople are great. However, the delivery was painful. After I stayed home all afternoon, they cancelled the delivery and tried to reschedule for late the next afternoon. I said I wanted an earlier appointment and they sent one miserable guy the next morning. He did not want to be there. He turned on the new double oven without any cleaning. The dirt and packing materials started to cook before I caught it. The refrigerator filter was not installed; it was not balanced and the packing materials had to be removed from the inside after he left. In general, they dont care.

No need to shop here...we spent over $10,000.00 on appliances for our new home. Dryer flooded laundry room, refrigerator arrived with huge dent, 8,000 dollar range has 1 working burner. When you contact BEST HOME they refer you to manufacture. Why not shop on internet??? No need for these people....worthless.
