We purchased new appliances and with COVID had it all had to be ordered. We got 2 of the 3 on the date promised. The last item is not due for 3 or 4 months.We were able to install the Bosch fridge perfectly. We are loving it.Had to have some electrical run for the oven because the old oven was wired with the stove top and the new oven had to be on its own breaker. Didnt see that one coming. Got it done andSergio was able to reschedule the install within 3 days! Thank you Sergio. Ceasar and Antonio did a beautiful job of installing it. They were friendly, helpful, set it up for me, and left everything clean. Our very curious husky wanted them to stay and play.The guys who installed the fridge were great as well. Dont want to forget themIts puppy approved so give these guys a raise or at least a bonus!Best experience one could hope for.A Big Thank You to All of You!

We have purchased several appliances from Arizona Wholesales Scratch & Dent section and are always pleased with their quality of service and product. Recently, we purchased an Electrolux Washer and Dryer front loader set with steam. Although they had a very slight cosmetic blemish, it was not readily visible and did not effect their performance. We worked with Victor and he did a great job of showing us the features of each model on the floor and even Googled various models so that we could read the pros and cons and make a good selection. When it was time to make the purchase, Victor insured that the items were carefully packed and protected as we were transporting them to Mexico. We highly recommend Arizona Wholesale for there overall quality and service and the Scratch & Dent Department for great savings!

They installed an Oven/Range in my home. The first time we used it the oven caught fire. Two things bother me 1- Lack of testing the init before leaving after installing it and 2- What seems to be improper installation. Also lack of response time to get somebody out to look at it is disturbing. Real lack of concern. Beware ! Photo of burned wire attached

An easy place to score a couple hundred of new household major appliances. Friendly staff. Section is, by nature, hit and miss.

We bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer the end of Feb. 2016 and registered warranties on all three. The refrigerator failed. When we contacted Whirlpool for service under the one-year warranty, they said the unit was sold in 2013 and the warranty was expired. We explained we bought the unit 2/23/16 from AZ Wholesale and have the receipt . They told us to show the receipt to the serviceperson, which we did. Still Whirlpool records show the unit out of warranty and the serviceperson cant change that. We requested help from AZ Wholesale but we are still waiting. After reading an item in the AZ Republic, I thought these guys were reputable, but selling a 3-yr old refrigerator as new is fishy and not resolving this warranty issue ASAP is inexcusable. Shopping here definitely means taking your chances!
