First of all the owners double Park their car in front of the building leaving no parking spots for customers!!!! This open box appliance store is just dented scratched and damaged appliances damage to the point where they would not work properly and they charge more than most big box stores do, for the items brand new in working condition it does not make sense and I would NEVER go here !!!!!!

Stopped by store to check on a dishwasher that was shown online. Not one of them I was interested was there. They show 53 dishwashers in stock, but I seriously doubt the place even has room to hold 53 dishwashers. Guy stated that they sold them all. I seriously doubt it because the appliances in there were pretty rough. He said they were all scratch and dent, but they looked more like scratched, dented, kicked, thrown out the window and hit by a truck. Waste of my time. Not as advertised and not worth the trip.

Great prices on open box appliances. Got an LG top of the line dishwasher for nearly half of the price advertised at the big box stores. Install was fast and they hauled away the old unit. Diego was helpful and very efficient at his job. He allowed us to walk through the store and check out each refrigerator before we asked questions on the one we chose. He was not pushy or hovering over us. We chose a beautiful KitchenAid for half price of what big box stores sold it for. Theyre holding it for us until our home is built even. Will come back again for any other appliances. Worth the drive!!

Disappointed. I came for 3 appliances priced over 3k bucks. Drove 40min. Nothing available. No alternatives to the same brand. This is scratch and dent. Items you thought might be fixed cheap. Were sold as is. No option. Obviously if parts were cheap they would replace. Girl was nice, hence the 2nd star.

I had all intentions of writing a good review for this company because my first experience last april I came in looking for a new dishwasher and ended up getting a refrigerator as well. I came in with my parents as they were visiting, it was nothing but easy. They delivered right to my 2nd story apt, installed and check to make sure it worked right away. It took maybe 24hours for the whole process. But the second time I came in for a washer/dryer was the worst experience. I am being extra cautious who I review negatively during Covid. But this was something others need to know. My washer/dryer went out on a Sunday in the middle of the night. I had been here before so I checked and they were open monday morning first thing, I was there. The store clerk was really sweet and helpful but I cant remember her name. The older guy at the store was even very helpful and gave me a deal because I was a returning customer. Which makes this even harder. I set up my installation with them and the clerk said it would be between 12-3pm that wednesday. I called 3 times to confirm this so I could arrange my work schedule. Wednesday morning 7:30am two men with NO MASKS are knocking on my door. I had no idea who they were. They said they were here to install my washer/dryer. No ADA shirts nothing. I reluctantly let them in because I wanted it to get done but was very annoyed with the time difference since I had requested off work during that time and made my schedule according to what they told me. They start by complaining this is a second story apt and that they were not told about that. I wasnt sure what they wanted me to do about that but they were two of them. They got everything upstairs. They could not get my water line to shut off so they said I had to get a plumber to replace the valve. They left and took my dryer outside and left it by my dumpster which I could have gotten fined for. I called them to remove it they said they would come back for it. I called a plumber that morning and they were able to come in shortly, the plumber fixed the valve in under an hour. I called the installers back to let them know I had everything taken care of. The guy let me know they would need an extra 50$ to come back. I told him thats ridiculous why? He said the day was over they werent going to come back and wouldnt pay the guys to come back on Thursday because its their only day off...so they couldnt come in till friday morning but would still have to pay. He also wanted more money because it was a 2nd story apt. I honestly have never heard of anyone during this pandemic say they wont work. The extra 50$ was just such a unreasonable request. For what? For them to do their job? I also was out of my appliance for almost a week. There was no sense of urgency. I did not want the guys coming back in my apartment without masks again and told the guy I spoke with that but they ignored my request and did not want to help me at all. I told them friday would be fine but I needed it done asap. There was no confirmation of time when the installers would come that friday. Again, they showed up early in the morning, without masks and installed my appliances and left. The scrapped my floors in the process as well. No one should have to worry about this stuff when buying appliances. I feel like because I am a single, young female they tried to take advantage of me. Very unhappy with the service I received.

Went in on a Saturday, picked an appliance, they gave me a lower price than marked, requested delivery for the following Monday and appliance was delivered and hooked up on Monday morning. Great service and fast delivery. I would definitely go back. I love my high tech refrigerator. It is amazing with only a few dings.

Doesnt even deserve a single star. Sold a faulty product and to make things worse not having repairs done in a timely manner. It doesnt and shouldnt take 2 months for a new refrigerator to be repaired and returned to owner. In fact the wait period still continues. Not to mention they know its me calling and now refuse to answer my calls. Which doesnt even matter if they answer the phone as all Diego does is lie and cant remember the last lie he told me. I feel like this has become a never ending ordeal and its just a refrigerator.

We bought a microwave, stove, and dishwasher from here. They supposedly hooked them up last week. We went to use it two days ago-lo and behold-the stove doesn’t work. We’ve tried calling them now for several days all we get is a busy tone...we’ll be going in tomorrow. So inconvenient and at this rate I wish we would’ve never bought their items-it’s not a deal if it doesn’t work and you can’t get ahold of them without having to drive there...

I got a cheap washer/dryer, the cheapest he had. I got them delivered and installed. First load and the washer isnt spinning right. So i call, they send someone out, and the washers transmission is no good.... So they replace it! On a used washer! FOR FREE, to stand by your guarantee when you could just say as is is a pretty big deal in my book. I would recommend this place to anyone in the market for appliances, they had a huge selection from dirt cheap to high end, and they will honor their guarantee.

Awful place, dont loose you time. I called two days before asking for a range listed on craigslist at 450 dollars. I drove there today and they uploaded a new listing for 475 and said that the 450 one was sold. It was the exact same range with the exact same damage just different knobs to tell me it was a different one (but they messed up anyway because the one they had on the store was the one listed at 450), so they told me thats not the one and it is imposible that we will sell this one for 450 thats 475. Then I showed him the shipping tape applied and folded the same and said ok we can do 450 on it but we cant sell it today because the technician is not on the store. Of course after they trying to fool me I was not going to buy anything anyway but I already was there 120miles away from home.

Purchased a washer and dryer. The washer didnt spin properly and left clothes soaked. They took weeks to call us back after calling 5 times to use the warranty. When they FINALLY came to fix it, they took it for 5 days, and it STILL doesnt work now that theyve brought it back. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
