9.28.21 @8:32AM-9:05AM, Grays Ferry location.. I went to pick up my package this morning and I wasnt very happy going in since the driver supposedly attempted a delivery the prior day; yet no slip was left to notify me. (The sender advised me after trying to track down an overnight parcel for 3 days). The young lady on duty was the exception to the rule. Very professional, handled each customer and their concerns promptly and with options instead of turning people away and being short. She controlled the environment and although I had the longest wait she made my wait effortless and comfortable. Great job!

So I’ve been given the run around for about 2 days regarding my package. Today I showed up at this location and when Ericka Molton came out from the back her energy was so pleasant. I was truly upset about everything I went through in order to get my package but her energy abd patience changed my mood instantly! Khalif Braxter who was the driver and had my package was so awesome as well. I really appreciate these two who made my experience today pleasant and I’m a satisfied customer lol.

Fraudulent Job Opportunity, My Email Contained This Unbeknownst To Me A Alleged: Job Working From Home,!!! Fraudster Wanted Me To Supposedly Set Up A Office In My Home. Sent Check For $4720.00 And Told Me To Deposit Into My Account. When I Got To The Bank. I Suggested To The Bank Manager To Investigate Whether The Check Was Valid. She Kindly Called The Check In To The CEO Of The RELYCO Company And As I Suspected This Check Was Bad,!!! The Bank Manager Said That A Batch Of Checks Were Stolen And They Have Been Circulating Throughout The United States. Just My Luck. So I Called The Fraudster To Confront Him On That. But Got No Answer And He Deleted All The Phony Job Instructions. What Some People Will Do At The Expense Of Others To Make A Buck Right. Beware: If It Sounds Too Good To Be True, It Probably Isnt!!!

I needed clarity and unlike some of the service I usually get at the Post Office, my service at FedEx included clarification and ended with a have a great day. The woman greeted the previous customers the same way but she knew them by name; so I was pleased to have received the same treatment she provided repeat customers. Points of clarification: could I use my own packaging for FedEx ground and express? Her answer: Yes. Was my pre-paid (through eBay shipping) label sufficient for the weight and packaging? Yes. I just need to give you a receipt and youre ok.

The amount of times Ive been delivered someone elses package or had my package be delivered somewhere else is absolutely ridiculous- its genuinely 2/5 of the time something I order gets shipped by Fedex. When I do get the correct order, its often thrown from the truck onto the porch rather than the driver getting out, often breaking something on the porch or the contents of the package itself. When they do get out of the truck and place the package on the porch, it gets placed directly in front of the door making it incredibly different to open (theres ample free space to place packages elsewhere).

I love it when I pay for 1 Working Day Shipping just to not receive my order at the scheduled time, or the next day, or the next day, or the next day! My order is now listed as Pending which apparently means sitting on the shelves gathering dust at this place for the last few days. Real excellent service you guys are running here!

Completely unable to ever receive my package since it’s marked as a sign for package that I’m not allowed to edit and have exceeded the amount of failed deliveries due to being at work. Went to pick it up in person and was told that even though my name on my ID matches the package, I have to have a bill matching the address. I just moved and have nothing in my name and that address yet. Very frustrating and was never told this information. I’ve picked up packages from DHL no problem. So now I can never receive my package. Thanks.

Constantly wont leave packages and i have to pick them up for deliveries that doesnt say anywhere that they need to be signed for in order to be left! I atleast get the note left from the driver saying they actually did attempt the delivery but because Noone answered the door/signed for it ( Because they came mad early or at a random time) they took it back to base. If the package needs to be signed for it should say so!! Sometimes they deliver them Sometimes they dont its extremely inconvenient to have to drive all the way down to the base to pick them up.

Need to QUICKLY drop off a package? Move along... I waited over ten minutes in the unattended lobby before someone popped their head out from the back to tell me someone will be right with you. Eight minutes later someone did come out... she was friendly, thank God.To be fair... maybe they just didnt have enough staff that day. Curious to see if others had the same waiting experience.

Masks are required. Signage is clear. A five person limit inside the center is enforced. The volume of business has definitely increased but the agent kept things moving. Pens are not available. The agent fills out the labels from paper forms to be filled out on site. The more reliable way of letter and package delivery.

I’ve never experienced customer service like this before everything about this fedex facility is disgraceful the driver allegedly made 2 delivery attempts 8:30 am when fedex told me he’ll arrive at 10am not once did I receive a message about the driver being there, that’s not even the worst part about it the customer service told me it’s nothing they can do about it i asked to speak to a manager she kept saying I apologize not once transferring me to her manager eventually hanging up on me I asked about corporate she stated they doesn’t have one I went to the facility they told me I’ll have to come back 6 hours later because my package isn’t there. I have been calling Fedex to pick up a return package its been 5 days and every day that I call they give me an excuse and another tracking number and the item never picked up and its heavy. I dont know why they are keeping doing this. The item is heavy I cannot even lift it by myself to drop it on my own. They keep turning me around. Terrible! So I waited in that hot store for an hour for them to tell me they couldnt find my package. Then the fat,dark,loud one with the braids told me it was only 4 of them,how its only but so much they can do and they just couldnt find it. Very Unprofessional I had to walk away from her. Just disgusting Customer Service!!! And Yes a manager was Present!!! Oh and my package was supposed to be delivered on Friday Im not gonna receive it until Monday or Tuesday after paying for overnight shipping.

Called customer service number and was told all you need to pick up package is I.D and a valid tracking number. Package contained my meds. Refused to give me package because license address was different. Provided proof of amazon package with delivery address, still wasnt good enough. This is for the fedex delivery drivers working out of this facility - they often don’t even attempt a delivery and claim there was a Delivery Exception and the delivery could not be completed. I’ve noticed this happens more often with items that need to be signed for, as if they know they have an excuse to skip a location and help their delivery times.Every time I’ve dealt with a missed delivery from this FedEx location, I’ve never received the card they are required to leave at your door.. I’ve also always been home… and in my living room which faces the road.Now I have to go to this location and attempt to persuade the FedEx customer service workers to dig through a ton of deliveries to find mine, which from the other reviews on Google should be a nightmare.

The weekend staff at this complex are either understaffed or don’t care about their job. We were assured by 4 separate customer service representatives that we could receive our package from this facility yet were denied the package repeatedly. We have received confirmation that our package is at this facility both by email confirmation and a FedEx representative. The employees claim that FedEx customer service is lying to us and even though the package is at the facility they cannot give it to us? Confusing and unprofessional.

Absolute horrible customer service. Workers there need an attitude adjustment. They claimed my case for shipment was too large yet its a corporate case that we use for dozens of conferences every month and ALWAYS drop it off at a standard FedEx. After they were rude and wouldnt even measure or weight my package to check if it was inline with their guidelines, I left and called corporate. They agreed that the package is within guidelines to be shipped FedEx Ground NOT Freight. Some employees here need training on customer service and their policies because it doesnt seem like they were trained in either category.

Pretty far out of the way for a place youre forced to go to when there is a delivery mistake but at least theyre quick to serve you, and the they did their best to correct the problem. They must deal with a lot of dissatisfied customers though because the woman seemed to be on the defensive before I even said hello.

Easily the worst fedex location Ive ever been to. The employee I dealt with was Randolph Brown and he was easily the worst fedex employee Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with.He took at least 30 minutes to get my package set up for mailing after getting my email address, shipping address and recipient address wrong at least three different times AFTER making me fill it all out on a sheet of paper. I asked him if it would help if I just told him everything and he was adamant that I had to write it down.He is clearly on a power trip and unhappy with his job and needs to be fired.

ORDER: 422719749404 (Missing or stolen)This past Monday I had a pair of Apple Airpods that was supposed to be delivered to me.I got an email notification that said the item was delivered and left at the front door.I left my first floor apartment to discover that it was not there.I would then contact Fed Ex to report it and they claim it is under investigation.I also took the liberty of calling my building management to request that they look at the video footage of the last hour or so and they did not find anyone attempting to deliver anything to my door nor did the find a Fed Ex truck near by.We have cameras everywhere.This leads me to believe that the item was stolen by the carrier in charge of the item who took the time to write and scan that it was left at the front door.ALSO NOTE: I had (and still have) a note telling the FED EX carrier with my package that I am home, please call so I can get the package.In the past they have done just that but this time was not the case.I believe that whoever was in charge of that package new what it was and decided to take it into their own hands.If this happens again they and Fed Ex will be in for a surprise this time trust me.Fed Ex, please check your staff for any sudden new Apple Air Pod Pros that they are wearing.It could belong to me.

My order was suppose to arrive on Saturday, then it said delayed until Sunday cool no problem, Sunday here and still no packages. I checked my emails again and said arriving on Monday the 22nd now. Its Monday I check my tracking and it said arrived at Philadelphia FedEx 7:25am, on the truck at 7:36am so I go downstairs to open my front door. Hours went by so I checked tracking again said delivered at 12 something noonish remind yall my door been open since 7 something that morning. I instantly called Walmart and they contacting FedEx telling them someone will call me back. Its been 2 days now and no one never got back with me. Either the driver kept my stuff or dropped it off at someone else house. Thank God Walmart was understanding and resend my things within 2 hours. FedEx check your workers please

Dealing with FedEx is just a nightmare and more stress than its worth. This is my first time dealing with them as most of my orders are shipped via UPS. I pre-ordered a phone VIA the AT&T store, to be shipped to the store. Unfortunately, since my AT&T store was looted the store had to close down and my package could not be delivered since 11/4/20. I called FedEx several times to inquire about the package and if I could even retrieve it myself. There just seems to be a bunch of miscommunication within this company. When I went down to the location where the package was physically located. First I was told they couldnt find the package (even though the driver who had my package had already returned) then I was told that they could hold the package for me and I could come pick it up the next day. I told the FedEx person that I couldnt because my ID address does not match what is on the package. She said to just call AT&T and have them change the delivery address and I could pick it up. I asked her not to do that because it would be more of a hassle. I would have just waited until the store was opened which would have been this week anyway. Next day, I received an email saying that my package was being held for pickup at this location. When I called FedEx and told them this change was not authorized, they told me that only the shipper could make this change. Obviously not since the shipper didnt make this change! I asked for the Greys Ferry FEDEx location contact number and was told they didnt have one. Seriously?I then contacted the AT&T store to try to help me and the store manager went above and beyond to do everything she could. We finally got a hold of FedEx on a three-way line and was told that the status was changed to delivery. I received an email this morning that the package was being held at Greys Ferry.My head is seriously about to explode. I do NOT want to ever have to deal with this company ever again.

I went to this Fed Ex location on a Saturday morning, this was my third Saturday morning visit because I left the first two times because of the long lines. I finally got in after waiting outside for about 30 minutes. When I got in, there was one woman at the service desk taking care of all the various needs of the customers (taking packages, answering questions, and retrieving packages being retrieved by customers). The store manager came out saw the line and I took the time to express my concern of the long line and no help for the customer service rep; at this time I have been waiting for 45 minutes with five people ahead of me in line. The supervisor answered a question of the customer service rep and returned to the back without making any attempt to provide assistance to the customers waiting in the long line. By the time I completed my transaction 58 minutes have passed; and the supervisor made no provisions to reduce the long unnecessary wait for customers. Thank God the customer service rep was patient and helpful.

This location needs to either retrain their employees or simply get new ones. The lack of customer service skills and common courtesy are non existent. No ones seems to care or go the extra mile to help instead your given attitude and an argumentative interaction in which I had to say I’m leaving and not engaging in this conversation any further. I was told by the FedEx customer service manager (since I had to go that far) that I would be able to go and retrieve my packages since they confirmed with a location employee that I could. Well going there another 2 stories were told. They couldn’t find one of my packages and claimed in was ground shipping. Mind you, I had on my phone from the FedEx site that the driver put “attempt delivery, resident not home”for (Express not Ground) and put I requested another date. Then the second package, the worker finds but tells me I can’t have it because it says tomorrow’s date. Well of course! The driver lied and changed the date. The CS supervisor even told me that could mean anything by putting that down. If this was an attempt then why no Door Tag left?! I was told I could pick my package up but this woman said I couldn’t have it since there were no notes that I called. Mind you, I have the number time stamp in my phone that I spoke to them 20 mins prior to arriving, which I explained multiple times. Why waste my time?! So I’ll be back on the phone trying to find $300 worth of things I ordered. The location I see has been known to steal so this doesn’t make me comfortable. I will be going to corporate to report this employee at this location. The attitude display and lack of doing her job is beyond me that she still has a job. FedEx do better!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. They claimed no manager was in the building, but he was popping his head out??? The guy at the front desk yelled at the lady in front of me for not knowing about a form that they gave no directions about and then tried to make her get to the back of the 45+ minute wait line after she took seconds to fill it out. 10 days after my overnight package has attempted delivery.Went to this hold location, was in line for 20 mins and eventually was yelled at by lady at counter until she admitted she was looking at the wrong screen. Then she left to go look for the package and another lady came out and started helping others. After another 15 mins, I asked the second lady if she could help me. She told me the lady helping me went on break for lunch, walked to the back room and shouted loud enough for everyone to hear this inpatient man is asking for you! 10 days later, my overnight package still has not come and delivery has been attempted more than once. I understand holidays can be busy, especially for shipping services, but this is unacceptable.

(Try that in the city)This visit while another first time customer was filing out docs with the agents assistance at the counter this kind agent named Christina asked about the service I required and offered to process me on another computer, shortening my time there. I recalled her from another encounter...remembering her quick, friendly and professional presence.I’ve always been treated well here but Christina stands out. Second time this happens with this company. Waiting for my package in my living room since 9am and even my child is doing his virtual class there so we can receive the package. Left my blinds open and my screen door open and while seating in the sofa next to the door the FedEx driver writes “customer not home.” I called customer service to notify the situation and they only offer to do a report. Frustrated that this situations keep happening and no one from leadership makes them accountable for plugging untrue information in their system. Now the driver moved the date of delivery when i took my day off today to wait for this package that requires signature. Unbelievable that no one can contact the driver to know what is going on.

AVOID THIS LOCATION BY ALL MEANS! I’ve never experienced such incompetence in my life on a consistent level. The manager gave me attitude and ignored my requests to help the employee filling out my international shipment, which he did wrong and now is in limbo. The manager told me to be patient because the employee is “slow”. He doesn’t know how to use a computer!! I gave him all the information typed out clearly. I even asked if I could get my shipment back and bring it to another FedEx location because I was worried they were doing it wrong but they already charged my account.

I don’t understand this middle man thing where when I call it’s never the location of where my package was delivered from. They claimed to have delivered my package but on that time and date it wasn’t I was outside a fed ex truck never went down my street. When I called again I was told the person who delivered my package was off today. Look I’m not wanting you to bring that person in just contact the driver. It wasnt taken off my steps because I never had that issue before with other delivery carriers. I didn’t put the wrong address. WORST PARCEL SERVICE!! I constantly have problems with this particular warehouse. Today I was expecting my new washing machine, they claimed they attempted to deliver it and THEY LIED! A few months ago they delivered my brand new TV to the wrong address and when walmart sent out a replacement, fedex was used for delivery again and they delivered my television with a huge crack on the screen. I had to pay samsung $600 to replace the screen & when the FedEx investigator finally called back, he didnt care and told me there was no need for further action. These are just two of the problems Ive had with them. I dont understand how theyre still in business with the numerous complaints they get on a daily basis.

FedEx sit on a throne of lies. Worst customer service ever. Drivers are to make two attempts and then it goes back to the facility. Drivers “attempts” were a minute apart. Not to mention the location they were delivering to was a open business with people waiting and ready 21hrs a day.Call their customer service and you’ll get some call center half way around the globe with some god-awful person reading off a cue card. No conflict resolution, no help whatsoever.

On November 17th 2020 I went into my Amazon account to check the status of my package and it was then that I discovered a message stating that my package had been left at the front door/porch, at 6:06 p.m. I dont have a porch! I read the message between 6:50 and 6:55 p.m. I immediately got off my sofa and opened my apartment door and there was no package at the door. I ran down the stairs to check at the front gate, no package. The driver never rand the bell to alert me about the package delivery! For the life of me I cant understand why a driver would get out of the truck, come up to the gate, leave a package and not take the time to reach up with their free hand and ring the bell that is located to the right of the gate! The drivers failure to ring the bell resulted in me not getting my package! I was home sitting on the sofa waiting for my package that was suppose to arrive by 8:00 p.m.as per FedEx tracking! I went looking for my package at the 4 porch houses across the street and when I got to the 4th house I spotted a small package. I went up to the door and RANG THE BELL and a woman answered and I explained the situation and asked her permission to check the package and she gave the okay. The package was not mine it belonged to the womans daughter and it was delivered by FedEx. The stated that she wasnt aware of the package and she also stated that the driver didnt make her aware of the package. She thanked me saying, if it wasnt for you i wouldnt have know about the package. I wonder if the driver that allegedly delivered my package is the same one who delivered my package. The moral of this story is, do not leave a package without alerting the customer by ringing, If there is a bell, or knocking and waiting a least.a minute for a response! I know that FedEx is very busy during this time of year and I would like to take the time to thank FedEx for its service! It is very appreciated! Thank you and God bless!

Worst service ever,first they kick me out ot store for the amount of people inside, them I waited on line for 30 minutes and when I finally got to the attendant she couldnt help me and told me I had to wait for 15 minutes until her supervisor could clock in to see if he could help by that time i already been in line for over an hour and only 5 customers in front of me.Really lack of professionalism for a shipping company.

When I come, theres no staffs in the front office. Youll have to yell 20 minutes to find someone. The people in the front office know nothing about their system and pricing.

They never actually try to deliver certain things. They sit somewhere and say they attempted a delivery. Especially if its something someone there can use. If I didnt go get my clothes I would have to wait another month to get my money back from the shipper.Customer service in there honestly depends on whos attending to you. There are only 2 good people in there and the rest will try to embarrass you In front of customers and literally all you are forced to do is take the abuse just so you can collect your package.If I find out my stuff is being shipped to them and is at this location Id rather it be sent back and Id rather watch rock boil soft before I go there again.Just plain horrible experience in there

They have HORRIBLE drivers!!! First delivery claimed he delivered but never did, he did so the next day. Package in bad shape. 2nd delivery, I saw them pass my house TWICE and tracking stating I was not home. Those were lies. Third package, trying to redirect it to go to a drop off location. The representative, kept trying to get me off the phone without helping me change the delivery point. All claim numbers went without call back! FedEx!!! Get your act together!!!

Its unbelievable how the driver was supposed to deliver my package to me and he delivered to another address and on the label my information is clear I had called FedEx and there answer was that I have to wait 24 to 48 hours

We were told they could not find our package,after driving in traffic for over a half an hour. Told us they would call IF they find it so we said we would wait. We waited for an hour. So two hours round trip all because they kept attempting to deliver it while we were at work.

If I could do no stars I would. There is one 800# for the entire United States that is of course outsourced! You cannot get a number for the local hub that actually HAS the package. They do not answer your questions and then they hang up on you. Fed EX is the absolute worst to deal with. Stop outsourcing your #ucking Customer Service!
