Third time using this U-Haul location for supplies only. Unfortunately on a Saturday morning there was only one representative assisting customers inside. I needed to return a few things. With it being a summer weekend, I waited in line about 15 minutes before being helped. Clean store, decent prices comparable to Lowes and Home Depot. Limited parking spaces for customer parking.

The staff there are horrible. Very unprofessional. The one name Cynthia has a terrible attitude. She talks to the customers as if she is being inconvenience by their present. And that’s in person. Oh the phone is even worst. She told me she was calling her manager to view the mistake on my account ( that they made btw ) and cold transfer to a reservation line. After waiting on hold for an half hour. The other rep who’d she had transferred me to, apologized for the rude service but she couldn’t help me and gave me the corporate number. Long story short my issue never got resolved. I will never shop with them again. It’s women like Cynthia who give black women a bad name.

I can not blame the employees I blame U-HaulRented a Utility trailer their safety chains are not snap hook carabiner industry standard, the hitch coupler is straight channel not industry standard.Arrived topick up trailer and safely chains would not fit a Class V receiver. Picked up D-ring shackles and was able to rent. I towed trailer 38 mile and 1.5 hours via 2 highways amd state Turnpike and local roads unloaded and when I got to the loaning destination once weight was on the trailer it fell off the tow vehicle. Thank God it did not do any damage or fell off while driving. RENTER BEAWARE with U-Haul equipment.

Nice and easy. The guy was very helpful since we couldnt get the trailer backed in the right way.

Great customer service upon pick-up on truck. Latch was stuck and the young lady, didnt catch her name went above and beyond to rectify the matter. Job well done

Great location! Very big and brand-new lot, kept well clean. Plenty of trucks available, staff knowledgeable friendly and fast. This location popped up overnight and since not many people know about it, its never that crowded. I think its my new favorite one!

This location was the ABSOLUTE WORST! At 11:30 I arrived to wait in line for 15 mins to return the van. The male cashier refused to accompany me to the van for Return inspection. We had a word exchange then he reluctantly came outside. Also I was over charged for gas when I made a point to visit the gas station which happens to be just feet away from their front door............take your own pictures of the van, gas gage, and odometer. So much for supporting in the community!!!!!

Everybody working here was very nice and helpful. All the storage is on the ground floor so this makes it a bit easier to haul your stuff to you storage unit. Big automatic doors and carts make it pretty simple to wheel in and out your stuff. You can unload right at these doors as well. I would say the place pretty much gets the job done and has everything you expect. The units are clean. I noticed they have rat poisson in them which is probably for the best. If they are climate controlled, it is not like being in an air conditioned building, more just like a ventilated warehouse, so depending on what you are looking for you might want to check into that.

Moving is stressful already, but I had a fairly good experience checking in and out. I preregistered online and filled the gas tank.😉

Came here to pick up supplies for a move & inquire about Truck rentals but customer service girl was so rude, didn’t seem to want to answer simple questions. So I bought my boxes & hired a moving company the next day. Too bad Uhaul you just lost business.

This is the worst place to rent a truck from. Ive rented a lot of truck to facilitate my moves over the years and this is by far the worst experience. I rented a truck for $29 plus mileage and, after the additional insurance and mileage estimate, around $100 was the estimated total. Once I got there and proceeded to check out it had gone up $30 for the equipment rental and there was no explanation for the additional cost. Also, you need to be dropped off becomes there is nowhere to park your vehicle, what a huge inconvenience. Not to mention David was sitting behind the desk with a half smoked ciggarette behind each ear and had no idea on how to talk to a customer.Worst experience ever with Uhaul and Ill never go back to any location

Prices are reasonable for truck rental and other items needed for moving.

I put gas in the tank and two days later I come back asking about my deposit money and they took all my money saying I didnt put any in when I did they be robbing ppl and I will never use them again so yup they get a bad review from me my soul is burning inside one lost customer 😡
