Best service ever!

The store is small but seems to have nearly the entire product line. The staff was responsive but not friendly or talkative.

Livi was super helpful, nice and so professional. She helped me buying a lovely backpack.

Very attentive and nice staff. Store is a bit easy to miss—I walked by the place so many times but only found about it on Google Maps years later. It’s right at the NE corner of Rittenhouse Square. Also it feels a little cramped inside.

I brought in my husband’s Tumi jacket for a zipper repair in December 2018. I stopped in the store in January to check on the status and I was told they couldn’t give me one and I needed to call a customer service number. We received a package from Tumi today, April 2019, with the jacket with a broken zipper. Nothing was fixed. Completely disappointing. Worst customer experience.
