Took my saws all dewalt and they fixed it for no change it was under warranty..fast, polite service

This service center is now my dewalt home.Edwin, a dedicated employee of many years had helped me tremendously.The hard work and compassion that was put in to making sure that everyone was happy before I walked out those doors was unforgettable.Thank you so much for your time.

Ill just first say, the guys that work here are great. Super nice knowledgeable and understanding. Its the first shop type of environment where the worker doesnt speak down to you or act superior. The two times Ive had to go here for repairs Ive been well taken care of with a reasonable turnaround time. They couldnt make the process easier if you are under warranty and close to the Philadelphia area. Just be aware, if youre dropping a tool off for service during covid times, youll need to go around back and ring the bell.

If i could give zero stars i could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The people who work here are scam artists. I had a dewalt tool that was under warrenty and i called dewalt corporate to get it fixed or replaced. I was told there were 2 options A. Print off a label and send the tool directly to them. Or B. Take it to this service center (70 miles away) where it can be serviced or replaced. I choose to take it there directly. Spent 2 hrs driving there, to be told what i have is a piece of junk. They dont care about the warrenty. It would be $100+ just to have them look at it. Then when i told him i already talked to dewalt corporate and had a case number and everything. He told me he didnt care and that tjis center was not associated with dewalt corporate. The dewalt service center is not associated with dewalt corporate???? Hopefully dewalt will see this and get this place under control. Its places like this that ruin good companies. Luckily i was able to get back in touch with dewalt corporate and they were able to assist me in getting my tool fixed

Dropped off a nail gun for diagnostics and repair. Told itll be $50-200, depending on what they find. Refurbished gun cost less than $200 elsewhere and comes with 1 year warranty, so naturally I dont want to commit to this service if it ends up costing this much. They tell me I either agree to the immediate repair, no matter the cost, or they wont take it. Total cost ended up around $70, but the strange agreement definitely left me with a sour opinion of this place and its policies. Deadpan service and arrogant take it or leave it attitude throughout. Ill be going elsewhere door my next repair.

I had an issue with my battery and they took care of me in a reasonable time. I am back to work with my tools.
