As the owner of a Daniels Inc plumbing heating & Gas I have worked with and purchased many products from Able Plumbing over the years. I find they are ALWAYS willing and want to help me find what I need to satisfy my customers. Steve, Lee, Mark, Quincy, Tom, Derrick and the rest of the staff have always made me feel that they want and appreciate my business. As I have worked with Mark longer I have to give a great deal of credit to him. Mark has proven time and time again to be a extremely knowledgeable rep who goes the extra mile to meet my plumbing and heating supply needs. When this Covid-19 Thing is under control I look forward to grabbing a bagel of the book shelf again.Thanks Guys!

Able Plumbing and Supply is an inconsiderate business in the the Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia. The employees and patrons often curse and yell at neighbors to drive around the trucks and vans of their customers, who often park right in the middle of the street, rather than on the side. They do not take into account the negative impacts that this has on the atmosphere of the neighborhood, nor the fact that there are no ways around if you live on the street. They have become an arrogant business that expects your patience for all the inconvenience and traffic they cause, rather than asking for understanding. Avoid at all costs.

Quick service, friendly group of guys, very helpful, fair price, and great quality galvanized metal for my furnace and hot water job. As a business owner effortless synchronicity is appreciated. I was handling business calls while there and dealing with a time sensitive job, the quality of work from them was outstanding they made it all happen in a flash without requiring much attention from me.

No one to offered to assist me but when I was finally recognized I was told that they didnt carry the piece I needed and conversation stoped. I understand they may be use to dealing with professional plumbers but all money spend the same. I didnt like the treatment at all.

I want to say thank you guys for assisting with all the needed plumbing pipes for a Steam Boiler install I did in your area. The gentlemen behind the counter were well versed with all parts and the prices were extremely reasonable. My water heaters has gas valve control needs to be replaced and its under warranty. The heaters company authorizes to picked up the part from local supplier, and to avoid additional fee, get it from the supplier whom sold the product. The manufacturer certified that its from Able Plumbing. My contractor also his got it from Able Plumbing at Germantown Ave. When I called they said we only deal with the contractors and need to know his name. My contractors subcontractor, whom I have no ideal his name. They dont deal with customers on the phone. They also said they are whole sell and deals with contractors. I called three places before reaching them, they are the rudest among all. Not honoring manufacturing warranty on units purchased from their store.

These guys are the best been going here for about 4 years now customer service is always great delivery’s are fast and they always have the materiel I need.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! I am a home owner and I recently bought a part for my heater 2 parts to be exact ...the rather expensive of the two turns out I didnt need it. So the following day naturally I went back to return the unused part only to find out that I could not return it and was rudely told to read my receipt. I asked the sales person who sold me the part why didnt he inform me that if I didnt need it I couldnt bring it back only to be answered rudely again with i (sales person) dont have time for this I have to go. It amazes me of how Able Plumbing Supply a neighborhood supply house doesnt value its customers with whom they share the community. I advise all home owners not to support this business!!!!

In October of 2014 I went to the store with our plumber who had a long list of parts needed to finish the re-plumbing of our house. The person at the counter was rushing us out, because it was close to the end of their work day. He was rude and condescending to our plumber. I was surprised of the customer service, since the place seemed to be a small business and they could of had got a pretty good order from us if they were not so rude and ignorant. I am not sure if the two people at the counter were the owners, but I would give them the advice to respect their clients even if the clients had an accent or were not from the Chestnut hill area. I would never go back to that store and I will drive further to get what I need from another supplier.
