The employees are nice and professional.However, their price match policy is inconsistent. They seem to misinterpret the policy. Its tough to spend money to park or use transit to go downtown and pay more than I would pay online for something I can get delivered to my door next day.Theyre making it hard to support the brick and mortar stores. I have been a client for 19 years. I can get these supplements for way cheaper, way easier. Dont chintz me on price match.

Its worth becoming a member. I recommend going in and looking around and be sure to check out the vitamin section.

Kidney Bladder vitamin I usually purchase at the Vitamin store bimonthly is not working like it did in the past. It seems as though the formula changed in Kidney Bladder- Nature Way brand. Can a Representative from the store find out whats going on?

O I love this Vitamin Shoppe. Staff are so helpful and personable. Good selection and quality of vitamins. Do wish there was a better selection of Nordic Naturals, nevertheless this is top flight.

Great place the staff is always welcoming and friendly. They never stalk you around the store. They never try to sell what you dont need or the most expensive products. Always helpful. Highly recommended.

The staff are helpful and the store has curbside pickup. Otherwise, the parking is a bit tricky because the store is located on a main street.

I had to return an auto-shipment and the cashier was very accommodating. She took the items and refunded the money as well.

Its true, they probably have the largest selection of Vitamins in one place, but the quality just isnt as good as the herbal supplements you can find online these days.They charge so much for basic B2 and Calcium supplements. I prefer to take herbal blends, but they dont carry a lot of those brands.Their inventory is mostly the old stuff, with different packaging. They should increase the line of products they carry and Id shop there more often.

Helpful staff. They were able to answer 95% off my questions. They are reputable.. Id recommend this establishment to those who are looking for brick and mortar sources (non-online) for their vitamin needs. [You can order online however.]

This Vitamin Shoppe has the BEST staff who genuinely care about your health yet they dont pressure you into any sales (unlike the awful GNC a block away), the store is always well stocked and the lines move quickly. I love stopping by during breaks at work because I can grab a snack or pick up order in minutes!

Not only does Google post the open time for 8 AM, the hours are posted on the front door to open Monday through Friday at 8 AM. A friend / colleague and I walked to the store 10/18/18 at 8:15 AM. The gate was pulled down; the store wasnt open. We walked back down at 9:15 AM, still closed. A man walked buy on his cell phone and stated the person was on the train and would be there to open the store soon. We waited another 15 minutes; nobody showed up.This is poor business and a waste of peoples time.

Its hit or miss with the different reps you get, but overall Ive never had a bad experience here, and they have practically everything you can think of. Not to mention its easily accessible if you work anywhere downtown.

Only place/store I buy my vitamins. I been buying my vitamins from the Vitamin Shoppe for years. They sell non contaminated vitamins. You get the real thing. You cant trust all vitamins companies.

This is the only location that opens late and closes earlier than the times posted on the door. Came here twice after work around 6:30pm and they were already closed. How can that be when the sign says they are open until 8pm?
