I go there time from time and they are a really big help..a guy or two might think a female needs help from a guy..but when you are a skilled general labor or just been around a single parent..you’ll know when to ask for help 😉

Great place for a quick one stop shop. Had everything i needed and more. Prices even beat out big stores like home depot. The good looking white haired owner was so helpful.

Great store anything you need. they have. Customer service is different at times. If you need paints, keys to be copied, electrical, plumbing, lawn leaf, flowery needs, etc. They have it. If Hungry Chinese is right next door, and/or Pizza, New Germantown Pizza is one block up.If needed Public Transportation, the SEPTA Trolley Route 23 stop in front of the store. And is on either side of Germantown Avenue. Or if need the Trains, Wayne Junction Train Station is a few blocks down on Germantown Avenue.

Great store! They have almost anything you could want, including drywall, basic lumber, mouldings, etc. You can also order cabinets and windows here. If you don’t see it just ask! They have a lot of stock in their basement and across the street warehouse. Highly recommended for supporting a local business AND saving yourself the drive and headache of big box stores.

I was having a hard time finding a skeleton key lock for my door and pic a panel didnt have the box either but was able to supply me with the perfect door knob to fit in the box 👍. All of this took no more than about 15 mns. The store was also spacious and neat.

Well staffed, has nearly everything I need and prices meet or best the big box stores, I was surprised. Staff has taken a little time to warm up but been there several times now and they seem friendlier and dont have to go to home Depot or Lowes. That alone is worth 5 stars

Large inventory of both hardware and building supplies. I have found them helpful and pleasant in my dealings. A valuable alternative to shopping at the big box stores.

I have gotten keys made here. VERY AFFORDABLE.Some other stores want like $7.00 for one key. ONE KEY! 7-Eleven charges more than $11.00 with tax! Out-freaking-rageous! 😮😡 Dont do it: you dont have to stand for that.At True Value theyre helpful and actually try to help you save money.If your copy doesnt work, just bring the key and receipt back and youll get it re-made at no cost.Plus you can get scratch-offs and have them redeemed there, probably up to a limit, but dont quote me on that.Also Im not sure about the selection, but they DO have pest control products.

Scott and John are great to deal with. In a day and age where customer service is a lost art these guys prove they are willing to do what it takes to earn your business. As a contractor it means a lot.

Staff is extremely helpful. You walk in and 3 or 4 staffers ask you what you need. They never try to sell you more then you need and very helpful with projects
