The city can make a fortune with ordinary people regularly parking in the handicapped spot if anyone cared to enforce it. Inside both customers and personnel are often rude and obnoxious, be warned and try not to be surprised... pompous women in high heels, angry old babushkas, guys in Adidas sweatpants sliding in front of you in line if they see a foot between you and the next customer, half of which walk around without masks, and the paper ban can go to h***, they dont care about it... typical ignorant Soviet mentality. It doesnt surprise that they have to have a cop near the front door. Very busy and crowded during the day. On the plus side: they have things here you will not find anywhere else... and the food is generally fresh.
Great products and prices. Fascinating foods . Ask for help or suggestions. Samples are available on occasion.
I love this store. Their items are fresh and a nice assortment of various international & Mediterranean items. I always come home with more than what I intended. Their prices are good and also have sales.
This grocer has an impressive variety of fresh fruits and vegetables at great prices. Their deli and bread departments are also very good. The majority of the staff and customers are Russian and many of their products are from Russia and eastern Europe. There are many foods here I havent seen anywhere else and some of their products have only Russian writing on them so it may be hard to know what youre buying. While youre in there, you might feel like youre in another country and that just adds to its appeal!
Great assortment of ethnic Russian foods. Fish, gains, breads, cakes, fruits and vegetables. The staff is friendly and the management/ runs a tight ship. This store is always super clean and well stocked!!
I love this place. They have unique food, great prices and selection of herbs, teas and produce. Only reason they dont have t stars is because I only speak American and the only speak Russian.
If youre looking for something nobody else has, net cost does! From soup to nuts everything is fresh and delicious
Busiest russian/European grocery store, busy means more products go and more fresh getting in stock. But still check the expiration date just incase.
Great choices of variety for fresh produce at a reasonable price. Also phenomenal selection of deli meats and cheeses. Fresh prepared foods as well as frozen - quality, good price, a lot or choice. You can find almost anything Russian without having to go to Russia. Staff all speak Russian but wont judge you if you dont. Highly recommend!
Very narrow isles but many items to choose from . Found some new items to taste and found good deals.
Love this place they have so many different things that we dont normally have I enjoy going but we can only go maybe every other month I wish it was more often thank
Delicious food from Europe Ukraine Russia Poland and other countries
I love shopping from this place always clean and fresh
Big lines at every cashierAll prices went up
Ok, people of the earth and most important people of USA. This nice, large store which opened by the nation of Gagarin, doesnt offer the basic service to the clients - restroom. Yep, there is no restroom where you can go! I mean you can go only to your own pants!....... 21 century, tesla, internet, you can do video call and chat with your friends from another part of this planet, but you cant find a restroom in the NetCost Market!
Good service and good person
Good place for food shopping, conveniently located a lot of parking space. 1 thing, too overpriced
Great variety for a small business.
The BEST 👑 Online shopping 🛒 and Delivery service 🚘 📦 📃!!! Guys, your team is impressive! 🤩I deeply appreciate each of you 🥰 ! You help me a lot 👍! Truly, yours customer forever.🤝
There is a great selection of foods. However, you have to double check that the foods aren’t expired. I picked some bakery items up that were outdated and gave them to an employee. She didn’t seem to care. Getting assistance in this store is difficult.
I wish they would open a store in Cherry Hill, NJ. The Bustleton location is too far for South Jersey
This is a place that Ive worked at for a little over 2 years and towards the end I was even in charge of my own department (smoked meats). This is a primarily a Russian market with 90% of the items they sell all being imported from other countries. Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, ECT. The deli department is like putting together the deli from shop rite, acme, and giant all into one. With what seems like an infinite selection and variety of different meats & cheeses from all over the world. Cooked ready to eat foods, prepared foods, cooked hot soups, fresh fish, smoked fish, anything you can imagine they will have. Being from Ukraine/Russia myself this place has all the foods that Im used to eating. And even though theres nothing compared to food thats cooked at home, they come pretty damn close in comparison with what they sell (which is a very bold statement). I def recommend you step outside your comfort zone and check it out if your one of the 1000s that drives be and never comes inside. 2 spots, at Leo Mall and at Welsh and Blvd (across from the old Burger King).
Rude cashiers at checkout. Super crowded.
Good selection of European and Eastern European food. Bakery items are great. However, they do sell expired items and cakes with mold inside, and even if tell them that an item is expired, they put it right back in the fridge.
Great choice, loved the store. Wish to say a special thank you to one of the employees - African-American, tall, slim young guy, who was very friendly and caring. My little boy (1.5 years old) wanted a balloon, and the guy was sooo helpful, that gave him one of those that were used for decoration. It means a lot to families, who drive more than an hour to a store and are met with a warm welcome! Thank you so much! Definitely coming back, and that employee made our little boys day, thank you, Sir!
Pretty good place to buy russian food. Not too expensive and bunch of different choices. Good luck getting something a day before snow because its gonna be a stampede. 8 Russians/10
The most miserable workers and shoppers I have ever came across. Dont bother.
My family loves NetCost, fresh bread, variety of tea, cookies, fruits and vegetables. Plus you can order online with a fast delivery.
You can find some items which are not very easy to find other grocery stores with low prices.
Clean. Good parking. Variety of foods
Unfortunately, not very (my) people friendly. Will not go to this location again.
A lot of old ignorant people, who dont say EXCUSE ME, but just wanna push you, and then get mad when you say something about it, dont go there!!!
Awesome selection of European and Eastern European food! Their bakery items are amazing! The rye breads, omg. Pastries, ice cream, candy and desserts, kvas and other beverages, soups - you name it.
Beware: check your receipt for items you didnt get. Otherwise fresh good quality food. Good customer service. All items systematically sorted in islands. This is one of my favorites food market.
Great selection of food. Its also unique, you cant find in regular stores. Personal is very friendly and helpful.
Best Russian Market.
If you have not been to NetCost check it out. Stuff you cannot find anywhere else, Eastern European / Russian specialties. Their prepared foods are awesome and smoked fish / caviar selection excellent.
The high professional and coolest person Sharofiddin works here. There is always a festive atmosphere in this store and a lot of promotions.
Fresh products, friendly and kind people working there. Quick lines at the register. Food from all over the world. Love that market.
I love this market and find much international products in it in reasonable price. Lots of variation of foods
First time visiting netcost market today, i was recommended by someone about the cooked food inside the store, and i was completely satisfied with the food, it was cooked nicely and it taste great.walk around the whole store, very organized and kept very clean. all the workers inside seems very nice. i will definitely come visit again soon.
Perfect place to get some European groceries.
The cashiers end up putting the groceries in the bag but leave the bag hanging which causes lost groceries and lost money. This has been happening very frequently.
Great food, excellent daily department, food from all over the world. Pretty good prices.
Shuba is sub par as are some other prepared foods. Other nearby netcost us Much better. Overall good store for the great offerings of herring and smoked fish and caviar and juices and pickled pattypan squash :) ooh, and pelmeni!!
A very nice store. Huge selection, good service. BUT some customers without masks, many customers do not cover their noses. Nobody in the store controls this.Even more - a girl at the customer service had her mask off.
They always have everything I need at great prices
This is the best market I’ve ever found! There is an extensive selection of everything from soup to nuts, but don’t come here if you’re looking for traditional American packaged pre cooked meals. This is a resource that provides many more healthy, interesting and tasty options. It’s also a shopping experience that is visual and instructive, so I spend a lot of time here just browsing and reading labels.
A friend took me to netcost and I loved it! A lot of interesting foods and treats! I got an assortment of candies, cookies, and bread. All very delicious!
This supermarket is an interesting niche and definitely worth the trip. Its a Russian market, by my interpretation of the labels. If you are Russian, you will probably know what everything is. I am writing this review as a comparison for Americans who may want to shop here. This market has a great selection of certain items, particularly produce, herbs, vegetables, fruits, dairy products than the average American market. They have a tremendous amount of teas and exotic sweets. The honey selection is amazing!! The dairy section has all kinds of variety we dont normally see, farners cheeses, kefir, yogurts which look more natural and hethy tjan regular supermarkets. I never so many types of candy, chocolates, and sweets. While this Market would not be the type of Market I would recommend for the typical American to buy typical American food, it is definitely worth the trip for anybody interested in selection variety of unique Foods and trying some new healthy options.I only took away one star because the market is so crowded and sometimes the lines can get long. They are popular and need a bigger store. Parking lot is tight.
Very nice store very convenient Prices are reasonable
Wide variety of Russian/Ukraine and european food. Reasonable prices. Wide variety of fish, meats, cheeses. I love this place.
Love this store! Best selection of European/Russian food Ive seen outside of Brooklyn! Prices are very reasonable and selection is great.
Pretty good selection of Ukrainian and Russian food
Friendly employees and great price s
Food paradise.
Its a Russian store with good verities of produce, tea, pastries, bread, dairy, chocolate and lots of other foods. I like this store since it has lots of unique products that are not found in other supermarkets. Its recently remodeled and added to shelf space. Very convenient location as well
Fantastic produce selection!
Grocery store catering to the Russian community. I was impressed with both the selection & the pricing. They carry a lot of difficult to find food items that I wasnt expecting to get locally. I am quite pleased with this store & will continue to patronize them.
Never had problems always happy to come from far away shop.
Great selection of foods, always go there when Im feeling homesick to grab some russian snacks
By the time you done with shopping, you went around the world and feel tired as if you have done it for real. Great food journey!
Very very nice store and lots of viruses of food and vegetables great service highly recommend always fresh
Only good for quick trips not for everything thing on your shopping plus they are really high priced
Eastern Europe, Georgian food and more from USSR childhood.
Great prices! Very nice produce. Great selection of Eastern European goods, especially smoked fish.
Great food store for European food. Really good prices for produce.
The counter people were rude. Also the customers will bump into you without saying sorry. One woman who walkin fast almost ramed into me with her cart. If I hadnt jumped out of the way she would have hit me. She didnt even swerve a little. Never going back there!!
Nice well stocked store. In the process of upgrading the refrigerators
Awesome supermarket size deli!!! Excellent food and incredible variety!!!!
Stopped by on previous Tuesday, September 22nd around 2 p.m. for my usual weekly shopping. I have to tell you that Netcost became a dangerous place to shop due coronavirus guidelines violations. The Deli worker by the name Raisa (with large interesting shaped nose- no any insult intended!) who slices food, kept her mask UNDER her nose. Worker, young girl, who was stocking food on shelves near the Bread section was wearing mask under her nose too. All three young working cashiers- two guys and one girl- also kept their masks under their noses. All of them! There was no security or management who watched and enforced mask guidelines. These people, looks like dont know that Masks Are Required in all Public Spaces in Philadelphia, and the management doesnt care at all. PLEASE Beware!
Large selection for all pocketbooks.
Nice placeI like this place
Great place for food shopping in the area. Just a bit too pricey. I love their deli section of the market. I do highly recommend this store. What I love most is the products available from different countries. This is a treat.
Very happy here had what you need taking safty measures throughout the store
Shoppers have absolutely no consideration for other people trying to get around the store. Good overall experience through.
I absolutely love this store and I travel from Maryland. I really hope there will be one in DelMarVa area, I miss this store from NY, I used to live. This one in Philadelphia is amazing too!!!
I love the Russian store it’s the best place ever!
I love this store. The prices are great and prepared food is awesome.
Russian and ethnic supermarket. Decent selection of deli and fish. Black breads galore including store baked. On my regular Philly deli rotation. Nice, helpful, and friendly staff! A bit more convenient than Bells Market if coming in from north of the city on Route 1 and/or from NJ via the PA turnpike.
Worst place to shop
Russian Supermarket. Supermarket basics. Excellent fresh Bakery. Fresh cut fish. Fresh soups and Fresh meat and Fruit and veggies amongst other fresh items. Great atmosphere!
Would like to see more brand name goods
Great store, I love Russian food, missing it a lot from my home. This store helps me to feel better when I am getting food that I use to eat when I was younger and leave at home in my country. I can find there almost everything what I like or I need. Only one thing makes me sad, and it’s nothing to do with store or company, it just to far way from my location, we have to drive more than 2 hours . Thank you !
Got everything that We wanted at very reasonable prices. The location and the service are outstanding. Parking space is ample.
Amazing foods, music is always fresh like their salads. Expect to be the only American there if you are one. This is a russian market
Love this store. Great selection of Polish, Ukrainian, Russian etc. foods. Prices are good too.
Absolutely terrible service, I am very disappointed in this location. I was waiting to order from kolbasa section - there was only one lady ahead of me when I arrived. I patiently waited. 15 mins passed, much more people arrived - all from different sides, some were given some tickets. 4 ladies in a service: 2 started to do cutting, other 2 washed floors. While the rest of my family already bought everything else, I was still waiting. Frustrated, I finally asked if someone can help me and if I can order. I got response: dont you see I am working? You dont like our service? I felt like I am in USSR in some village where clients are not the ones who should be treated politely. I guess there is no system in this department - at least tell people where line starts and take requests in order... Pelmeni also seemed to be defrozen and frozen again as they were all stucked together, no manti, no khinkali available, not large choice in cake section... I much rather shop in another location even if it means to drive longer...
Good store to buy Eastern European food.
This place is a zoo. Finding parking is a struggle. Inside the store always very crowded. Huge lines. Customers are very rude. Employees look tired and miserable. I gave 2 stars because the store is relatively clean and well stocked.
