I love being a primal customer! I’ve been enjoying my butchers club deliveries for about a year now and it’s really changed how I look at eating meat. It’s so fun to discover new cuts! I’ve also changed my approach in that the higher cost really represents the true cost of meat production so I only eat what I can afford. Thank you for being in Philly and allowing me to make more responsible meat choices!
Bought some bacon, Italian sausage, and one pork chop because I’m a Dad. The Chop looked like it had lot more fat on it than I am accustomed to (Whole Foods is my normal meat shop;-) so I let the chop get to room temp, add salt and pepper, then cook on a cast iron skillet over the charcoal grill. God what results. The fat was like a potato chip marshmallow. The meat was obvi so good. This changed my life.
I was excited to see that they have some more unusual offerings like rabbit, suet, and chicken innards.
