When you first walk in it smells heavenly good. it was my first time here and i will definitely be coming back. there are so many donut options and some muffins as well! everything is made with quality; the customer service was amazing the man serving us was so friendly which is another reason why i will look forward to coming back. also the dirty chai latte is a must!!!

Not just a donut - this is an experience. The display is full of a huge variety of donuts - in a lot of instances you can get chocolate or vanilla. My personal favorites are blueberry fritters 🫐, apple pie 🍎 🥧, and maple bacon. We always get a dozen donuts and cut them up into quarters so we can have a flight or tasting for a lazy, treat yo-self weekend. Super affordable, the same price as Dunkin, but WAY BETTER QUALITY.Im really happy a location opened up in University City because theres always a line around Reading Terminal Market and Id never had the time or chance to get them before.In my opinion, the filled donuts are on the gooey side and very sweet. Its a delectable combo if you have a sweet tooth like me, but definitely pace yourself if you go for a dozen. Love that there are seasonal and holiday donuts. Try something NEW here, you wont regret it, especially if you come from the West Coast and your life has been void of donuts.

We loved this place. The donuts were good with lots of flavor, and many options. We ordered a variety and cut them into quarters to each try them all. There wasn’t one we didn’t like. Staff was also friendly.

The donuts are creative and fun. Not for everyone, you have to pe open to what your taste buds will experience. Customer service is great. I dont like the white cream in most of the donuts. Just my opinion

I love Beilers Doughnuts!! My favorite are the salter caramel and the maple bacon!! They have such an awesome variety of doughnuts and is always so fresh and amazingly delicious!!! As others noted too, I much better prefer this location to the Reading Terminal due to parking issues and the sheer crowd that’s always at that location.

While visiting my son we stopped into Beilers Doughnuts for a cup of coffee. We were so surprised with the selection of wonderful things to eat. The muffins, cake slices and doughnuts all looked so good, and great flavors to select from. We got three different doughnuts to share. They were light, tasty, full of flavor and the perfect amount of filling in the filled ones. We LOVE that items are make fresh onsite. We visited twice during our stay. The staff were very friendly, everything was clean.

Wife and I bought these while in Philly this summer. This is a must do / must try if you like donuts...and who doesnt like donuts??? Wish they were available in Nashville area! They are Fantastic!

Didnt know donuts could taste so good. Theyre made on site and are super soft with generous fillings. Had the Boston Creme and Apple Fritter which were both sensational. Will definitely be going back!

A nice quiet atmosphere (at 1 in the afternoon on this particular Friday), with free WiFi and good donuts. Soft doughey donuts with a creme filling thats more on the icing side (sugary>creamy). The staff is polite and they seem to keep to themselves. Not a bad thing at all, but not my cup of tea.

Nice doughnut place housed in the busy Reading market. The flavor options were pretty extensive. Im a fan of a yeast doughnut and they were okay. What made these doughnuts stand out waa how good they were a day after purchase. Normally fresh doughnuts have a shelf life of maybe 12-24 hours before becoming slimy. These surprisingly kept their freshness the next day.

How good are they? This good--it would be wrong to pass on these donuts! They were simply amazing. I started with a Maple Bacon donut and stood in silence for at least a minute. Honor to whom honor is due. We went back and bought half a dozen more the next day. Boston cream. Apple fritter. And of course, another Maple Bacon. Go! Get some!

Great donuts, fast service, and they also serve coffee and Bassetts ice cream! The donuts are the same as from Reading Terminal but the wait is much shorter, if any. There tend to be students studying so seats can be limited, but definitely worth a visit!

The donuts surpassed my expectations, which were already high. The dough in each donut was moist and buttery. The harvest apple filling was delicious. The creams on top of the maple walnut & peanut butter were right on. Salted caramel was my wifes favorite. Took a video of them making it all!

OH. MY. GOD. Best donuts!! Also Bassetts Ice cream is available here. They also sell coffee as well. Have not tried it. A lot of the Penn students hold up here with their laptops so may not be any seats available.

Same great and delicious donuts, just in a different neighborhood. Visited Beiler Doughnuts in University City for the first time and not surprised with the same perfect donuts in their original location by Reading Terminal Market. The UCity location sports a much bigger space, multiple dining table and high indoor ceiling. Its a great addition to the UCity neighborhood.

Great donuts, friendly staff, and very quick service! The place is spacious and clean. Its a tad bit more expensive than the one at Reading Terminal but totally worth it! Try to go in the morning or early afternoon because sometime they run out of specific donuts in the evening.

Every time I make it out to Philly this is my absolute favorite weakness! Although their donuts are amazing, my favorite, ever since I was a kid, is a powder sugar custard filled. It’s not on the menu. They make it special (by request) and on the spot!

If you are in Philly, you must stop by Beilers! We like this location a lot because its a stand alone shop as opposed to the Reading Terminal location (but the Reading Terminal location is convenient if you want other meal options in addition to your treat). Parking around here is pretty easy to find and the staff is just wonderful. Whenever we go to PA or drive through PA, we always make a stop at Beilers to buy 3 dozen (their 3 dozen deal is amazing = each dozen is $11! Thats less than $1 for each donut! My husband will ONLY eat Beilers donuts! Its so good!

Probably one of the best donuts in the world. Go to this location if you want to avoid the Reading terminal crowd. Theres usually a bunch of street parking and loading zones in front of it. Get the maple bacon donut. People love the apple & blueberry fritters, but I think theyre just ok. So many other better donuts.

First had these doughnuts at the reading terminal market, waited a good 20 minutes. The doughnuts are incredible, very unique texture. I think they were a dollar each.This new location has no wait, super convenient. The doughnuts werent fresh out of the fryer like at the other location though. Still made on site, though.

They have The. Best. Donuts. They are so fresh, with delicious toppings and fillings. My absolute favorite is the caramel apple, but you cant go wrong with any of them. Im also a fan of the lemon and key lime, which have a much nicer flavor than what you get from most donut shops. They have seasonal flavors, too, such as smores right now for summer.They also serve ice cream and coffee. Ive never tried either one, but my fiancee has had some of their coffee drinks and she likes them better than the Starbucks on the corner.

Was in the terminal before 6pm on Saturday. They had a huge rack of donuts and knowing they were closed on Sunday still would not sell them saying it was after 6pm.. I was leaving town that day so did not get to try them. Even telling them that they were like oh well. What type of customer service is that. I will be back to Philly but I will NEVER give them a dime.
