Like 10 employes... and awful service !!! It wasnt busy at all but too much waiting in line.

Since all TRUs are closing and none of their employees seem to care, my rating is soley based on their inventory left (with 60% off discount) and the ease/speed of checking out. We were visiting from Virginia and were surprised at the amount of toys they had left that my daughter liked (star wars, trolls, hatchimals). The stores around where I live were cleared out of name brands during the first week or two. We waited less than 5 minutes during checkout, they had w registers open and the cashiers were moving quickly and were surprisingly polite. Everything rung up correctly with the 60% (or 50%) discount as appropriate.

Sad day indeed. Took the Grandchildren to one of the final days of Toys R Us before they close their doors for the final time. Bittersweet as my wife and I took my son there every Friday night in the 1980s when he had a good week in 🏫.

The customer service was great, however there was only one register open. The shelves were stocked and organized. They have a variety of toys. I liked it.

When I called to ask an employee if they were really closing she said up yours! To me.. Rude and ignorant.. The reason they are closing is not because of online stores its because they have ALWAYS BEEN OVERPRICED their toys are not that good they last a couple years at best.

Ive been shopping at this store since I was 8. Staffs here are generally really friendly. The place is very clean and has variety of toys.

Pleasant staff, nice Barbie selection. I took a few photos for my blog, and I was relieved that no one stopped me. Thanks for years of toy supplying.

Im going to miss this store. I cant believe that it will be closing. I grew up with Kiddie City,Kay B and Toys R Us.

Went to buy my daughters birthday gift, it took 1 hour and 3 employees to ring me up correctly, my experience was awful. They should provide better training before having their employees on the floor working.

The line was sloooooooow as all hell but its got a great selection of transformers...but that line was killer and 1 lady was taking 1o customers.place wasnt dirty or anything like I seen a comment say

Prices were always too high...its bittersweet feeling to see them go,but 50%-70% off......Yes!!

Nice toys, but rather go to buy someplace else for better price.

Crazy Prices even when Im going out of business and 40% off the Drone I was going to buy from there cost $50 more than the one I bought at Walmart to the same item even after their clearance discount.

Toys R Us shopping venues are going out of business, ok we know, but the brand is still around! The lack of customer service should not have to close with the venue!!!

This store always has their aisles fully stocked (unlike the one in my neighborhood) and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I live two minutes from another location but go out of my way to shop at this location

One-Stop shopping for all the kids toys and some for adults

I called to check the status of my application and got attitude, it wasnt handled the way it was suppose to get handled in a work place didnt appreciate it at all, the service I got was horrible on top of the attitude they had me on hold for the longest. I usually go to their store once in a while to buy something for my nieces and nephews not anymore now I have to find another toys r us with better service .

I will miss you ToysRUs! I went there for your liquidation sale and I spent a bunch to help out. You will be forever remembered.

I am the only one in the line, there is only one cashier and I dont know what is doing, they need to hire cashiers !!!!

Brought a Hello Kitty bike and her brakes broke when she fell. I returned the bike with no problems.

The workers are helpful and the store is clean.

That was always in stock but I do believe their prices are a little too expensive depending if something is on sale then you can find something reasonable price

Its a ok place to shop, you find more items online than in stores.There was no associate around when you need help.When putting toys on layaway they ask for too much, you shouldnt need id for layaway, dont ask for id when using credit or debit card when you are not layaway toys.

Its clean but when calling online it took 7mins just for an employee to find the wrong item I was looking for!Still not to much long lines and its clean.

Toys were pricey but good experience found everything I needed for my grandsons first birthday party

I enjoy coming here to buy toys for all of my, nieces, nephews, and cousins who are still children . What a shame that this store is closing.
