I really like the recently added play station. Employees are very helpful. They are also super kind to my kids. Sad to hear they will be closing for good.

The prices are higher than other store. They know kids loves toys so they try to take advantage from its . Some worker are ruled, the service should be better . So disappointed! I come here for 7 years( since I have kids ) spent lots of money but never get any big discount ( except $5 ) on points that I earned from rewards. So stinky. Never come here again

Good sales! Sad atmosphere. But the workers are great and still work hard, even if they are now selling the racks the toys hang on 😢

The Oregon Ave. Toys R Us is nice. Its very clean, orginized, and everything is always neatly shelved! The employees are always very nice and super helpful! Its always a nice experience any time we visit this location!

My favorite Toys r us. The staff are always helpful and nice. Store is always clean and organized. The manager is awesome, she has been there for years, and toys r us on Oregon is our family toys r us.

Paid for online pickup but when I got there later in the day, the order was gone from the system & I had already been charged. Had to pay one more time to get the gifts I had reserved. Just a hot mess & now I have to wait for a refund of my original transaction. Their online pickup was neither quick, convenient or easy. They need to get their website together. At least, the staff & manager, Kah, were as helpful as they could be.

Before I showed up at Toys R Us I had a feeling that I just wanted to get in and get out the staff was wonderful they had displayed toys so that my kids could try them out and get a feel before I purchase anything we had a ball in the store I have myself also enjoyed playing with the toys the kid in me definitely came out we drove the cars around because they had a charge battery we tested the scooters we played with the action figures and just enjoy ourselves as if we were at a park I am looking forward to visiting again

It was a very pleasant experience. They had everything I wanted to get my children. And the associates there are very helpful.

My daughter and my son are never ever tired when I take them to Toys R Us, because there are tons of toys avavaible to choose, from $1 through a couple of hundred dollar value of toys.My daughter goes to the Barbie or American Girls Section, and my son goes to the aisles where hundreds of choices of cars available, from mechanical toy car to battery powered toy cars. We never spent less than half an hour here, because for my son it is not only a place to buy a toy, but also a place for him to try the bicylces or other things.He said: its always fun to be here. Thank you, dad!.

Large selection of items with clear isle markers. Easy to find what you are looking for. Great service clearks who were very helpful. I was asked several times did I find what I was looking for. Clean, well lit and organizied store. Check out was also friendly and helpful. All clerks were knowledgeable about the stock of the store, including the cashiers.

Smaller than usual. The selection is generally pretty picked through. You can find some good deals in this store though.

I was there shopping for my 4yr old granddaughter. It was her birthday. It was a great experience. I found everything I wanted.

This place was a lot of my childhood, it will be remembered by all the people born in the 90s and early 2000s in the area. It will surely be missed. However when it was open it was pretty overpriced and the staff were destined for sass and incompetence.

If you know what TRU is than by comparison this one is not one of the bad ones. Employees are nice. Store is pretty clean and parking lot is not a Nascar track.

We were greeted upon entering the store. Also the sales associates were very kind and friendly, which helped to make our shopping experience pleasant😄

I am so upset that they are closing Toys R Us was a great store especially shopping for kids even though some of the prices may have been a little high they had a lot of great deals and offers Im going to miss Toys R Us I hope they put something else helpful there for the children to buy

On one the last surviving Toys R Us stores...a must see...the shop assistance could have been a bit more friendly and helpful...but then again you hardly find anyone who really cares about their work these days, specially in retail stores.

Absolutely wonderful I called the customer service department answer my question and when I arrived they actually had someone take me directly to the toy that I was looking for

The prices are pretty high but they have a variety of toys that will last you a long time.

They are pretty much always having a sale and the kids enjoy wandering around.

There is a lot of classic games and educational items. They are a bit on the high end with prices.

So sad there closing soon. Always loved this store . But this one is always crowded not enough cashiers.

Every time i shop in there i always get stuck with the cashier Cathy, she is so rude and ignorant. Every time i try to use a gift card she always has a problem putting it through and then a manager comes up and it goes right through. She can never find my rewards card with a number so i present my card and she then has a problem scanning it. This lady needs to be re-trained or terminated. I try going to this location as minimum as possible because of cathy.

I tried to buy a bulk purchase of $3,000 worth of toys for a holiday celebration. Toys r Us was unwilling to offer a discount even when informed that it would be a tax exempt transaction. Toys r Us doesnt care about the communities which support them.

Great store, while it had its doors open. Closed due to greedy online shopping. Boo hoo . Mabye If you would have shopped more from your ass in front of the computer the sadness wouldnt seem so unempathizing.

This is one of the more run down stores in the chain. Also, Target and Walmart up the street usually have better prices.

Checkout is always an issue. Several ppl working, but only one register open. Usually its the customer service register. Very inconvenient. Otherwise, the store is perfect.

I am a disabled customer and felt very disrespected! I was asking very simple questions about accessible parking, etc. I was disrespected by customer service in the store! If you keep playing around, Im going to call the cops on your ass! Unprofessional customer service, very rude! Theres no need to have an attitude!

Truly like the only good ToysRUs in Philly. Its my third choice when shopping for Electronics or games. The order of which goes as follows: BestBuy/Target/ToysRUs - GameStop for gaming focus.

Even though it is in a not to wonderful place, this one is just a TRU and it is pretty big and stocked up then the one in Media. To bad it is in the City but will try there once in awhile when I need something.

Their products were not on sale as they said..price is to high and wont do process match.

I was on the website and it said it didnt have a specific product in store when I went in there were a bunch of them and cheaper then the online price so I got a deal plus skipped all that waiting at home for shipping so again if your online and it said it doesnt have it to be picked up call or just go in store and find out if they have it Im sure they will now plus I was in and out in no time
