Even though they were obviously short staffed we never felt ignored and everyone still had a good attitude. Even the signage warning about the staffing problems managed to convey a matter of fact message without all that silly blame you see so often. All around good vibes and good food. Excellent diner experience - but what else can you expect in South Jersey?

My sister and I ordered breakfast while my nephew had lunch. The French toast was enjoyable and needed minimal syrup. My sister had such large portions. She ate there and brought home a larger portion in a doggie bag. My nephew had the chicken tenders. He did not like them however in their defense he doesnt like anything. He is very picky. The waitress saw his face and offered another choice. He had a grilled cheese and was happy 😁

The staff is very friendly, the food is enjoyable and the pricing is reasonable.Visiting from Florida and coming to grab a bite to eat here is worth it.

Sometimes there is a bit of a wait for the food but its worth it.They have a huge selection, and the food taste way better then it should for just a diner. Food is very good, one of the best diners in the area! Sometimes the food is inconsistent, one day it could taste one way and the very next day is like it’s a new recipe. Service is very good also. I would definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast quesadilla was really good! Fresh ingredients, a healthy portion and tasted great! The cinnamon honey bun was also great! Fresh and toasted to perfection. I have been here a few times and have never been disappointed.

Was there the first time today. Food was pretty good. The price was pretty good. The waitresses are pretty good. I only have a few problems one was the oil (not sure what it was) that you dip your bread in...Terrible take it away!! Had some hot pepper flakes no taste but HOT...Where was the garlic and the other spices??? Same way with the salad pretty salad just no taste needed some Parmesan and other spices like Oregano very bland. That is why I gave it a three star. Will go back because I did think the crab suffing was superb!!!

Last week I had the opportunity to sample the All You Can Eat Chicken Pot Pie. I dont know where they got their recipe, but it was lacking! Noodles and chicken DO NOT chicken pot pie make. It was clearly missing the vegetables. Also, if you are allergic to MSG stay away from this dish. Within 10 minutes I found myself in the ladies room.On my previous visit I ordered a corned beef special. To say it lacked content is an understatement. Best corned beef sandwich is at Jersey Jerrys, more filling at Jerrys and the same price as the Diner. With that said the Diner had excellent service. Its a shame the food quality doesnt match the service.

I love coming here for breakfast or lunch. Great atmosphere and great people. I try the chicken parm sandwich everywhere I go that serves it and so far one of my favorites!!! Definitely reccomend trying the diner!!

We searched for a vineland diner and this place came up. Nice place, tables and booths with creative menu. I had a roasted beet salad with feta, candied walnuts and dried figs. The dressing was sweet-tart balsamic fig. Veggie soup (not a big soup fan in summer) was rich and wonderful. Just super! Nice waitstaff, will return.

Took forever to make the breakfast and at the end it came cold. Eggs, bacon, toast COLD. The only thing I enjoy was the service from the waitress named Julia. Very sweet young girl. It wasnt her fault. Not going there again.

My father and I have eaten here probably about four or five times in the past 5 years and even though it took a good while for our lunch to come out we have to say that everything weve had is very good . Everything is home-cooked right down to the soup.. Made Fresh every day ..They serve breakfast all day from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. which is a plus for me since I work nights now mostly. My father is retired now and he enjoys a wide array of different menu items and even though its a diner and not a fine restaurant they do have a way with presentation and almost every meal was 100% satisfying right down to the bread.The service was great and our waitress was very helpful and very friendly and even went back two or three times to the kitchen to check on something for my father to make sure that it was exactly what he was looking for which I thought was particularly special and very thoughtful..I definitely love this place and I would recommend to anyone in the area as a quick stop to meet someone for breakfast or brunch or lunch or even dinner

Friendly staff? More like dealing with the angriest people ever, no hello or any suggestions, just what can I get for you? I get greeted better at McDonalds. Forget asking any questions, the waitress disappeared for long periods of time, like she was smoking a cigarette, while asking the questions, and came back with no answer or I dont know. Finally after our food came it looked worse than hells kitchen food, no flavor, very bland, and overcooked, medium rare burger came out beyond well done. This bistro seems like a dive place after a long night of drinking, that might make the food taste good. Anywhere is better than here, I wouldnt let people starving to death eat there, they would be begging to end it afterwards

The shakes are great ! Just got a French dip yesterday and it tasted weird not spoiled just weird flavored meat. And sometimes when I go there my eggs are not cooked right I dont understand why but thats just my experience.

The CD is more than a Stopped there once place. Regular food at regular prices with regular patronage. Whats better than the usual-regular is the staff. The employees make it a lets go there again spot where you become a regular that orders your usual.Its not a large dinning room but theres a few booths you can hide in when you want. I just wish i tried it sooner. I past by thousands of times, not really noticing it so dont make that mistake. Its well worth your time and money.
