Wrong address! Its Dunkin doughnuts

Prompt and courteous customer service. Ordered a cake online not knowing they didnt have it in stock. They called me within 10 minutes and offered me tons of other options. The associate that helped me was thorough and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.

When I walked into the store fo the first time ever an Indian man who worked there was yelling at a customer. Customer was trying to explain they gave her the wrong sandwich and became furious. Mind you this is an older patron who was being nice and patiently trying to communicate this information to this man. I had to explain to the manager that this is not how people treat other people in the customer service industry. I will never go here again, there is another one down the street though.

My favorite place to go as a child it was so exciting when they opened their first store in my area I thought that place was magical I still love their ice cream their mint chip is the best 😊

The ice cream tasted freezer burned. But the employee was cool with my daughter and had her involved in the experience which I appreciate!

The most horrible experience of my life. I wouldnt even give one star if that was possible. I had ordered a cake for my friends birthday before 24 hours like it specifies in the site. Then when I went to pick up the cake on the scheduled pick-up time, the people in the baskin-robbins werent aware of the placed order. When I showed them my confirmation email, the people gave me a reply stating they have no cake and the person who was supposed to prepare it, did not turn up. Although I had paid for my cake in advance, they were reluctant to refund it when they had no cake to provide. They were so rude and they did not even offer to give a cake as a compensation. Never ever had such a terrible experience in baskin-robbins. No email or text to say there is no cake. They didnt even send a cancellation email nor picked up the phone when called for order issues. I had to visit 3 shops after that to find a cake. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST MANAGEMENT, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NEVER GOING BACK OR RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE.
