Make sure your artwork is done by another graphic designer before paying for your shirt . Even though they say they will design your artwork depending on size. I sat with them for 25 minutes explaining my very basic design. The woman at the counter did a rough sketch and I thought I was good to go. Wrong! A week later they call me to pick up the shirt. Never even sending me the finished design before they printed it like we agreed upon. When I go to pick up the shirt it is nothing like we originally discussed. The owner then explains to me that he was Trying to be creative. I express my disapproval and he let me keep the shirt and told me to come back to pick up the shirt I originally asked for.A couple weeks go by and they call to say the shirt is ready for pick up. Once again I was not sent a finished design to approve of before printing. I asked them if the design is not what I want, could I have my money back. They told me no because they already printed it! At this point my mind is boggled. I went on to explain how I asked to see the design before printing from the beginning. They then proceed to throw out bogus arguments for the sake of saving face. Never again Philly Kid Grafix, never again.
