Honestly very disappointed. My contact Jay was very communicative and responsive during most of the process, so I want to say that up front. That said, the quality of the end product was not good. It took a long time for their t-shirt distributor to get the color and sizes I wanted. We had to change the color to blue for one size because the black was out of stock for a couple months. When the printed blue shirts came in, they looked terrible, nothing like the printed black. Absolutely no color saturation at all. When I raised after comparing the jobs, they said it was because the black shirts had been printed twice. So why not print the blue twice to get better color? They did not offer to reprint or refund; I had to ask. Would not recommend at this point.Update 1: didnt hear back about reprinting the shirts or giving a refund.Response to owner comment: I didnt say the 13 black shirts came out perfect, just that they had better color than the blue. One black shirt had a stray mark across it, but I just decided to let that issue go and not sell it. Jay said via email youd give a refund for the bad print job on the blue shirts, but it hasnt show up. As mentioned to him, this was a custom order for the election and I couldnt even wear the shirt I ordered for myself; the election was a month ago.Update 2: Refund for 2 bad prints finally received 12/3.

I ordered a digital print for my son’s birthday and bought the iron on paper so I can do myself. None of them came out well, I am not crafty, and this was 2 days before his birthday. I searched online and found this site and so glad I did. I sent them the image and they rushed his shirt. Picked it up the next day and came out perfect! It looks exactly like the picture whereas when I printed the image myself, the colors were not vibrant. Thanks so much! Definitely will come back if I need something else.

Great Experience. I needed shirts printed for the youth lacrosse team I coach as a last minute end-of-season gift. I submitted my order for 40 t-shirts on a Monday and, for a nominal additional charge, it was ready on Friday afternoon. Pricing was the best I found, especially for DTG printing. The staff was easy to work with and responsive. I wont hesitate to order from them again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. I placed my order and paid then was promised to have it ready to pick up on Friday. Then that was pushed to Saturday. Then Tuesday. Then “rest assured” it’d be ready Wednesday.Stopped by that night and they hadn’t even started printing my order. Was told it’d be printed first thing Thursday. Not much help then because I was ready out of the state. Asked to have my order shipped overnight with no response. No notice that my order had been printed AGAIN. Called to find out that, yet again, my order was pushed back. No one bothered to contact me at any point during this entire process. It was always me contacting them to find out what was going on.Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I work with a lot of printers and have never dealt with a company this incompetent.Now dealing with them trying to get a refund.Do not use Inkster. Look elsewhere. I will never come here again and I will be sure every designer or someone looking for shirts avoids this company.

I came with an idea and a rather crude outline of a drawing, bad enough for most places to kick me out but Inkster took my small idea and turned it into exactly what I was thinking. I thought I asked for to much but with no complaining or extra charge they made it. The staff was extremely nice when working it out and when I came into pick it up the woman was cool and seamed generally interested in her job which makes for better quality everything. I am happy I went there, happy it turned out well and I will go back for other shirts because it is a fun thing to think them up. Just be imaginative and have fun.

Had a few custom funny tees made for some bridesmaids. They were well priced, great to work with and what I considered to be a reasonable production time. it was a lot easier process to explain to them directly than trying to get it right with a “big box” outfitter. Buy local and keep south street weird and quirky.

InksterPrints Is the truth I loved when I placed an order for an event I had the T-shirts we’re done on timely fashion, they have an easy pay system that makes ordering simple also the quality of T-shirts are great you can wash them over and over and they still look good..

SCAM!!! DO NOT deal with them! They list 226 Moore as their address on their invoices- its residential. Then say their address is 266 Moore (doesnt exist). Thankfully NO MONEY was sent to them. They are responsive about trying to get money - which they didnt from me. BUYER BEWARE!!! Avoid them!!!

These guys get shirts done quickly and with great quality. The most comfortable shirts I’ve ever had plus the quality of the print on the shirt is epic!! You can get gradients and glow effects to still look smooth on the shirt.I love these guys!!

InksterPrints was quick to respond to my inquiry about getting about a dozen shirts made for a bar crawl. They helped me with my photoshop file that I was having difficulty with, and they only charged $5 for the art fee. They completed my shirts in less than 3 days and communicated via email and phone that my order was ready to pick up. Pleasant to work with and affordable. Well be back!!

This place is fantastic. I wandered in with a simple, but special request and they were able to make all my t-shirt dreams come true. The shirts turned out perfectly, and they were ready a day before the deadline! Ordering the shirts online was very simple, and I was given the opportunity to look over a proof of the shirt before it went to print. Communication was excellent and my order was processed by real people almost immediately after I sent it in. Great experience!If you’re picking up the shirts, their new location is kind of hard to find because google maps isn’t quite sure how to direct you to the address. You have to park in the parking lot with the sign that says “Pennsport Plaza” and walk into the shopping center, which looks deceptively like a residential community.

Thank goodness for InksterPrints! I had ordered a customized t-shirt on Amazon as a gift to take with me on trip and the order ended up being super late so I had no gift to bring with me. I couldn’t leave without my gift so searched online and found Inksterprints as one of the top t-shirt printing companies in Philly on Yelp...and the definitely are! I ended up calling them last minute and they were able to take the picture I sent them, recreate the design and had my t-shirt ready for me the next day. They were very professional, efficient and the shirt looked great! Next time I’m skipping Amazon and going straight to InksterPrints.

One of the best clothing store Ive visited. When I went into the shop, the people who worked their greeted me and asked if I wanted anything in particular to buy. Another thing I like about the shop is the high quality shirts. They put there time and effort in making their customers worth getting their product.

The folks at Inkster contacted me to confirm the design and they were then able to deliver the shirts exactly as hoped. I had a couple different size and logo configurations and everything was created correctly. Very very happy with the finished product. I will use them again for custom t-shirts and maybe other things too!

InksterPrints was awesome! I googled them randomly as I was walking along south street on a Sunday and went to their location (I thought they might not have been open because of the rental sign outside) i walked in and we immediately got down to business. They were super friendly. They took the time to walk me through the process. I really LOVED the fact that I could try on a few blank tshirts to see which one I would like and I didn’t have to order a boat load of T-shirt’s before they would do mine. I ended up getting 4 shirts and they came out perfectly! They kept their promise for delivery and had them ready for me to pick up within 4 business days. I’m definitely going to use them going forward in the future.

I had a chance to watch how they were printing. High quality clothes were used. They were really care about the quality of their clothes. When they printed, they used enough even excess ink to print. Because of the excess ink, it was a hard time to dry the new printing clothes. Then staffs made sure they worked soft and smoothly to deal with them. After finishing printing, the patterns on clothes were pretty clear, even I pulled and dragged the clothes, I could see the patterns in every details. Whats more, when I saw the patterns printing on clothes, I was shocking, because it was really cute. I didnt realize the one from Studio Gibli section was that cute until I saw in in reality.

I’ve worked with InksterPrints twice. The communication is very quick and I was able to make a few tweaks to my design without any issues. I really appreciated how easy it was to work with them. And the unisex t-shirts are hella soft.I received my second order and am a bit disappointed. The totes are a bit faded and it looks like they just ran out of brown ink for the skin tones.

There was a time when I absolutely loved this place. However, that is not the case lately. Two of my last three took over a month to receive and when I received my last order, the print quality was significantly decreased compared to the same color shirt and print I purchased a few months ago. I called often to ensure my order was being processed and shipped but was given false information. I don’t know what happened to Inkster but I’m now on the hunt for a new vendor for my shirts.

I have a shirt that was printed a few years ago of my daughter when she was 7 months old. Its still super soft and I wear it to sleep. The image is still great, and the kid is 4 years old now. Definitely need to get a family portrait printed next.

The shirts are amazing! I did have an issue with going to the location on their website and emails. Turns out that location was old and they hadnt updated the address. Needed the shirts that day, but didnt know how I was ever going to get in touch with them. Thankfully, someone checked the email around 11pm and contacted me. They offered to bring the shirts to me, and at 12:15 IN THE MORNING, a lovely lady from Inkster (wish I could remember her name...she was very cool) hand delivered the shirts to my home. LIFESAVER! With the exception of that one issue, these guys couldnt have been more professional and accommodating. I now have my go to place for shirts!

Absolute zero communication after taking my money. Placed an order for a shirt with same day pick up. Got an email, paid my $, and got no response when I called, emailed, sent FB messages, called another 5x before finally going down to their store front. Surprise Surprise! The lights are out and the door’s locked. This was Monday 11/18/19 at 1:30-2 pm. Clearly during business hours.Filing a charge dispute on my credit card because I’m sure getting a refund or a response is never going to happen.

I’m in the process of getting 40 shirts made for a family reunion cruise that leaves NYC on Monday, 7/22/19. Shirts were printed using the wrong file (not my error) several weeks ago. I was promised a correction and that the owner would drive them from Philadelphia to NYC today, 7/19/19. Now I’m being told Sunday or Monday? I guess they’ll be delivered to the cruise ship via helicopter! The entire process has been unprofessional as the contact person (Jorielle) keeps changing/lying about what’s happening and when the shirts will be ready/delivered. Hoping the owner views this post ASAP.
