Walmart is always great place to shop.since their price is affordable and alot of choices. Just took a while while checkout. they dont have self service checkout. Alot of stuff lock on the glass rack, and hard to find people around to open the rack and get the stuff

Do not go here! So lets start off with parking lot, it’s the worst. You have people driving in and out of parking spots. It is like people are practicing for a race. Trash and carts are everywhere. The store inside looks like a tornado hit it. Never have any product. Lines to checkout are crazy long. You have a bunch of people trying to return products. You see a lot of trash in the isles. It’s that once someone is done eating something off the shelf, they just throw it on the ground. I would have to say it is really scary shopping at this Walmart. I really feel bad for the workers. It much going on for them to handle. This Walmart should be closed or made bigger. It needs to be deep cleaned.

Always packed always hectic everybody and there momma try to sell you all types of stuff before even going in parking is a issue lines are super long workers dont help you find nothing they literally send you to a nother worker to not deal with you once you go ask the other worker they dont know where nothing is at I get it a super busy place and I do understand that workers are worked extra but dam at least hire a few workers with experience to show those who dont know

Walked in the store greeted the front greeter, some dont have a clue of being a store greeter. U are supposed to greet people with a nice attitude. So I said Gm to a women who was at the front door. She looked at me with a attitude, so I said oh really I walked over to the manager, she comes walking over and said I dont have to speak to people my throat is sore. First of all...Dont have anyone who is sick at the front door! I usually call the corporate office.

Good prices but not enough organization or help at store. This makes the check out experience longer. Lines can be at 10+ customers with carts and only 3 cash registers open out of 12 cash registers. Clearly under staffed location.

The worst! My son has been in a checkout line for 50 minutes! How is that acceptable? No customer should be forced to wait that long to pay for their purchases. To me it shows a lack of concern for their customers! Think of the seniors and disabled forced to stand in line that long! Unthinkable. It’s time for Walmart to get its act together and think of its patrons.

Ive lived in my neighborhood for 30-plus years I lived around here when they tore the Sears Tower down to build the mall on Roosevelt Boulevard so Ive been in that Walmart when it first opened all the way to now I like that Walmart definitely better than some of the other local one but they did not have what I was looking for they couldnt help me I must say I was a little dissatisfied but all in all it is a good store

Took 40mins to get help and then the guy came with a attitude so cursed him out. Lines are always long. One of the floor employees told another customer he dont speak English.By far the worst Wal-Mart i ever been to.Oh and the manager said she couldnt sell me a pot on the shelf that had no upc so i got from Wal-Mart on Grant ave only to return next day to this one to find the same pot back on the shelf all so they can frustrate another customer.Seriously incompetent ppl at this location from top to bottom.

There is no curbside pickup available like it stated in the app.DONT WAIT AND WALK INAfter I had done check in 30 minutes before I arrived and checked in again with the car color. I couldnt even find where the A B C D pickup parking were! And then when I asked one of the staffs and was told that I had to go inside the store and find that orange PICKUP section to ask the staff there to retrieve my item. I was like waiting and wasted 20 minutes in the car.Also the check in machine in that pickup section did not work. It IS BROKEN! Dont wait and just go find a staff next door and get your items.

This Walmart is problematic. It appears to be understaffed. Either that or the employees are giving a minimal effort. I think its the latter.Seems to be super popular with the neighborhood. Most likely will not shop their again.

If one store does not stock or carry whatever you are seeking, Wal-Mart has it. However this wal mart is always busy, long lines and not ENOUGH people to scan checkouts.Great to do self check out but not everyone is technically brain smart

I here from out of town... I went in they didnt have any carts for me to ride in.... I picked up somethings and my daughter was looking for some headphones they didnt have... We went to the electronics section they didnt have the one she was looking for we then was in the line in electronic waiting on someone just for him to tell us we couldnt check out back there and we had to go to the front of the store to check out and the lines were in the back of the store🤬

I hate Walmart really but the prices are cheap. Lines are always horrendous & people are just ghetto. You always have to wait for someone to unlock the gate where they keep the Dove Soap. I personally like the store, I go there a lot for of things and they basically have it. Its like a home depot for everything else. Getting ready to go there now for some cleaning supplies, they have a better selection than DOLLAR stores, etc.

I purchased a couple pair of pants casual I like this store better for clothing purchases the prices the selection the lines were a bit long but its Walmart so that was expected all in all I will go back there again.

When I went to the Walmart on Rising Sun Avenue there were only three lanes open and customer service only took you if you had less than 10 items and you were using a card so no I did not have a good shopping experience at the Walmart on Adams Avenue because of staffing issues.

What started off as a simple inquiry turned into me calling this location for an 2 hours straight just to make a point. No one answered!The energy is NO different in person.They have the worst customer service in the city. You’re better off going to South Philadelphia or Port Richmond. Their associates offer no help to the consumer when asked. And if you ask me the management is no better. Why is this even a store at this point? Every customer for themselves in there. No guidance whatsoever. If you live far from this location and expect to find an item you saw online, I wish you luck.

Bad customer service for pickups, put me on hold for 8 minutes and never came back on the line. Called back again to get hung up on 3 times. I was waiting for about an hour.First time couldnt even find where was the pickup parking. The pickup parking is not noticed because its written on paper very low its not high enough for people to find When driving. Waited until i seen a worker for pickups and she was really nice, she was so nice Her name was Marlene. She went out her way to assist me as she was told that i had to come inside to pick up now. She Brings my stuff out for me and places it in my car. She is the BEST i swear. Thanks Marlene i hope they give you a you raise as you deserve One.

I thought I showed up 20 minutes before the posted opening time (6am). As a matter of fact, I showed up an hour and 20 minutes before the opening time because of Walmart neglecting to update store times on Google 😑. It was stocked and had what I needed. It made the walmart by green acres in Nassau County, NY look like a palace. The bathrooms were fifty.

Never has what I need do to slow re stocking. Lines are way too long. They make you feel like your a shoplifter as you exit the store. Not customer friendly as they were when they first opened their doors!

This particular walmart need some assistance. The lines are so long its ridiculous. The electronic department employees are unprofessional and lazy you would think if that departmentdid not have alot of people checking out they could help and not sit around laughing not working. Also the only one that did the best she could was the cashier that checked me out. I feel like the cashiers at check are overworked. The person over the cashiers was standing around doing nothing not helping cashiers. They need better supervision and more staff. As a person who has managed they clearly need help doing their job as supervisor. As a person over other staff you lead by example and that clearly was not the case here.

This Walmart is thee worst. Always crowded and can barely get help. Why have 16 lanes but only 5 open? What are the rest of the cashiers doing, because theyre not helping customers. I need to make sure when I do order again from Walmart I dont pick this store to pick up from. They dont do their job in the departments either. I placed an order before the store opened for the day. I waited all day for them to contact me, however by the afternoon I went to the store, found my items, canceled the order then they contacted me....seriously. Walmart you need to do better, including your employees.

The stores convenient and ok, but I got annoyed when I had to wait about 20 minutes for an employee to find a key to open the cabinet so I could get a toothbrush.

Didnt have anything I went in for. I used to think that Walmart was the easiest solution because I could get everything there but they are not doing a great job of keeping things stocked. You expect difficulty with certain items like cleaning supplies and paper goods during the ongoing pandemic but random items in every department were out. I am over Walmart!

I bought a tv on tuesday went home tv was broke went back same night customer service was closed went back wednesday its the wrong tv in box plus broken i was told to call the 800 number i did i got the run around someone from the stold told me to call lg i did im stuck with a broken tv and wrong tv out my money getting run around i need my money back

Employees are wonderful its saddens me when people put Walmart down. These are people just as you and I. Anytime I ask for something they take me right to it they just dont point the finger and say over there. Their products have been pretty empty lately but so has every store. Shipment has been coming in so hopefully everything will be back to semi-normal soon.

I waited in the pick area for over 45 mins and nobody ever came out with my curbside pick up order! I called the store and the curbside pick up are and nobody picks up at all! This is the second time I attempted to pick up this order and nothing! I never have this problem with the Walmart’s in NJ! Honestly you guys shouldn’t offer a service that you can’t deliver! Don’t waste your time going into this dirty understocked store!

This Walmart was always pretty bad but ever since they got rid of the self-checkout it lost the only thing it had, convenience. Now the express checkout lanes arent even open. This is easily the worst Walmart Ive ever been to, a complete circus. The employees still smoke right outside the entrance and are mostly unwilling to help when inside the store. Ive been sitting in line for over 20 minutes. Never again.

The store was extremely overcrowded with people which is dangerous due to the pandemic. They had no control as in how many entered the store.

This Walmart needs more cashiers. Nobody looks happy here. Everytime I come to this location the line is so long it crosses the aisle and goes deep into the womens clothing section. Tonight there were 16 registers with only 4 cashiers and a lot of frustrated customers.

If I could rate this store a negative star I definitely would! This store has the worst customer service, you have to call like 10 times before you get to actually talk to a staff member and when you do they have the worst, THE WORST attitude! When you are visiting the store, they have staff members on the sales floor on the phone casually walking around. When asking someone for help they look at you like you are speaking a foreign language and give off the worst attitude and as well as roll their eyes. Overall terrible, TERRIBLE staff members!!

The absolute worse! Waited for a curbside pick for over 25 minutes on 3 separate occasions and they NEVER CAME OUT! Nobody else was waiting but me.. I had to go in and get the package the 1st time. 2nd time, I went in and purchased the products all over again and canceled the online curbside order. 3rd time, I said screw it! They will not answer the phone for pickup and the voice-mail is very unprofessional. I then calling the manager didnt an answer either. On each and every occassion was between 9-10am, I was STILL WAITING FOR CURBSIDE TO COME OUT. THEY NEVER CAME! NEVER AGAIN!

It doesnt matter when you go here, expect long lines. They dont carry fresh meat or produce, so its not the best place to buy groceries for me. They have all of the other comforts of your local Walmart though.

I went into this store to just pick up 4 qts of oil for my car, the lines were beyond long, with very few cashiers, people started getting angry and yelling for more lines, to ne open, people who were shopping for the family and had a cart full of things were in the same line with people who only had a few things, I spent 45 mins in line with only 4 items, I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!

There is employee for almost 2 years I say always see him with boxes in his hand every time. Plus always a great attitude towards people & hes a short, young, latino named Mike. People like him are the reason I like your story. Also there was a cashier named Alyia working hard today at register. You didnt have a lot of lines open but seeing her work made me realize I shouldnt complain. Please reward hardwork.
