Remember the old clique Dont judge a book by its cover! I have frequent this store to many years (10+), due to quick in and out vs. mall parking etc. (I knew what needed). The turnover, occasional rude and disengage associates didnt bother me either. However, on July 10th I asked the associate for EL Radiant Concealer in a particular color, her Only words to me was Isnt that to light for you? OMG embarrassing, I had my niece with me, this was her 1st experience in an environment of luxury brands! I delivered a few choice words to that individual and sent her on her way! I have a solid and consist background with EL brand(s).

Need to keep items stocked. No brushes. Most shades on foundations are limited from 1 to 2 shades, most deep tones. Great sales but never can find what I need.

I’ve been to this particular CCO 3 times and honestly I’ve only had good service 1 out of those 3 times. Today was the absolute worse. Aside from not being greeted after I entered the store today the only sales associate who was up front completely ignored me the entire time I was in the store....so much so that she proceeded to serve two other people who entered the store after me. Please note that I was the only customer of colour in the store at the time and the only one being ignored even though I asked for assistance multiple times.I think it’s also worth pointing out that the store significantly lacks inventory so the choices are somewhat limitedTbh if there was another CCO closer to me I would go there because the sales truly are amazing and honestly after today I’ll probably try another one even if it’s further away

To be honest, I don’t really care about “customer service” aka being greeted as soon as I walk in and being bothered when I’m shopping. As far as I’m concerned, the prices and sales were great. Found my favorite Tory Burch perfume for 75% less than retail price and found some amazing steals and deals. Overall, really happy with the selection, sales, and quality of the products offered.

The ladies that work there went up and beyond to help me get my most favorite eye shadow, that is discontinued!! I Highly recommend them !

No professionalism what so ever. I stopped in today, two employees working and not one person acknowledged me. I was in a rush, spent 90 before tax. There was a sign there stating if you spend 100, you get 30% off. You would think the employee would tell you about the sale. Very disappointed,won’t be returning. They need to be better trained in customer service (Cashier 1564940 especially )

Finally went to the Cosmetic Co store to purchase eyeliner that doesnt make me look like a racoon. I got ignored the entire time I was there. Nobody even said hello. And this shop is basically a glorified closet so its not like they didnt see me. I am never shopping there again.

I was there today and the person in the register named TAUNEISHA T got an attitude, was very rude! Very sarcastic and give me a nasty look. I wanted to talk to the manager but instead walk out of there quick before I say anything back to that salesperson.

They are very rude both manager and her associates! Especially manager name Courtney. Extremely bad customer service Ive seen my entire life. If you go to the store just be careful, they will scream at you when you touch their samples. Their make up foundations smell old like stuff made 10 years ago.For the manager, Courtney, I want to let you know that if you are that rude to customers, don be in a sale!
