Absolutely love this store. the employees can be a little aggressive but besides that the quality of their products is amazing!

Since my review keeps being denied on the lush website I will try to leave it here. my boyfriend had been using the “aramaco” deodorant for about a month. At first everything was fine he had no complaints, enjoyed the smell it lasted all day. But unfortunately he noticed his armpits becoming sensitive and bright red! He immediately stopped using the deodorant. It’s been about a week since he stopped..his armpits are still bright red and a little sensitive. It looks like he has a sunburn under his arms…if you have sensitive skin please be careful. I’m super disappointed that lush rejected my HONEST review for not meeting all their “review guidelines”. (Pictures attached are the current state of his armpits)

Friendly and helpful staff . Very nice selection. I would highly recommend this location as well as this line of natural & organic handmade beauty products.

I have skin that likes to grow accustomed to just about any acne product I can find so I find I am constantly switching things up. Thankfully, Lushs small batch products are perfect for this, and I can always sample a product beforehand to make sure its just right for me! Highly recommend if you have dry skin, oily skin, acne, eczema, dull skin, or just cant seem to find a product that works for you! Everyone is also very knowledgeable about the products so they are always willing to help you find a few things that might fit your needs. (Bonus: it always smells so nice in here!)

Stephanie was incredibly helpful and having a variety of samples when you checked out took the pressure off from requesting one from a staff member. Overall great experience and products.

While I think lush is overpriced... Treat Yo self.. right? Lol this store was barren when my mom and I walked in on a Monday afternoon. Great! (Pandemic and all) the man, who I believe to be the manager and a friendly young lady greeted us with all smiles. They asked that we use hand sanitizer before the explained their safety protocols. Must wear mask even when smelling products, ask for samples of lotions and hand creams, and please dont take your mask off at all! This was a good shopping experience. I dont shop in store at all these days. Product availability was a limited for the small store but I got what I needed. Would return again! Oh shout out to Sheldon, Everything smells amazing!

Lady with the purple hair at the walnut st location was super helpful and the fella with purple nail polish wrapped my gift and was helpful with picking out the wrap design. Thank you for awesome products & service!

Best smelling place on the block. Create your own soap creation and get carried away with all the bubble choices. Its hard to resist. Customer service is top notch.

Love the people who work here, both gentleman and lady working were very lovely people. They also are very informative and provide helpful suggestions after listening to descriptions of how you body reacts. I use these products over ones you buy at general shops :target, Walmart, bath & body works, etc

I was helped by Griffin. He was super nice and helpful. I showed up 10-15 min before they closed shop, had to bike over after work, and everyone was so sweet! Love this place, their employees are awesome.

First time shopping here and Griffen was very helpful! He was personable and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He had a lot of product knowledge. I will defiantly be shopping here again.

Lush is a great company to buy from: they are against animal testing, all their ingredients are ethically sourced, they work with charities and makes donations frequently and they are fighting to reduce packaging and plastic waste plus their products are fantastic and creative. Every company should strive for this. So why the 4 stars? Because they continue to use some animal derived ingredients. If they went vegan, I would give them 10 stars.This particular Lush is on the smaller side but the staff is friendly and knowledgable. Parking is an issue, but otherwise great location if you take public transportation or live in the area.

Love this place! The products are great, the people are awesome, and the store smells amazing! They have something for everyone from bath bombs, shower foam, lotions, and even shampoos. The variety is great as well, I would definitely recommend Lush to everyone.

Had my best experience ever at Lush. Griffin was very helpful in selecting a new fresh face mask for me. I was a big fan of Sacred Truth which they discontinued. Griffin suggested Cosmetic Warrior for my current facial needs and it works great in conjunction with Angels on bare skin. I also purchased Honey lip scrub. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and fun associate. Thanx Griffin!

Horrendous customer service by frontline employees and the spa treatments are lackluster. I dont recommend the spa treatments.

I really like this store: everything is well organized, beautifully displayed and the employees are available, knowledgeable, and helpful (to to point of being annoying). It helps that I love the products. It’s like the Body Shop but even more crunchy granola and pricier (don’t expect a sale or a bargain). The employees even demonstrate the products and how to use them. Some of the products are kooky (shower jelly and things that need to be refrigerated) but they are worth the price. It also has a great location right in the heart of the Walnut Street shopping district. I highly recommend this store and LUSH in general.

I like to shop here for their naked products to cut down on packaging. Since switching to Lush products my hair and skin look so much better and I feel better about shopping more environmentally friendly. The employees are always super helpful and kind.

Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff, because I am completely out of my room when I go in there, to buy a gift for someone, and anyone on the staff can always guide me to the right thing when I describe the person buying the gift for. They are really super and they’re all kind.

The smell is a bit too strong in the store tbh so I couldnt stay in there for as long as I wanted. BUT the staffs are super nice and helpful, plus, I love this brand and whats theyre doing for our world ❤️

I prefer the Philadelphia location over the King of Prussia one. The employees at the Philadelphia location are so sweet and more than willing to assist you with any questions you have, are knowledgeable and they make sure you enjoy your experience. Can’t wait to go back! :)

This was amazing! It was my first time ever entering a beauty store looking for advice and products for my skin! They were so willing to help with everything and let me try everything. A woman named Stephanie helped me and she was just phenomenal with helping me pick what I needed. As well as helping me pick products she gave me samples of multiple things to try considering I was a newbie!

I absolutely love this shop. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable — even when they are out of something or the item is not in season, I’m always able to leave happy. I’ve found many a new favorite here!

This place is awesome! Smells amazing and the staff were so helpful! I went to get some stuff for my sister who is a fish! 🤣 She loves baths so much that I stocked up on some bath oils and bath bombs for her Christmas and Birthday presents. She lives in the tub...I am just so happy to get her something that wont upset her ph balance.

I love Lush products and am always satisfied with my purchases, however the staff at this store are not very helpful. During my last visit, two associates were busy assisting two high school students (in uniform, not assuming) who ultimately did not make a purchase, but seemed unwilling to help me locate a specific product and took a great deal of time to come to the register to check me out.

Well staffed and good variety of product. The KOP location has a larger selection of bath and bubble bombs. We walked in and were helped right away! 👍 My special jacuzzi bubble bath was awesome, thank you!

Ive been coming here for 3 years since I was in college and I still pop in whenever Im in town and the customer service is always amazing. Staff is incredibly welcoming and personable yet not overbearing at all and the environment is such a great place for me time.

Went in with a really vague idea of what I was looking for. The employees were friendly and helpful, but also great about taking a hint when I was ready to poke around on my own, and when I had questions again they were just as happy to answer those. Usually known for their great customer service its not the case when this place is busy. I was barely greeted and only offered help after I had wrapped up my shopping. The cashiers were also not that friendly.

First time going to a lush location... All of the employees were SO sweet! So many demonstrations, they let me try everything. Ended up spending $100. Totally fine with this. Will be coming back again, even if its just to have my hands lathered in body butter and wash it off.

Unfortunately due to the overpowering scents coming from inside, I could not personally go in. However, both of my daughters raved about it. They loved the variety of items and each made purchases that they were very happy with. Im sure well (theyll) visiting again.

When you walk in the aroma is heavenly. The products are all handmade and work wonders! I travel 2 hours to shop there. I wish they would open a store in the Allentown area.

Ive been to many Lush shops- Including ones in the UK. The Philly staff are the very best. They are helpful and available without being as pushy or in your face as many other Lush stores I have been to. If you have a chance to try the Spa, its also really lovely. Really, its not as big as the one in London, but its certainly the Lush I most enjoy browsing in.

Friendly service awaits! Lush has a lot of hand made, organic, natural cosmetics that really do sometimes feel better than what youll buy in a store. The service here is great and all the associates will be glad to help you find whatever youre looking for, and even something extra!I know I know, youre saying this is a chick place right? Nah. Theyre got a few things for dudes that youd be surprised about. Soaps? Yup. Manly smelling soaps. And the best shaving cream Ive ever used. And hey, if you wanna just soak in a bubble tub for awhile, theyve got the bubble baths and bath bombs to sit you right.

I always mentally prepare myself before going into any Lush Cosmetics store. I know the employees are trained to be pretty in-your-face and it can be irritating. But this store, by far, was the worst. I felt like I was prey to a heavy flock of Lush vultures and frankly, I would have spent more money if they would have left me alone and let me smell, look, read about the products on my own. All I wanted to do was leave.

I have shopped here several times. The clerks give you lots of help. I love some of their soaps and their honey shampoo. My daughter loves the bath bombs

I didnt buy anything here; my review is for the fantastic employees.I was walking through Philly with a friend and began to have an asthma attack near Lush Cosmetics. We came inside to try to find a place to sit and get everything under control. Meanwhile, the two girls working at the register managed to take care of other customers while still being incredibly helpful to me. They offered me a glass of water, somewhere to sit, and were altogether kind and didnt make me feel embarrassed at all.I would have loved to have a regular shopping trip here without the medical emergency, but I am confident my experience would have been great.

Samorah is such a sweet girl! She helped me pick out some fresh masks and reminded me of their 5 pot program. She made jokes with me and was really kind. I was there for maybe 10-12 minutes and got everything I needed. That interaction was exactly what i needed after a looooooooong day at work. Thank you Lush, but thank you Samorah most!

Love Lush and their products. The staff is super nice and stuff too but holy crap they wont let me breathe. I walked in with my S/O today shopping for his nieces and at the same time, 2 of their employees kinda crept up to our sides and asked what are we looking for. Then they would start handing us stuff to smell and just not letting me look around. I eventually had to be like.... I want to look around PLEASE! lol I ended up finding everything fine on my own by simply reading the signs. Some of the stuff I ended up getting they didnt even think to recommend. I always feel a little overwhelmed by the staff crowding me there but Its the holiday season so they really seemed like they amped it up. Like, the place is crowded enough with holiday shoppers so having them all up in our grills made us pretty antsy.
