The air machine is broken

This is the best gas station in town! The way they treat their customers is outstanding! I am so glad that I found out about this gas station! I highly recommend this to everyone!

No restrooms for customers so forget public usage, unfriendly employees, over priced gas. Your choice!

When here at 9:00 a.m. in the morning and they were closed! Looks like they cant get reliable workers to keep the store open. I probably wont go here anymore.

Used the lottery machine this morning. The gentleman in the cashiers booth and the female worker was arguing while I was at the lottery machine. After I finished I left the store. The gentleman came out behind me and yelled Dont come back in here I turned around and said Who me? He said yes, you stole something! I said no I didnt! all I got was lottery. Went back to him n showed him what I had in my pockets. He never apologized, just went and asked the other customer that was outside if he stole something. Totally unacceptable! They both were unprofessional arguing while customers are in the store. Instead of them arguing they should have been focusing on the store.

I spent $40 to fill my gas tank and my fuel range is only 199 miles on my full tank. Anywhere else I get at least 300 miles on a full tank. I think all Philadelphia gas stations should be check because I get almost 400 miles on a full tank in Delaware New Jersey and Coatesville. Its definitely something wrong in Philly

I fill up my tires once a week almost and stop in for a sodapop.

They never have paper receipts at the pumps so you have to go in to get a receipt. I think its their way of getting you to go in a buy something inside. So inconvenient. Im taking my business elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs.While pumping my gas, 3 teenagers approached my vehicle asking me for change. One teenager stood next to my passenger side door, the other stood behind my car by the trunk and the third stood a few feet behind me as I opened my drivers side door to leave.I dont know what their intentions were, but they were not good. There is no reason to surround a single womans car at a gas station.

Favorite gas station in Center City.Usually the cheapest prices in center city proper and plenty of pumps. Being on a corner and having pumps along both streets allows easy access from/to two directions, regardless of which side your gas door is at. Closest gas station when returning to 30th stations car rentals.The convenience store is small and nothing special.

Went here and some kids and their dad were outside trying to pump gas. Unofficially and not employees of Sunoco. I wouldn’t let them and filled up my 10 gallon tank. Looked on my credit card statement and was charged $100. It wasn’t a hold or a pending charge, they charged the whole $100. Don’t go here unless you want to be ripped off.

They need a bathroom I’m a loyal customer I really am a hard worker no bums should use it just honest workers

Bad on customer service: ignoring he customer for a question and playing passing around game with laughs. When the customer wanted to see a manager, instead of make an excuse, tried to dump the customer away. Is that the way sunoco s code of conduct? Please educate your employees better.

Stay away from this place! My debit card was being used for purchases at another Sunoco in New York shortly after I left. My purchase was made at the counter, not the pump. Stay away! State Police and the Attorney Generals office has been notified in both states. Did I mention, stay away? I had to generously give them one star in order to post this.

Did the job and had no issues paying. Just felt uncomfortable being approached by panhandlers offering to pump gas.

Don’t plan on being able to use a restroom here like a normal human being. Because apparently that’s a luxury now?If you lack the human decency to allow a person something as basic as bathroom access, especially when they are a paying customer, your business deserves to fail. My suggestion is to go and get your gas and coffee someplace where they have some sympathy and don’t treat people like animals.

The worst the cashier did not seem interested in working at all. It feels like she was there just to collect a check I believe here name begin with T if she does not like interacting with people she should get another job. She rudely asked me do you want your receipt. No I would have liked good greeting not just nothing.

BECAREFUL, BEWARE, we bought $15 gas with card, reciept wont come out and the charge on my card is $62.19. Even if fill up my car will only fill up to around $40. I will report this scam.

I just left from here, I paid for $35 worth of regular gas. I paid cash. My tank is on E with no gas. The pump stops its self at $25 and will not continue. I go in to tell the cashier who then passes the buck to the manager Ifan. As I tell him what has happened he acts as if I caused the problem and is very rude. He finally figured out how to add the remaining $10 to the pump so I can finish pumping what I paid for. After getting into the car and starting it, the gas gauge needle only goes to the 1 quarter mark. The vehicle is a 2016 Nissan Rogue with a 18 gallon gas tank. For $2.89 a gallon, I pumped what I thought was 12 gallons into the car. I should have way more than a quarter tank. I present this to the manager Ifan who at this point is very rude to me. He did not offer and help or a solution. Do not go to this gas station if you want to be ripped of. Ive reported this gas station to the state and filed a complaint with Sunoco corporate office.

My go to gas station in center city. It’s open 24/7 and the prices are what you’d expect in Center City: not cheap, but not gouging. Service is mediocre, but, again, what do you expect?

This is but far one of the worst gas stations in the Philadelphia area the worst customer service cashiers always arguin with customers and getting smart need training in customer service now.

Two days after a creepy incident with my card at the pump I got a call from my bank reporting me that my credit card it has been duplicated... coincidence???

As of today the soda fountain has been out of diet mt dew for 2 weeks! It takes 20 seconds to change a syrup box! Place is filthy and roaches are crawling all over!
