This was the absolute best visit Ive ever had at an optometrist office. Dr. Moon made the process quick and efficient. Malik & LaToya where absolutely stellar in helping me pick out the perfect frames. This is literally the first time I found frames in a matter of minutes with 0 frustration. They were so incredibly helpful/patient and honest as to what did - did not suit my face. They werent trying to push sales, they instead suggested the correct style and fit. I love that.

My glasses broke and I need a replacement and new prescription ASAP. They had same-day appointments and were super friendly. Everyone from the optometrist to the front desk were very helpful the entire visit, and the frames were super cute. It’s also nearly on Temple’s campus so it’s very convenient for students. I wish I had gone sooner rather than going home for just an eye visit!

Tasha and Dr. Lea were absolutely amazing in helping me to put my contacts in, especially with my acrylic nails! They were so patient and helpful to me overall. Highly recommend both of them, especially Tasha! She’s so personable and really helped me figure it out!

Malik and Tasha were completely warming and very helpful. When I came in to the office Malik welcomed me and directed me to where I needed to be. He also helped my daughter pick out the perfect pair of glasses and sized them to her face. I left within 15 mins. While picking up my daughter glasses Tasha assisted me she also provided me a pretty pink glasses holder for my daughter and my step daughter my over all experience here was amazing I will be returning for mine.

Trend Eye Care was amazing with their service they greet you as soon as you walk though the door. Ms.Tasha help my son pick out a pair of glasses that will fit his face because he’s in high school so she wanted the best fit for him. Dr. JT was nice and polite with my son as she was doing his eye exam also explain to him how important for him to wear his glasses.Dr.Michelle knows how important it is for him to have his eyewear so she did his before everyone else so he can have for school tomorrow. Overall the consumer service was great I would recommend this place to anyone who needs glasses.

Trend Eye Care 2 has a very welcoming staff, a clean environment, and the staff was very professional! My eye exam was on point, they also have a nice selection of frames to choose from, with affordable prices that wont brake your pockets. And everybody on the team played a part in my overall experience. I love this place. I have been a patient there for about 5 years now. They have become like family members I see once a year. 😁😊 Well, sometimes twice a year since my son always loses his glasses or breaks them. Today 3/26/2021 we went in for our yearly check-up and as usual, we were treated with care and respect. Latoya, the optician is always helpful polite. Dr. Moon is easy to talk to and very smart. Michelles other optician was nice enough to work on my son’s glasses to be ready for pick up the same day. I love this place. Also, their prices are reasonable. Everyone that worked there was very welcoming and helpful! I come here every year for my yearly checkup and I recommend those who are trying to get their eyes checked to come here! The service is great. Also, they take precautions for the safety of ourselves and the staff. Ive been going to Trend Eye Care for years now and Im never disappointed! I visited for an annual exam this week and received top tier service despite the fact that I was a walk-in (usually I made appointments) and I arrived near closing time. At no point did I feel rushed by the team. Im the worst in picking out glasses, but Malik was incredibly supportive by making suggestions and being patient as I wavered on frames. The service I received is the reason I continue to return to Trend Eye Care.

The entire staff was great. The entire experience overall was excellent!! I dont remember everyones name, only Malik but everyone did a wonderful job.

Called morning of 7/16 . Was told that although they had a full schedule they could try to squeeze me in. Very friendly lady at the front attended to me quickly. She checked out my insurance to make sure which was the cheapest way for me to get the apt. Was in with the provider Steven Moon within 10 mins. He went above and beyond what was necessary. He answered and guided me thru the several questions I had. Dont normally review doc offices but this one is worth it.

Yo! This place is so efficient and friendly! It seemed like everyone who worked there helped each other out. I had an annoying problem with my insurance and felt guilty they had to do extra work. Malik was very helpful, friendly and professional. He offered his advice in my eyewear selection and was even a little funny. I am a repeat custome. I usually see Toya and was hesitant to work with someone else. Malik reassured me that he will take care of me and he did.

I had an eye emergency & needed an eye exam quickly so I could order more contacts ASAP. Everywhere else I called needed an appointment & was booked out for weeks but this location accepts walk ins & saw me right away. They all were very friendly & polite & professional especially Tascha. I was out within an hour with my prescription & a new pair of contacts to hold me over while I wait for my new ones in the mail. So thankful to them!! They are wonderful!

I had an amazing experience, I just want to thank Latoya for being so awesome, I spoke with her and told her I wasnt sure what I wanted or needed she said come on in. I was on a 1 hour lunch break got there at 12:10pm had 2 eye exams, meet with Dr. Moon pick frames and was out by 12:50. Latoya, help make that possible for me. Just got home from my eye exam at Trend Eye Care 2 and I was blown away by Latoyas customer service. She was my optician and she runs a tight ship at this store. Reminding customers to pull their masks over the nose. Floors mopped clean after someone walks in with muddy shoes. She found me a new pair of frames I cant wait to pick up next week. I have worn glasses for 30 years, and this was by far the best exam Ive ever had. I ask a ton of questions during my exam and my eye doctor was delighted to answer them for me. They had photo equipment I opted in to try so I did not have to have my eyes dilated. I will be returning next year without a doubt!

This is the best eye care place I’ve been to by far! They were extremely professional and sanitary (I felt completely comfortable and protected from germ transference). They welcome walk-ins, they have incredible technology that made the exam process go by in a flash! No more dilating and being blind for hours! On top of all of that the price for my custom lenses is a fraction of what I’ve paid in the past! I hope their service is consistent because I plan to be a lifelong client!

Ive been going to Trend Eye Care by Temple University for the past 3 years and every time has been an incredible experience. I called yesterday for an appointment and they were able to get me in the same day. The entire staff is absolutely superb. My insurances website was down and so it took a bit of time for me to be able to begin my appointment and three different staff members came up to me to make sure I knew that I was not forgotten about. Tasha was a star when it came to getting my eyes checked. As someone with incredibly sensitive eyes (and generally is terrified of getting my annual eye exam) she made the experience actually fun; laughing and joking made me feel 100% more comfortable.I would recommend anyone looking for an eye care center to check out Trend Eye Care 2, especially if you are looking to experience some of the best customer service in the city!

Amazing facility and staff. I missed my initial appointment and when I called to reschedule I was told I could come right in. They can take you in right away, no wait time, which is great. Dr. Moon was very professional and explained what every test and step he was taking meant. Tasha was very helpful with helping me choose the right frame. Im a very indecisive person, but I felt very happy and comfortable with the frames I chose. I was heading out of state the next day, Michelle was able to speed the lens process up so I could get them on time. Overall everyone is very thoughtful and professional. Would recimmend!
