She was so pleasant and helpful. Jim was the one that fixed my laptop and was very professional and communicative. Seriously love this place haha!

Got a repair for a laptop, fans no longer work. they just replaced the case the tech said i never touched the fans. now i have to get my fans on my laptop fixed would never go here again.
