Justin took his time to explain what the problem was and how it needed to be resolved. My experience at InOs was very inspirational. Not only did I get my computer fixed but I got an education on everything that was being done. Had to initially come in to get my computer from being unstuck on the opening screen. I updated my system and had gotten a message stating We couldnt complete the updates, Undoing changes, Dont turn off your computer. Justin informed me why I received the message and what needed to be done. Since I was there I also decided to fix a few more issues I was having with my computer and Justin was more than will to help with things like transferring my files, changing my hard drive, and installing Malware for my computers protection. Okay, so I bought an ASrock motherboard B365 pro4 to be exact. The motherboard did not post or boot, after hours later of trial and error I was told by customer service that I needed to update my motherboards bios. The thing was that I wasnt able to updated it without having a post, so I came across InOs and asked if they updated motherboards bios and they did. I brought it in and they were able to post it and update the bios in a giffy everything is fine and motherboard is working they know what theyre doing.
