Excellent assembly, customer service was unmatched, and even managed to learn some things a long the way from the technicians. I had strict standards I wanted met and they blew them out of the water and exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend. Would give greater than 5 stars if possible.

I had ordered and paid for my PC in January and it was extremely delayed due to GPU shortages, and Id get updates on my order and they even helped me upgrade my PCU, and I payed for the upgrade. I really admired how much effort they put in on telling me what was going on. But when it came down to finally fulfilling the order that I had already paid for and have been waiting months for they contact me, 5 months later, saying that a mistake was made on their behalf and Id now owe them more than double what I have already paid them. They mispriced their product, took my money, held, spent or did whatever they did with it, and refuse to give me the product that I ordered at the price that was already confirmed. There was no lack of communication throughout the orders history and the emails that we had exchanged but they blind sided me asking for twice the money. Wanting the customer pay for their mistake.... doesnt seem just.

I worked with Nicholas directly to purchase the pc over the phone. Took roughly 3.5 weeks to arrive. Despite the wait, the product is very clean, and the attention to detail is clear. From the streaks on the glass the pc was wiped down with a cleaner before shipment and that is appreciated during these times.

I am extremely unhappy with ApexGamingPC’s. I bought the Apex Xtreme and paid over 4 thousand dollars for it. About six months into having the PC it started crashing on me over and over. I reached out to them about this issue and they had me screen share so that they could run some tests on my PC. After running the tests they were unable to diagnose the problem so they said that I’d have to send my PC back for them to fix it. I went ahead and sent my PC back to them in mid December. I spoke with a manager and was told if I send my PC back next day air that they would get it back to me before Christmas. It’s now mid April and I still have yet to receive my PC back from them. The original graphics card that was in my PC was a GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. Now they are telling me that they no longer have that card in stock at all and that they will have to put a substitute graphics card in my PC which isn’t even equivalent to the one I originally had, it’s a downgrade. You would think that they would send me my original graphics card back with my PC or even an upgrade from my original card to accommodate me for waiting 5 months to get my PC back. However, this is not the case, instead they are sending me a downgraded graphics card. I really can’t stress enough how stressful this process has been. I’ve been calling them once a week for updates on my PC and it’s always the same bs. This has legit been the worst service ever and I would never recommend ApexGamingPCs to anyone.

I prefer to make reviews as accurate as possible, especially since this was a pricey purchase and hopefully this could either help the company or a potential buyer. My job was going partially/full remote and I was in DIRE need of a computer with an i9 processor (company requirement on all desktops). I shopped around at maybe all available custom pc companies (Cyberpower/Lyte/Ironside/ etc etc). I randomly found this company on like the 4th page of a google search for companies and felt like I finally found a company that wasnt going through a part shortage as there was no verbiage of it as of mid November 2020. On top of offering i9 processors, they seemed to offer the highly elusive 30 series GPUs which to me meant I could finally have my work station also be my gaming desktop too. The pricing was very obvious. A little pricey but I am also a veteran and they have an EXTREMELY generous military discount. The customer service is extremely kind and patient, which always goes a long way especially for large purchases. I ordered the Apex Carbon and hoped for the best. It all went well for the most part and I kept track of the computer weekly and saw it changing status every few days, which was comforting. One thing I noticed was that the automated emails that are sent about the build updates did not match what the website order tracker would say, which would imply one of those two things were automated. Regardless, I was told by my company that I must have a fast NVME, I dont know why, but I requested that they please include a faster NVME, and they impressively delivered without hesitation (I paid for the upgrade, which was fine). The website tracker said that the build was in packaging mid December, which would mean that they rolled through the build pretty fast, even compared to their own estimates. But, the delays began with the GPU. My computer would have had to roughly sit in packaging for about a month making no movement for a month waiting for the GPU. I did not know I would have had to wait this long, if so I would have maybe not opted for the 30 series. But I already made the purchase and committed to wait since I weighed the value to the wait. Almost 2 months after paying, I felt discouraged that I would not receive a computer any time soon and I had been working from my i7 laptop, which was making work hard. I felt bad enough that I requested for it to be potentially canceled since the wait was too long and I HAD to work. One of the ways I have learned during my time in logistics was to claim it was almost on the way when the customer asked about a status. Once the customer requests a cancel, slap a shipping status on the order in order to prevent a cancellation. I am not saying this is what Apex Gaming did, its just a pattern I am all too familiar with from my time in managing and logistics. They HAVE added a disclosure about the part shortage since I initially bought, so they went from losing 2 stars to getting one back for that as its comforting to see a company eat the reality of the situation in order to protect the buyer to an extent. They sent out the computer to my job and the packaging was pretty good. Their standard packaging is what premium packaging would be at other companies. Cable management was very clean, much better than what I would lazily do on my own. There were some things I cleaned up on my own such as hiding cables better, but that was just for my preference. It all came well and was good to use out of the box. I also appreciated the reusing of the case box. (I PUT THE REST OF MY REVIEW ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE, SINCE THERE IS A CHARACTER LIMIT HERE)

Awesome experience with the apex gaming team. Worked with Nathan, William, and Dan to put together an awesome custom build. Total came to about $2500 with the next competitor being priced around $3000. Service is A+ across the board, with emails being answered often within 10 minutes. Would definitely buy from them again.

******for photos of the pc check my account****I have never left a Google review because frankly I have not felt the need to, but after receiving my PC and looking through Apexs reviews I felt like I owed them the courtesy after someone else had posted a ridiculous one star review about bad quality. I ordered an Apex Xtreme with an EKWB custom loop on Jan 6th, and got it on Feb 1st. I got the PC all plugged in, and the PC would not turn on. I was dead inside for a moment, but after a quick phone call to Apex and a chat with Michael, I had pinpointed the issue (my power switch cable came unplugged when I removed the packing foam). Mike helped me get it situated and this beauty roared into action. I genuinely am so impressed with the craftsmanship of the loop. The tubes were bent with perfect angles, with no ripples or warping from excessive heat on the tubes. The Corsair Hydro stuff was an awesome call on their part considering the case is a 500D. One minor gripe I had was with the manuals, which came loosely packaged (Apex please add a folder or bag as they came somewhat damaged). Not a big deal at all though. All in all I would not hesitate to buy another custom loop Pc from them. MAKE SURE TO GET CUSTOM SLEEVED CABLES TOO I SHOULD HAVE GOT THEM DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME!

Where do I start? Apex has amazing customer service. Always had a reply within a day from someone. William help me out the most keeping me up to date on the build. It took little over a month for me to receive the pc but they were closed for a week for Christmas plus New Years. So expect about a 2-3 turn around time which is understandable. Shipping took 3 days. Came perfectly packaged. Had warranty papers and all from parts used in the build with windows already installed. Its 100% plug and play. For the PC itself. Its amazing. I couldnt be happier with it. If I ever need a new PC I know who to go to. I was a little worried having never heard of them. But a little research and I knew they are who I wanted to go with. I did basically a full maxed out on a Apex and it runs everything from COD at 200fps to fortnite at 400-600 fps depending on your settings. If anyone thinks these are fake reviews and is hesitant. my insta is creeves1331. have any questions about them I having nothing but good to say and highly recommend them. Thanks again Apex and thank you William for dealing with me lol. Take care.

As a father purchasing a computer for my son, I was truly lost when it came to the necessary components to keep my son happy for years to come. I spoke with three people at Apex, all through their phone line which they were quick to answer at all hours.I gave them my budget, and was pointed towards the Carbon, which I must say, while it is a computer it also looks like a work of art. The lights sync together perfectly, the glass case looks awesome, and my sons friends come over to just gawk at it.My son insisted that some may be interested in the FPS he gets with an i7-9700K, 2070 and 16GB. On Fortnite he gets 200+ FPS, GTA 5 120 FPS, and on Apex Legends 140 FPS.Overall, it took roughly a week and a half from time of ordering to the time of delivery. I am located in Northern Maine, so your delivery time may vary. The support team was eager to help when the computer arrived and my son was having issues with Epic Games launcher. Worked with Mark who utilized a program called Team Viewer I believe to take remote control and help us solve the problem. He knew where to go, what to do, and was in and out within 15 minutes.I will note that they did reach out after I purchased my PC to write and review.

Apex Gaming PCs makes very powerful and high performing PCs. I experienced difficulty obtaining the operating system product key after receiving the PC. However, HATS OFF to William and Rod for coming through and identifying the issue and quickly correcting it. They went above and beyond my expectations in correcting the issue for me. There is no question in my mind that customer service is a company value they hold in the highest regard. Thank you for coming through in a mighty way! I believe their BBB rating misrepresents what I have experienced and what I see others saying about Apex Gaming PCs in their reviews.

As a business owner I know a good company when I see one. Dan, Nathan, Addison, and Teresa were all a great help when it came to setting up my PC. Previous rig was from Xidax but moved to Apex due to the $400 price difference. Would strong recommend these guys for all of your PCs needs. If you can, I would specifically ask to work with Dan or Nathan as they both seem willing to help even at 2am. -- Even helped me get my first top 5 in Fortnite lol

I have been wanting a good gaming PC for years but like many others the cost (of getting something thats honestly decent) has been prohibitive and ive pretty much been relegated to gaming on either very outdated hardware or on a console- So believe me when I say that choosing where to buy a gaming PC was something that I researched intensely. Finding a balance between price without sacrificing on quality was imperative to me--I decided to go with Apex because of several factors. Price was obviously one of them as they are priced very competitively but along with the good price they had really well thought out builds using high quality parts that could be customized.... For instance, originally I had decided that with my budget (which wasnt much) I could put together a stellar build by not adding a GPU and going with the Ryzen 5 integrated graphics that they offer on their machines. This would have allowed me to use my limited budget to still attain a fantastic computer that gave comparable performance to what I could get with a GTX 1030 while saving ALOT of money right now and I could add a dedicated GPU down the road- Remember I researched this purchase very heavily and the more I looked into Apex and how they were doing these builds the more I saw the genius in them and the advantages of going with them for this purchase...-Everything could be customized and even at their entry point (no dedicated GPU and such) the builds were well thought out and designed for optimal performance with minimal price.-I ended up choosing the Apex Gold with 16 GB RAM - I was stoked and couldnt wait to receive my new PC... And (wouldnt you know...) there were some minor problems that occurred during this process. It really all came down to a missed email about a sleight delay but thats unimportant because what happened next sums up everything you need to know about this company and why you should choose Apex and why Ill be highly recommending them to anyone who is in the market for a new PC.I received an email from someone at Apex named Henry who reached out to me and went above and beyond what any company has ever done to correct a problem in my experience.-I was admittedly being difficult (This was a big purchase for me at this time and I was frazzled) and Henry handled things professionally, kindly and with understanding and he not only made everything right, but he personally emailed me through the entire process... He literally bent over backward to make sure I was happy and treated me like their most valuable customer even though my purchase was small compared to what they deal with regularly.-I cannot even stress enough to you how much all of this meant to me. This guy legitimately cared- This wasnt an act. These people were sincere and wanted to make sure I was happy....And, I got my computer and have now tested it fully and all I can say is. WOW. I ended up getting a different case than the one the Apex Gold uses and getting a GTX 1050 card-The first thing I noticed was the build quality and cable management. It looks like a work of Art.As I said I have been researching getting a gaming PC for a very long time and I regularly have went to places like Best Buy and gazed loving at their gaming PCs lol - Until I got my Apex, I hadnt really noticed how poorly the wires and cables were in these Big Box units. In my Apex, the box almost looks empty because the wires and cables are done in such a way that you can hardly see them and they are wrapped in some type of clot or something. It screams quality and care and its something I hadnt even noticed until I was able to compare this build to the builds I see all the time. It sounds like a minor point but its not.Something else I immediately noticed was how well the GPU was placed-In many of the big box store builds the GPU sags. You can totally notice it if you are looking for it but there is usually a slight sag or the card is no sag.Im out of room- Will have to condense this. Computer runs amazing. beyond all expectations.
